The flow of the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home's floor plan is unique, with two wings connected by a sunny central atrium open to the blue sky above. The defining elements of modern architecture, a neutral designer palette, contemporary art, and connecting spaces create an uncomplicated aesthetic in a stylish residence. Plenty of windows and volume ceilings add a sense of drama. However, the long list of amenities is laser-focused on indoor-outdoor living, relaxation, and recreation making this property the ultimate destination.
The living room with a sectional sofa, swivel chairs, and a grand piano feels formal yet comfortable. Walls of glass allow light to permeate the interiors. Seating at a large circular dining table offers views and immediate access to the backyard, but moreover, provides the perfect opportunity to linger over a conversation in the round.
The family room and well-equipped, spacious kitchen are great gathering spots. A large flat-screen television, leather sectional, and desk area for those working or studying at home keep guests connected at all times of the day. Additionally, this wing offers a bunk bedroom with sliding doors to the side patio, a hallway bathroom, and a laundry room. The two-car garage can also be used as a super fun recreation room with a television, foosball table, Peloton bike, weights, and even a popcorn machine for movie night!
The primary suite with fireplace is luxurious and serene, with doors leading to a private outdoor seating area and perfect pool terrace views from the king-size bed. Relaxation and rejuvenation are part of any vacation escape; the large tub and rain-soaking walk-in shower continue the restorative tone in this spa-like space.
Completing this wing is a guest room with a queen-size bed, a hallway bathroom, and the fourth and final guest room offering a full-size bed and hidden loft for kids wanting a place of their own.
Meticulously landscaped grounds with landscape lighting, shade trees, and various patio options surround the home echoing the theme of a well-kept and well cared for residence. Ultimately, life here centers on the pool terrace with its built-in firepit, chaise lounges, distinct seating, Traeger barbecue, and dining area. On exceptionally warm days, cool off in the crystal clear pool; the shallow "Baja shelf" with a removable umbrella is perfect for little swimmers too. Fruit trees, bountiful raised vegetable gardens, native plantings, and a dramatic hillside of majestic oaks are the final punctuation to a spectacular yard.
