Check-in/out staff was incredibly kind. Our bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was great! Had a few cons, but nothing major. I feel like for the price, it was a good stay.

When we checked in, we were greeted by the nicest young man. We enjoyed great customer service and while the motel itself is older the owners are taking great pride in updating it and keeping the maintenance in top notch! My ONLY suggestion that would improve the stay is that this hotel is pet friendly (another great perk) and the entire grass/sand area is covered in spiky briars that hurt the paws of our pets. Please consider a separate pet area that has been completely removed of them. Great stay and this will be our go to motel!

Quick overnight stay. The room was spotless. The mini fridge also had a separate freezer so I was able to freeze my water bottles. That's unusual. Its also why I gave a higher rating. I was disappointed that they did not offer a continental breakfast. But overall, I had a comfortable bed in a clean room and bathroom with a working air conditioner, so I slept great which is all that's needed for an over night stop.

The young lady working the front desk at check-in was so nice and friendly. The room was very nice, everything recently remodeled. The water pressure is fantastic, but the shower drain has a hard time keeping up, at least in room 205. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The property and location were perfect for our overnight stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

This is my second time to stay there. The first time everything was great. This time there were some stains on almost every towel in the room and there was a stain on a pillowcase. So I'm going to stay there one more time because my daughter lives in Nacogdoches, but if there are stains on anything that time, then I won't stay there again.

This was a hidden gem. We were looking for a one night stay to break up our 14 hour drive between missouri and victoria tx. This was slightly off the main road we were on but thank goodness we found it. Great price of $65, very clean, well lit, great black out curtains, beds were comfortable and shower had low water pressure but i havent found one yet with great pressure. Overall great little motel.

When we checked into the room there were flies all over the walls and a live cockroach. They offered another room but we declined after the initial experience. Tried reaching out to the hotel twice about even some sort of partial refund after dealing with Hurricane Beryl but they never replied and just took our money without even responding. In all fairness, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. But even Expedia reached out to the manager and they decliend any sort of refund. I understand they offered another room, but after a long day traveling, we didnt want to risk another room in that somewhat run down motel. The low score isn’t simply for the room, I understand this is Texas, and this stuff can happen with bugs, it’s more so for the complete lack of communication.

Check in process was pleasant. The desk staff was very helpful and professional. The room was located under the stairs but was remarkably very quiet. I could not hear the occupants in the rooms above or next to me which made for a good night's sleep! The room was spacious and clean enough that i was able to walk barefoot through the room. Plenty of towels and pillows. The air conditioner worked fantastic. Shower head had good pressure and water got hot. Safe location for the lone traveler.

I had gotten food to put in the fridge and realized that it wasn’t working. I notified housekeeping and they reported it to the owner. He came in to check it and said that he would return. He did return to say it had gotten cooler and would come back to check. I left to go to a funeral to return to my food being spoiled(seafood). He never came back to check the fridge. I was very upset as we all know seafood is not cheap!

I paid for what I received...a nice, clean room. Red Roof Inn is right on the loop around Nacogdoches--lots of loud traffic; once I had the A/C on, I could barely hear it though. No noise from rooms to the sides or above...a Great Plus! Property is very clean, but aesthetically 'bare'. NO BREAKFAST: NO COFFEE after 12pm in the lobby. Personnel were LOVELY and efficient.
