Welcome to the romantic "Carriage House on Lake Superior"! This Carriage House sits upon the water's edge overlooking Lake Superior and provides beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets on the glistening waters of Lake Superior.

PROPERTY
This coastal white Carriage House with cedar highlights is a 3-level home that has 1-bedroom, 2 full baths, one half bath, quality linens, and is outfitted with comfortable luxury Stearns and Foster mattress for a restful night's sleep. The Carriage House has everything you need to relax and listen to the waves for a private and up-close experience. Fully air-conditioned to make your stay comfortable on those warm days and an electric fireplace for a cozy setting on a cold day.

OUTDOOR PATIO & DECK
A lower walkout patio offers outdoor lounge furniture, accent lighting, fire pit, a gas grill, and a gas patio flute heater to keep everyone comfortable while providing beautiful ambiance on a lake evening. Just feet from the shore, the lower grass terrace offers sparkling views of the moon rise over the water or the warm glow from the fire pit. Firewood is stacked and onsite for your use. This terrace is situated on an 8’ overlook providing stunning views with stair access to the water. On calm days, take the kayak/paddle board combos (2 available) down to the water and glide across the clear lake for a refreshing recharge.

BEDROOM & SLEEP
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and is outfitted with comfortable and luxury class king size Stearns and Foster mattress for a restful night's sleep on a modern platform bed. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out couch located in the lower level.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stunning views of Lake Superior from the main floor kitchen and living room. A walkout deck overlooks Lake Superior and offers a relaxing and refreshing spot for morning coffee on the lounge furniture. The kitchen is stocked with a KEURIG one-cup coffee maker with stocked variety of coffee flavors, basket of snacks, toaster, blender, silverware, glasses, ice-maker, and all your daily kitchen cooking items and dishes.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level features a walkout patio, a den area with views of Lake Superior, a full bathroom, pull-out couch, board games, life vests, beaches towels, TV, and a washer and dryer.

SMART TV & INTERNET
The Carriage House is equipped with Roku Smart TV's to live steam free content or connect the Roku TV to your paid subscription services. The Roku Smart TV's have a "Guest Mode" that allows you to identify your check in and out dates and the Roku Smart TV will automatically log you out of your subscription services on your departure date. Once you walk into the property, table top placards will identify the passcodes to connect your device(s) to free high speed internet.

LOCATION
The Carriage House is located at the start of the popular North Shore of Lake Superior while located close to the canal, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown Duluth. It is located only two (2) blocks from Brighton Beach Park (Kitchi Gammi) and Lester River Park for great hiking or mountain biking. A grocery store is within two (2) blocks. We couldn’t wait to stay at the Carriage House and it did not disappoint! Clean, well stocked, everything felt fresh and new. The decor is lovely, the sofa and bed is comfortable and the two levels of outdoor seating made it easy to enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Superior. We can’t wait to visit again! Our family had a great time at the Carriage House! The location was unbeatable, and the lake views were stunning each day (and night). We especially liked sitting on the deck overlooking the water - it really felt like a private retreat. We will definitely look to stay here again no matter the season!

Perfect for a quiet, restful get away. Mesmerizing views of Lake Superior. Much awaits to do while in Duluth but you will find it hard to motivate yourself to leave this spot because the view of the lake is so amazing! Read books, listen to the waves. Slow down and savor the moments !

The property was exactly as presented. Loved the view and the outside spaces. Easy access to driving north along the shoreline. Was able to walk/run on the local trail only 2 blocks away. Clean and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend.

I can't say enough nice things about our week away here! The rental became a home to us and we truly loved the views and nicely appointed accommodations. The furniture was high end, the towels and linens were soft and plush, everything was perfect! The check in process was easy and they accommodated an early check in day of. The accommodations were clean and organized. We visit Duluth often to visit family, we will be back for sure!

This was the perfect place for our family of three to put down the electronics and reconnect with each other. The house has everything you need. We stayed in for dinner twice and had everything we needed to grill and make a meal. The view of Lake Superior is beautiful and we had perfect weather to enjoy it. Our son loved being able to go right down to the water and look for rocks and agates. The house is well decorated and very clean. We're looking forward to returning in future summers.

This is our family’s second time staying at this property. The home was clean, stocked with amenities, and provided a great opportunity to enjoy Lake Superior. Everything about this property is top notch. The view (from all rooms), the comfort, the finishing touches, location (we participated in the Grandma’s Marathon event - our non-participating relatives were able to watch all of us run by from the end of the driveway). This is a beautiful place! Wish we could book it for next year, but alas, we were to slow on rebooking 😢

This property is exactly as pictured and described. We had a number of gloomy rainy days, but were happy to have such a cozy and comfortable place to stay indoors. The views are absolutely amazing and we loved being able to see the huge ships sail by and were close enough to hear their horns sound when entering the port. The location is close to Canal Park and other local restaurants. As in other reviews, the bed is SO comfortable (even with a bad back)! Tabitha was the most attentive representative both before, during and after our stay.

Loved, loved, loved this rental! Already thinking when I’ll go back💕 Everything was beautifully decorated, & maintained very well. Also loved how well the kitchen was stocked (core spices, pans, ziplocs, food storage containers, etc)! Definitely my new favorite place in Duluth. This little house is a gem - we loved everything about it. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need without feeling cluttered. You cannot find a better lake view anywhere. The host was very responsive and we were even able to check in a bit early. Sadly it was windy and rainy for our entire stay, but we just got cozy by the fireplace and read our books and just enjoyed the view. (a big thank you to the cleaning staff - the house was spotless)! thank you

So many wonderful, upgraded amenities. A snack tray to satisfy your sweet and salty cravings. Lake Superior right out the patio doors. Spent a few nights for our anniversary and the house was so clean, cozy, and had a spectacular view of the lake. So many little details from the well-stocked Keurig pods (your pick of Starbucks OR Caribou!), to the cozy robes, the toiletries (special towels for make-up removal even), the little snacks on the island, the RTG fire pit, and comfy blankets everywhere!! It was just lovely!!
