shower, I can’t get into a bath.
There was nothing not to like, about the bungalow. We
really enjoyed are stay, would like to come back and

Staff so friendly happy to help. Quiet great location. Big rooms . Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Great kitchen facilities . Microwave toaster kettle fridge freezer dishwasher washer. Would stay again.
Pillows to thin. No iron. No hair dryer. Didn't realise until after booking theres a retreat attached to the back but lucky never saw or heard them.

All the comforts of home, including a washing machine, comfortable sleeping for 4, and, importantly this time of year, warm! There is an outside area with picnic table a shop just down the road and a 10 min walk to the beach.
You can get 2 people on the sofa bed but it is, er, snug! Very thin walls so it is possible to hear conversations from the adjacent property.

One of the best places we have stayed in Skegness after 20+ years of visiting. Very large place made us feel like we had rented a whole house. Well equipped and includes everything you possibly need, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Had all the utensils and pans you need, we cooked a few meals during the week. Beds were very comfortable with the mattress toppers on and the shower was nice and powerful. Parking is no issue at all and plenty of spaces outside the lodge. The staff I interacted with were very nice and answered any questions I had.
The sofa bed was unusable due to there being an incredibly heavy marble table in front of it which was impossible to move, we didn't desperately need the sofa bed but would've been nice to use it. Also I could only pick up the Wi-Fi signal in main double bedroom and no where else in the lodge. A few little niggles like some light bulbs missing and the 'on' button on the TV remote not working - nothing that would ruin the holiday.

Lovely home from home spacious clean… perfect little base camp excellent stay with kids more than enough facilities for the four of us comfy beds clean bathroom facilities great shower dishwasher was a great addition save more holiday time
Was a little too far for us in terms of walking although we didn’t discover the quicker way down the side of the golf club to the beach but with smaller kids it’s a little too far .. no near enough restaurants/pubs for us .. we drove everywhere so as long as you don’t mind that your good

The double bed had a really thick foam mattress on top and that was super comfy. The bungalow had decent facilities, utensils and etc. The cooker and hob all work well, perfect for families.
There were peas under the sofa, and a weird slimy thing by the door frame. Quite a lot of cobwebs around, I wouldn’t usually be as worried about these but what with Covid I would have thought places would get a deep clean and we all came home ill.
The beds didn’t have any waterproof mattress protectors on, these are usually used to ensure the mattresses are clean.. But the mattress had big stains on it. The bedroom window wouldn’t open either The whole stay - the staff did call up on the last full day of the trip to fix this, however by this point we was leaving 10am the next day so I didn’t see the point in hassling them, they could attend to that once we were out the way. I would like to note that they don’t provide toilet roll or bedding now because of covid but they leave you with used dish sponges to wash the pots? The WiFi also would connect but not actually work properly, nothing would load.
Also, I hate to point this out as we had no problem with the neighbours - we never even saw them. However the walls are paper thin and we was woken numerous times during the night because you can even hear them on the toilet, talking, every move you can hear.
