Absolutely Everything, a beautiful cosy cottage, can’t wait to return. The little extras were much appreciated. The Parking permit is such a bonus. Loved the Christmas decorations and even a surprise tree in the kitchen. The layout of the cottage is perfect.

Cottage well equipped, clean and excellent location within walking distance of the lovely town. Owner helpful and very obliging. Overlooks the garden with a nice view of the River. The path to walk alongside the River is accessed to the left of the cottage. The bridge is certainly something to see, especially when lit up at night.
Could not fault anything.

This gorgeous, cosy cottage was an ideal base for us to explore Ironbridge Gorge. The quirky layout delighted the kids, and they were gobsmacked when they saw the double bed with top bunk in their room! Our double room was wonderful too, the bed was soft and the linen felt premium and warm. The towels too were soft and snuggly. The garden is unlike any I've seen in a rental cottage like this - utterly gorgeous and sloping down to the river. Such a beautiful view whenever we woke up or sat out drinking wine on the living room balcony (thanks for the complimentary bottle btw!). The kitchen is a joy too, with plenty of space to cook for a family and modern, quality cookware and appliances. The location could not be better for walking into Ironbridge itself, no more than 3 minutes to the fabulous fish and chip shop, 4 to the divine Donutology, and 5 to the excellent Eley's Pork Pies, and the bridge itself. While the double yellow lines outside are a slight inconvenience, the included visitor parking passes (x2, in case your party are arriving separately) allowed us to park in the public car park almost opposite, and we never had any trouble finding a space. Communication before the stay was great too, with enquiries being responded to quickly and effectively. The only downer is the popularity - when we realised we had time to stay an extra night, it had already been booked - so if you see any availability you really should snap it up, you won't be disappointed!
Narrow stairs to the kitchen may trouble those with limited mobility, but won't be a problem for most.

The property was very clean and well presented. Quirky layout and lovely old beams. We also like the selection of games and toys left for the kids. Close to the river and the town. So was a perfect location.
There was nothing we didn’t like but for small improvements -the garden was overgrown and couldn’t really be used by the kids and we would have also found a stair gate on top floor helpful.

Amazing house. Quirky in design but felt at home instantly. Great kitchen and would have loved to bbq and spend time outdoors, but it rained.
The bed was very soft and very creaky.

The location was excellent, just down the road from the bridge, and easy to get to restaurants and shops. It was on the main road, but not at all noisy, and we had no problems parking in the car park a few metres away. We appreciated the drinks and snacks provided.
The kitchen (particularly the floor) was a little bit cold - but then we were staying here in February!
4.5
It was in an wxcellent location and excellent facilities with lots of additional extras provided including a welcoming bottle of wine. The parking pass provided was really useful with the car park being very close by.
I think the heating instructions require updating as it refers to a manual override in the hall but that seemed to have been superceded by the control in the lounge area

Quite spacious with high quality fittings and bed linens; convenient parking; useful information from the host prior to arrival; the apartment has a wonderful terrace with great views of the river and forest; we appreciated the welcome bottle of wine; the location was perfect.
The cottage might be unsuitable for people with mobility issues being on three floors with narrow stairways. The upper bunk bed was not suitable for a full grown adult. The kitchen was difficult to reach and was somewhat damp and cold.
