Would stay again.

Nice size room. Kept as cool as possible with hot weather 😊👍 Nice size room for what I needed with Nice touches

Found window latch not quite right.. didn't lock properly after opening reported to property no reply. Found items of others (big shoe box) in wardrobe. Garden needs attention. Neighbours ridiculously noisy till very early hours.

asked for a room with TV and mirror in the bathroom, which was agreed by them but got one with none. upon arrival, no toilet papers, had to call the number given and was brought in the evening. i complained about not having a TV in the room, as per what was agreed and was told that there was a mix up and my room was given to someone else. no compensation offered as I booked there cause of our agreement. The room was not clean and the bed sheets had stained on it, not really sure if it was cleaned. wi-fi is really slow, so watching a movie on my laptop was a nightmare. I will not book there anymore.

Could have been an 8 but...

The house is in a nice neighbourhood even if it's kinda far from the center of london House was clean and had a nice garden Very Good quality price ratio

Staff wasn't available during the day of our arrival until 7 pm (we called and texted before for information about the check in) The bathroom didn't have a hair drier nor toiler paper

in person property looks the same as in pictures; even though the location is away from centre of london, the public transport is great and the station is near the property. shared kifchen is quite good, has all the appliancds that one needs bur there are just couple of glasses, plates and the rest of the kitchen accessories

there are no towels (we didn’t know that, and we found out just couple of days before our arrival after reading reviews, so we asked the host for towels and we got just one -> there were two of us and we were staying here for 3 nights) also, there was just one roll of toilet paper. sheets smelled like they weren’t changed before our arrival

No towels, no wifi, no mirror in bathroom, no soaps, dirty, not sure beds had been changed, floor was dirty. Kitchen was dirty, too. Terrible decorating/ painting job. A depressing stay.

When I came on this place no one wants on the property to let check me in I call to all numbers everywhere no one answer, someone send me message next day in the morning say sorry I tell them to give me refund because I don't even kinda and he don't answer and I lose my money for nothing I need booked after that expensive hotel because there was last minute the weekend and I lose a lot of money because that

Good stay!

Staff was good, very well behaved and responsive over texts. I had a lot of queries and the staff was eager to help throughout. He even came to the property for resolving my issues.

Narrow staircase made it really hard to carry the suitcase till the top floor, where I had my room allotted. It's a bit far from the nearest metro station too so there's a lot of walk involved unless you want to take cab/bus till there.

nothing in particular. even TV not working in the bed rooms. bath rooms without floor Marts not very clean environment

After checked in I emailed for assistance concerning issues of very filthy Kitchen and also non working TV and never received a response back

Superb

No breakfast, shared kitchen, did not see any staff, other residents quiet. Everything was clean and tidy, fairly quiet street, a10 minute walk from Ilford town centre. Great locality for where I was working.

No complaints other than numbering, the doors, the instructions are clear enough. I don't know if cleaning provisions are provided for guests to use, as I bring my own, but other guests may require them.

Good price, but the room was dirty

The price, and the temperature was good in the room. Internet was good.

The bathroom was very dirty, the toilets had hair, the shower had hair too. Some hair on the bed sheets too.
