Staff was friendly . Check in and out was easy.
It was decent the only concerning thing was door to room was hard to shut. I didn’t do the breakfast but it served my purpose. I would stay again.

While our room was fairly clean, several areas of the room were in disrepair. I don't know how they can book people in a room with these issues but they did. I also heard them say to another guest that they were full (which I understood meant no different room to switch to). The walls of our room were thin, as we could hear almost everything in the adjoining room. I am really disappointed in this stay. Also, no one came to clean at all for our 2 night stay, and I had to go retrieve clean towels and washcloths myself and bag up the soiled ones to leave outside my room door, something that housekeeping should have done. I have photos, but this website is not allowing me to upload them.

It was the worst hotel I haved stayed in. There was smoking everywhere. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Loud music played all night. Front desk informed me they would do nothing about the problems.
3.2
When checking in there was a guy sitting there vaping in the lobby.
The tv had no remote. After 30 minutes a new tv was brought in after two attempts at synching a different one.
The hot tub was not hot at all and the beds were hard.
The entire hotel had a smell to it. Probably due to the vaping allowed?

It was a one night stay, the price was good, checkin good. Bed was very good, room was fine. But the fan in the bathroom made a terrible racket - you had to keep it on because it was part of the lighting. Also, like many hotels there were no non-slip provisions in the bathtub. the shower itself needed attention. The room seemed to be clean but the halls did not.

After we checked in, we found out the outside entrance near our room did not lock. After asking the front desk about it, we were told that they were “doing renovations” and they had no way to lock it. I asked how long it had been like that and was told around 6 to 12 months. After a conversation with the assistant manager, I was told we could leave if we did not like it. The room was ok, except for the sewer drain cap that was loose in the closet area so whenever someone flushed the toilet down the hall, you could hear it in our room. I’m all for hotels making improvements, however none of this was stated when booking. Overall, not a great experience.

There was remodeling being done. Everything was torn up even inside the rooms. The first room we were given had a terrible odor and dressers pulled away from the wall with holes by the floorboards where you could see insulation in there. The odor smelled like dead rodents. We were given another room which was slightly better but not acceptable. The only reason we stayed was because we had traveled 10 hours that day and we had a reservation that was not able to cancel. The gentleman working the desk was very nice and tried to find a better room for us.

I recently stayed this hotel, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast offered the same items every day. Aftr a few days biscuits and gravy starts to get old. Beggels are good. The pool is heated.

I stayed at this property many years ago, just before they started having water problems. They are still having water problems and still repairing the property. In the meantime they are still renting out rooms for $275 a night. If we hadn’t had an emergency in the family, and we weren’t so old we would have slept in the car.
3.2
Good place to stay especially for price
3.2
Customer service was just ok, not too friendly. The hotel is old, doing some remodeling. Carpets dirty and run down. Stairs are steep- no elevator. The room was clean.
3.2
The pool was nice -almost everything else was in need of repair or replacement’s
3.2
The room was barely clean
The bathroom floor felt gritty/dirty and smelled of urine
The room did not get cleaned the next day after we slept
No cleans towels, had to hunt down someone and get towels and we told they were out of clean ones
Did finally get some later in the day
The carpet felt wet and room had a musty odor
The door had to be forced open each time we entered
Missing baseboards and headboard was peeling
See photos below

The room we were in needs a complete upgrade.

disappointed and I am asking for a refund - rooms were recently painted and we could not get in OR OUT of room - fire hazard and could have been reported to city l/fire dept 😕
3.2
Overall, the visit was okay. I dislike that there was no elevator to 2nd floor and no other rooms on 1st. The room was clean, but the air was stuffy. Noted a hole in the corner of the room and the toilet moved every time you sat on it. There was a small hair near the drain of the shower. The breakfast was okay, if you only wanted the waffles. The cereal was old, and apple juice was 99% water.
3.2
Nothing quality here at the Quality INN.
No sleep. No security bolt lock in room at the door & the room door requires lifting to close. Room is not finished- missing baseboards & areas with holes at the baseboard area. Electrical cords running at a stretch. Noisy- all stairway activity heard
3.2
Old, smelly, poor condition . Quality Inn in Canada was good but here in the US, this location. Never come back !
3.2
It was convenient because it was close to the highway.
The pool was open yet it had a few inches or more of algae growth in the deep end. Hot tub was open but the jets wouldn't work. Was expecting that there would be at least scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet but no it was lame as well. Biscuits and gravy which was not good. Also, they claimed to have a strict no smoking policy yet right around the corner from the front desk was hit with the smell if pot smoke. That wasn't as bad as opening my room and smelling stall cigarette smoke. Not a good experience . I would not recommend.

I stayed here for 1 night with my partner as we were making our way up the peninsula. The room was newly renovated but it was small and on the dirty side. I had my service dog with me and we were given a room without carpet, which is fine, but the floors were gritty and sticky. The walls were thin too and my partner was woken several times in the night by the people in the neighboring room. I can't recommend this hotel. We won't be returning.
3.2
Would not stay there again.
3.2
What a dump, doors to outside were unsecured anyone can come and go people hanging around smoking .
Missing trim and broken windows everywhere truckstop hotel pool closed during our stay that was never mentioned in listing.
Stay away can't believe this is part of Wyndham resorts and choice hotels they would be shocked at what's going on there

The person who checked me in was great. Very friendly, welcomed me. The hotel could use a little tlc. My room has a whole in the bottom corner very outdated. But in general it was an okay stay.
3.2
My daughter was so scared she couldn’t sleep. Gross, sketchy. Ew
3.2
The price was good for the area
Right off of interstate 75!
3.2
Very outdated and dirty
3.2
cheapest rate probably because this was a place to stay more for workers and transients than vacationers
3.2
Compared to the other hotels in the area this hotel was sketchy. Hallways smelled of smoke, bathroom was dingey, the room door needed an extra push to make sure it was closed, the so called gym was only an olyptical and and staff was not the most accommodating. However, you couldn't beat the price.

Breakfast was good.
Room and beds were clean and comfortable but very dated.

Better breakfast

The building looks nothing like the online photo! Parking lot needs to be repaved and lined up,trash over flowing with trash inside and out. The front door was so dirty you couldn't see inside. The bathroom light was out but they had a new mirror that shined a little more light but barely enough. My door was uneven and you could see the light shining in from the outside. This hotel is being remodeled but they should've told us that when we booked the room.
3.2
Holes in the wall, carpets not very clean, smoke dector hanging from ceiling pool had lots of floaties in the water, lock broken on door, bathroom door dont shut. Would not Recommend to anymore to stay.
3.2
Exposed wiring. Fire alarm went off in room sink wouldn't drain room was stinky. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Dirty floors stained bedding stains furniture. Never will stay again
3.2
Going through remodel, but this may have been going on the last ten years.
Rundown, musty smell, weeds around the building. Rooms okay, beds not bad, rooms clean. Breakfast high carb, low protein.
3.2
Horrible experience. The first room they gave us had the door frame busted in so you couldn't secure the door properly. The second wasn't much better, it to had been kickedvin at one point.
Side entrance door by pool was torally broken and wide open to anyone wanting to gain access to the building. Totally disappointed and will never stay there again. Very unsafe and dirty. The hot tub and pool looked filthy to the point you might want to have all your shots up to date before stepping in the water. VERY, VERY, Disappointed!!

Nice people

The workers were nice. I gave them a 5.
The floors were so sticky that I only would wear my shoes inside and they would stick with every step! I never step barefooted at a hotel, but I didn't want to make my slippers or socks that dirty, so hence the shoes. Maybe they moped with dirty water? I made my husband laugh with a "Jed Clampet dance" with a special sticky two- step on the floor.
The bed was lumpy and not comfortable. No bugs.
I gave the room a 2.
Breakfast was all carbs. No eggs or sausage.
