Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended!: well-equipped hotel, extremely clean, friendly staff, good location (walking distance from the center), pleasant beach, beautiful view, super breakfast, one of the best dinner places in town

The construction next (in) the hotel is sometimes loud during the day (it will be ready soon). The music from the party boats and the center is sometimes too loud at night, the terrace door must be kept closed

Not great!

We liked the fact that there was a pebble beach that we could relax at that was owned by the hotel. The location was great! Breakfast was lovely.

When we arrived we were told our room was not ready, we went and relaxed on their beach. We went back at 3:15pm and we were told our room was ready and given the key to our room. Unfortunately the room had lots of issues: 1.It was dirty, hair and dirt everywhere, 2.no hand soap was provided, 3.towels were dirty, 4.bedsheets had been changed but were soaking wet. We told the reception staff and they then said that the room had not been cleaned. I didn't understand why they let us into the room if it had not been cleaned. We didn't want to argue so we told them it's OK can someone please clean it. We went out for a couple of hours, came back to the room and found we still had dirty towels and no hand soap. Went downstairs and asked reception for soap and towels. The guy seemed annoyed that I asked him for these things. The soap was half full, but we were happy to finally have a clean room with clean towels. There was no apology from staff. We felt like we had inconvenienced them strangely. Overall we left Sarande feeling a bit deflated.

Perfect Stay at Demi Hotel

Everything was very good The hotel is very clean and new Staff are very attentive, private beach is clean and clear water The view from the bedroom with panoramic view for the sea was fabulous The restaurant at the beach had the best food quality at Sarande after trying 6-7 restaurants with prefect pasta and seafood dishes

The choices in breakfast are bit limited , one thing I didn’t like that Ham and beef sausages were in the same pot ( this is a problem for Halal food ), I did not know that I can have omelette until the 3rd day Despite that the staff in the breakfast restaurant are excellent especially the lady who is very responsive

no kettle in the room. basic water is chargeable. no complementary water per day. it is very pricey as even during off season the room rent was very high. nothing to do during this time.

4-star hotel with 5-star value.

Family-run hotel, with family values.Nothing ever too much trouble. Friendly, attentive service at all times. Great restaurant. Own beach Comfy bed. Fantastic views from the room's balcony. Fabulous sun- and moon(!)sets.

Hotel is directly on the beach, not far from a city center. The room with a sea view was just amazing! Super clean, comfortable bed, very nice service in a restaurant!

It would be great if a reception girl would be more kind and a bit more helpful...

best hotel in albania

Everything is like on the pictures. The staff was very friendly. As we were here in the first week of october it wasn‘t too busy and still warm enough to take a sunbath. Our highlight was the order button on the umbrella at the beach and the food. We ate dinner three times and it was extremely delicious every time.

The breakfast is great, really close to the main town just a short walk, the staff are really helpful and nothing is any trouble for them.

Superb

Lovely hotel. Nice big rooms. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. On site restaurant food was lovely. Private beach with umbrellas, provided towels, always had space and had a member of staff dedicated to helping customers and getting their drinks orders.

On site restaurant only served 'proper' meals. The only light lunch/snack type option for the beach was sushi or a club sandwich which seems like a missed opportunity to me. The loud music next to the hotel is extremely loud in the evening and can be heard despite the good double glazing. However you are warned of this in the hotel listing and it all stops at 11:30pm. I knew this when I booked the hotel but it was still louder than I expected. However I think you'd be hard pressed to stay anywhere near the promenade in Saranda and not hear very loud music, it comes from everywhere.

A nice hotel

The location is great, the suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast plenty and delicious, the restaurant enjoyable, the staff polite.

The shower was problematic, the water temperature varies continuously making the shower uncomfortable, most of the time it was cold water. There is a lounge in front of the hotel (part of it) with loud music until midnight, causing a lot of disturbance for the people staying in hotel, especially for families with small children. There isn’t any sound isolation at all. The WiFi signal weak and not reliable.

exceptional to say the least from location to property cleanliness

the property was exceptional the food was delicious the staff was absolutely amazing and respectful.

the beach part was blocked off with a wall possibly due to keeping the water from entering the property on colder months but it made for harder time for children to play by the sand. unfortunately we ended up spending the days away from the property at nearby beaches due to this

I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family or children. This is more for couples or friends

The food was good I just wish they had more fast food options like sandwiches burgers or fries for quick snacks while you’re on the beach

Not all- but some staff have so much attitude. The woman there with black hair who I think is a managerial position was by far the worst. She needs a reality check. The guy at the front door would Make faces and shrug his shoulders every time a request was made or roll his eyes. Clubs close at midnight which sucks.

clean, spacious, nice food

ground floor room beside the restaurant far too noisy in the mornings with chairs scraping along the floor continuously until breakfast ends at 11am.
