This was the best location for a venue we were going to. Walking distance to the venue and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Downside is the party town and noise right outside your door until 2am. We were ready to go home after 2 nights. Just not our scene!
The loft was nicely decorated and I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner and soaps. Really enjoyed the kurig coffee in the morning!

There was raucus dance music from the street both nights until 2AM and 3AM. I paid for 4 nights, but left after only 2, because the place was intolerable.

We loved our stay in the Vaulted Brick Loft. Once we were settled, we were able to walk to Fiori (a great restaurant) and Boyd's Jig and Reel. The two-story loft had a great ambiance and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
4.9
Comfortable stay for 4 adults. Adequate cookware, entertainment, and parking. Very clean and private. Loved the vibe of the area due to the proximity and overlooking view of both the street and skyline. This really added to the soft ambiance and little touches that made our stay most enjoyable. We'll be back!

The residence was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for a couple. The Keurig was very convenient and well stocked with K cups, creamer, and sugar. Train noise was definitely a thing the first night, but we kinda got used to it after that. Although the main bed upstairs was nice, we actually decided to sleep in the murphy bed downstairs most nights. It just felt a bit more cozy down there. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend to others!

Great property!

Yes, the location is amazing. The check in process was seamless and easy to gain entrance. And Mike and his team - they were so very hospitable, kind, and responsive. Mike and his team are top notch.

Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am. Took advantage of the ear plugs provided. They helped after the first night. The trains are also very loud, but don’t run often at night.
Overall, I would stay again, but just not at graduation time or the end of a semester.

Super clean, walkable and fun time with friends!

This was such a great VBRO! It had so much character to it and made you feel at home. I love the touches of having laundry wash and dryer sheets. It was ver conveniently located and walkable. The street noise is rowdy, but we are used to it from living downtown Seattle, felt like white noise to us. The ear plugs provided will save you from that if you’re not used to it. Over all we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was in a good location in terms of restaurants and walkability. As mentioned by others, it is loud , between the train and revelers. The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of light. The furnishing is functional but not gracious. The hallway entrance is not particularly nice and smells. of cigarette smoke

Such a pretty loft! We had a little trouble finding it, but i called the property mgr, Mike, and he was so helpful and gave us perfect step by step directions and then we found it easily. We only had time for a one night stay, would love to have stayed longer. It's so pretty and was very clean.
4.9
Simply amazing! It is more beautiful in person than the pictures (and those pics are good!). The location was perfect, and you can walk to an array of amazing restaurants, pubs, stores, coffee shops. The listing for this place is spot on- and other than the train passing by (frequently), it is relatively quiet. Both beds are super comfortable, the house is well-stocked. I WILL be back.

We had a great weekend at this property in Knoxville. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, with many choices of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away, and the unit was so clean. Yes, it is loud on the weekends after 10 PM (as listed in tbe description), but if you have earplugs or a sleep mask with speakers, it is no problem. Great stay!

We had a great weekend! A few issues with our check-in code, but all were resolved extremely quickly!
Will definitely return!

Great place, great location in Old Town. Host was very responsive. Condo was awesome, clean and comfortable.

This property is beautiful and just as described/pictured in the listing. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very responsive and helpful. The listing mentions noise from the street below (bars, music, people, trains) which was all true, mostly on the weekend. However, the location is great with a lot of fun walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

We came to Knoxville for a concert at Thompson-Bowling and explore downtown for a bit. First off, check in was a breeze, communication with the owners was fast and they are very helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, very well stocked, and had a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of TP and paper towels, even had ear plugs, not that we needed them. Everything was perfectly clean upon check in, new appliances, comfortable bed, we loved the exposed brick and the large windows. The location was perfect, a little over a mile from campus, a few minutes walk to market square. Plenty of restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Great place, great price, great location, highly recommend!!

Love everything about this property. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, in a fabulous location and was such a joy to be in. I highly recommend this space for anyone visiting Knoxville. Pup loved it too.

Stayed here for a week to get my daughter settled into UT. Absolutely loved the property. It is a great location. Walked to many great restaurants and quick drive to campus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

The property was great. Location is fantastic. We would stay here again if we have the chance. The only downside to the location is the train passing at night. If you are a light sleeper this may not work for you. Otherwise, this place is perfect.

Loved everything about it! Host was very quick to respond to inquires. And checked on a couple of things we thought we left behind immediately.

Had an amazing stay. Great place! Great host!

This was a clean and beautiful Old City loft. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and attractions. Many necessities provided. If you aren’t familiar with this part of Knoxville, you should know there will be street noise, but I am a light sleeper and still got a good rest each night.
4.9
Really cool loft, awesome area of town. Not great for families or friends to share, as the only bathroom has an open wall to the whole apartment.
4.9
I loved everything about this Loft! Great location, everything is walkable distance, it is nicely furnished and I loved the lights! The pictures are exactly what you will see in the loft. I knew that it would be noisy as there are bars and train tracks nearby but for me it wasn't an issue (rather the opposite!). Stay there if you want to experience authentic Old City Knoxville.

We were in Knoxville for a medical appointment. We absolutly LOVED this property and it's location. For convienence we used the parking lot adjacent to the building. We had a minor hichup that Mike solved very quickly. We ate at Lonesome Dove the first night (pricy but delicious), then got take-out from Fin-Two. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot. AJ and Mike were very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to anyone headed to Knoxville!

LOVE this loft! Great location downtown and close to the university campus. The only drawback - the train noise overnight (which we were aware of - I was the only one who woke up to it; not a deal breaker). Exactly what we were looking for and expecting. Good communication with the owner. Clean and as pictured. We had a great time!

Really cool exposed brick loft, very convenient to old city, market square and UTK.

Well, my daughter wants to live there if that gives you an idea of how much we enjoyed our one-night only stay. I'll definitely book there again. I'll do a pros and cons list just to be as transparent as possible with future guests, but, hands-down, it's one of our favorite places to stay.
Pros:
• LOCATION in Old City was perfect. AND, the loft itself is the best in the building -- right on the corner with views overlooking Old City and the charm and life of the neighborhood.
• 9-minute walk to a grocery market. Apparently there is one closer, but it was closed.
• beautiful "pre-war" style loft that reminded me of my NYC/Brooklyn days...but way bigger.
• fully stocked with dishes, spices, etc.
• appliances worked well
• fairy lights, plenty of towels and small touches
• well-lit parking lot
• quiet neighbors
• we didn't have to strip the bed, etc. I think all that was asked was that we take out our trash.
• Mike was EASY to communicate with and very responsive right away when the wifi password didn't work. They had changed it, and it was right there on the fridge, but I'd missed it.
Cons:
I'm nit-picking because we LOVED it, but I'll throw out a few for future guests
• there is a train that passes through every few hours, so you do hear it in the middle of the night. It didn't bother me, but it can be loud
• the neighborhood was quiet (we were there on a Thursday night), but possibly there is potential for street noise in such an amazing and lively area. But again, we weren't disturbed.
• the bed frame up in the loft should be tightened or greased. It squeaked with every move. But the pillows and mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE.
• Kitchen has almost everything...but a pizza cutter. We used a knife, but a pizza cutter would be nice.
• Parking in the well-lit lot directly on property is $25/for 24 hours. There is another lot about a mile away that is only $5, but I didn't want to lug luggage and my daughter in the dark. Worth paying for the lighting and ease of access at the property lot IMO, though.
• heat rises, so even in January with the heat on it was stuffy in the loft. The thermostat, thankfully, is right in the bedroom upstairs, and there is a ceiling fan with remote control so that you can easily get air circulating.
Hope that gives you a good, balanced overview. We are looking forward to booking this place again soon!!

Beautiful loft & amazing location. Very walkable area. Would recommend!!

This loft is as described! It really is in a very, very great location for shops, restaurants, bars, Market Square, etc. This would have absolutely been a 5 star review if not for a few hiccups along the way. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
