Vinny and Deb were amazing. Gave me links and info for bike trails on the gravity flow, and music in town. I loved the binder the have where they list some of the favorite food stops they have. I concur as I tried a few of them.
They were helpful and replied quickly if I had a question.
The only thing I think needs done is to get a deep clean. It’s time. Other than that I loved the location and took my bike into town quite a few times.

This place worked out well for us with the location and yard for our kids and dog. The only negative with this place is that it wasn't very clean.

Easy walk to town center. Great for families and pet friendly. We all enjoyed our stay.

We had a great trip, in a very centralized location, with nice accommodations! The owners were exceptional with communicating!! We had a very enjoyable visit, and everything was great - from the coffee flavors to complimentary snacks. Thank you for the restful vacation retreat!

Stay was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the outdoor area to have a small party. House was close to everything — within walking distance. It had all the amenities we were looking for (walk in shower, laundry, grill, outdoor area) We were very pleased. We had some friends over that were also very impressed and said next time they plan to rent this one.

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend! Four of us (plus 2 small dogs) were reuniting in Prescott and this home provided everything we needed for an enjoyable and very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, plentiful and comfortable seating in living room (where we spent majority of our time catching up), and fully fenced backyard for the dogs. There was a gas fire pit, BBQ, and corn hole available in yard, too. (House was clean and you’d never know small pets are allowed). The location was fabulous with a nice short walk (a couple blocks) to downtown historic Prescott, with Courthouse and Whiskey Row. And the additional bonus were the best VRBO hosts, I have ever experienced (and I have rented a lot of VRBO’s thru the yrs)! Deb and Vinny were wonderful in communicating all along the way, with true care and concern for us as their guests. It was so nice to get the personal touch and extra care that came from them as owners vs property managers. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Great location Walking distance to downtown and restaurants! Beds were super comfy and the house was well equipped with everything we needed.

Enjoyable stay! This charming little house was welcoming, pet friendly, clean inside, nicely decorated and accommodating. The host Deb & Vinny were ABSOLUTELY customer oriented and eager to make your stay are very comfortable one (this alone was worth 5 stars ⭐️). For example: they honored a military discount which was SO Veteran friendly for any service member of the Armed Forces (proof of ID is required). They did not allow for any yard maintenance or you to take their bins out on trash day they just let you be on vacation. Upon arrival there was no mention of the 3 cameras. There is one in the back yard (and it is a very large fully fenced yard that our dogs loved) but be mindful there is a camera just in case you like complete privacy and sit in your risky pjs outdoors. To others this may not even pose an issue as it is a safety for the homeowners but if mentioned in the description will let you decide. There were many bedrooms each nicely done and 2 bathrooms if you have more in your party and the home sits tucked between homes-cute-and-quaint but if you blink might miss it. The driveway was large enough for a big truck and can pull right up into the covered parking with a smaller vehicle. The home was only a 10 minute walk to the downtown and we walked it twice a day with our pets for the week. Everything was fully stocked, readily accessible and available such as WiFi, fast speed, kitchen cookware/utensil's, patio furniture. Would stay again and recommend! 5 stars ⭐️

Property managers very responsive and accommodating. Location of house close to downtown is great. Well kept older home. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Good basics in the kitchen. Yard could use a little care.

As much as I would love to keep this gem of a property to myself, I had to leave a 5-star review. I feel like this property could really be a home-away-from-home for my little family. The size of the house for 2 adults and small (15lbs) dog was perfect! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog to sniff around while we enjoyed a drink in the beautiful weather. The neighborhood was a perfect location to walk our dog and easily access Whiskey Row. I cannot say enough good things about this property. This house helped us fall in love with Prescott and we will definitely be back!

Great little house with plenty of room. Owners thought of many little ways to make you feel welcome, down to chocolates on the night stand, bottled water in the fridge & wine on the counter!

We had a great experience with our stay. The house is cozy and beds were very comfortable. House was nice and clean. We were 6 adults and we all fit well in the living room. Restrooms, kitchen and all bedrooms were well stocked with all the necessities. Covered parking for our 1 car which I was so grateful for cause it snowed while we were there. Deb and Vinny were so nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Deb and Vinny!

We were incredibly pleased with our week long stay in this house. It was the perfect space for my wife and daughter and I to reside in. Vinnie and Deb were quite the hosts, leaving us "emergency snacks", which were perfect for when we got in at 1 in the morning our first night in Prescott. And in the morning, we had a fully stocked coffee station with a variety of different flavors of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Not to mention the pleasant surprise of all the extra amenities in the house. Each bedroom had a set of towels that included regular towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and even makeup towels. We also all had laundry baskets and suitcase stands in each closet. The two bathrooms were stocked with lotion, hand soap, and full size shampoo and conditioner and moisturizing body wash. They also provided hair dryers in each bathroom. Another amazing plus is the onsite washer and dryer, that is already stocked with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Although we did have a car, everything we needed was in walking distance. Not to mention it was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Prescott, so getting dinner on the square and going shopping in the afternoon to kill time was super simple, and we didn't have to stress over parking, which is always a plus. The other amazing part about this house is that all of their appliances are up to date. The AC/Thermostat was amazing since it worked so fast. The echo in the living room is also helpful, since not only can you use it for basic information, but you can also use it to control the lights. They had Smart TVs with an easy login process to any streaming platforms you have, which was great to watch football or holiday movies at night after a long day of enjoying the outdoors of Arizona. Overall, our stay at Marina Manor house surpassed expectations, and provided an excellent, relaxing experience for us all. Highly recommend!

My family and I came to Prescott to move our daughter into a nearby college. From the very beginning, Vinny and Deb communicated with us and provided lots of helpful information (On arrival, there was also a booklet that had been put together which detailed all their favorite restaurants and activities and we ended up going to several of the restaurants!).
The house itself is great and had plenty of room for everyone. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house and we were even left with a bottle of wine to enjoy. We didn't end up using the backyard, but it looked to have plenty of room if you were looking to entertain.
Almost every night, we walked the short distance (no more than 10 minutes) to the Whiskey Row area to enjoy the restaurants and entertainment. Prescott is a cool city and seemed to have something every night, although mid-week many restaurants seem to be closed by 9pm, so plan accordingly.
Overall, this is a great place to stay with three bedrooms and a nice living room for everyone. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future as the location and property was great!

We definitely had a good experience and enjoyed the house very much. Vinny was great to partner with. Would recommend!
