The location is very central to Old San Juan so quite convenient. The AC is kept on all the time so nice and cool (sometimes too cool - no ability to adjust temp). Room had a mini fridge to keep drinks and other things cold . The room and property seemed to be fairly clean and neat with decent security (3 locks to get into room).
The bed was much too hard (no soft topper pad) and the noise from the front street was constant (even loud voices and equipment waking us up at 1am, 3am, 5am, etc. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower was poor (very narrow with shower rod that easily fell down, and you're always against the curtain while showering). Room #10. We would not stay here again (maybe younger people don't mind the hard mattress and noise?).

smack dab in the middle of all one could want to see in old San Juan
owners very friendly and helpful w/ stored luggage
good value for this location
bright cheerful decor; firm mattress
-as others have noted, too cold (brought light blanket that allowed me to sleep comfortably)
-3 long flights up (we are fit, be advised)
-noisy (bring earplugs)

Rooftop terrace was nice, sitting area was comfortable but worn, staff was very helpful with the after hours check-in process.
All the pillows were overly fluffy; would have appreciated a hair dryer

The location was great! This was our 3rd trip to San Juan, and we prefer staying in Old San Juan. The room was smaller than we expected, but we didn't spend a lot of time in our room because we were enjoying the beach, historical sites, shopping, food, and drinks. Everything was very clean and secure. We would love to stay at Navona Studios in the future.
Not enough time and money to stay longer.

The location, the room was in good condition.
I found that the bed linen and the towels need an upgrade, they were very dingy and worn. Other than that everything else almost perfect. Thank you!

It was centrally located near everything.
I wish there was a microwave and the common area was quieter.

The studios are in a perfect location in the heart of San Juan. They provided storage for our luggage before check-in between 10 am and 2pm allowing us to visit the city freely. The hotel is well-decorated and the room offers a reasonable level of comfort for a short stay.
The balcony suite was very noisy on a Saturday night. We heard every noise from the street and could not sleep before 2am. We also had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs which was not an issue for us, but could be an issue for other travellers.

location is the only good feature
Very Noisy from other guests. Reserved a balcony room then was told it wasn’t available and switched (hours before arrival) to an interior room with no windows!!!!
We got no sleep. Doors slamming, people talking all night.

location quiet comfortable but definitely not a luxury property sitting area and roof top deck made it more comfortable and provides a place to interact with other guests
couldn’t adjust temperature

The room was paid entirely at booking time weeks before our arrival. The day of our arrival I receive a text message from my bank saying they had blocked a charge from Navona studios. I thought it was just a mistake and it will be settled at the hotel: wrong!! At the hotel a rude lady told us the room was not paid and thaï we need to pay the room immediately if we want to receive our keys. I showed m’y email confirmation from Booking.com but she said she needed a written proof from the bank. So I paid the room a second time and told her I will show her a proof the following day. Fortunately I got access to my credit card statement clearly showing the room charge. It was not enough I needed to send her an email with this statement. After more than 30 minutes I finally got a reimbursement. Avoid this dishonest place at all cost.

LOCATION cannot be beat Also, a great price.
The “hot” water never exceeded “tepid.”
The folks downstairs in the jewelry shop, charged with managing the rentals, are completely disinterested in the task. it seems that they resent having to deal with budget travelers while working in a high-end jewelry store. The three people we dealt with ranged from naked hostility to disinterest in their attitudes. The cleaning person, on the other hand, was wonderful!!

Location was awesome.
No staff, we were on our own. Not enough towels and absolutely no parking. We had to park far away from the hotel, then walk with bags and pay a lot for it.

The location was great in Old San Juan. The bed was very comfortable. The price of the room was affordable but a couple amenities would have been nice. As an Airbnb host ourselves, it doesn't take much to make a guest feel welcome.
It would have been nice to have a hair dryer and maybe a couple bottles of water. It wasn't mentioned that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor. I was diagnosed a couple months ago with arthritis in my hip. Fortunately, the severe inflammation was much less for this trip otherwise, this wouldn't have been possible.

It’s clean and great location
The room facing the road is super loud at night. There was no hot water for showering too. You also have to check out by 11 am at the shop on the first level but it’s not open till after 10 am.

I liked the loacation. It was fun to wake up and walk around to the different historic sites.
Did not like that AC was advertised but there was none. Just a fan. It was extremely loud. Did not sleep well at all. The bed was as hard as a rock.
