Great hotel, with wonderful staff. The hotel has everything you could possibly need to the point where you don’t need to venture outside. Only downside was the location wasn’t as walkable as other hotels and meant we relied on public transport to get to other parts of the city. Large selection of food and clean rooms. Staff also incredibly multilingual which was very helpful!

We had Executive club access which was excellent superb views of tokyo too.and although there was renovations at the main lobby that didnt affect the wonderful stay lovely swallow pool not heated though fully equipped gym and very attentive personnel we used 3 of the hotel restaurants and all were excellent but on the expensive side..location of hotel peaceful for a city and with a tokyo metro nearby everything was within 20 mts

My second stay in 3 months and will always plan to stay here because of the limousine access from Narita. The selling point for me is the Club Lounge access - now 2 floors located on the 35th & 36th floors. The service is amazing and the food offerings are delicious. Love the breakfast options as well was Happy Hour with delicious sushi and decadent desserts. ANA Intercontinental is my #1 choice when in Tokyo for business with close access to the Ginza Line. Can’t wait to return in another month

Our first three nights in Japan were perfect because of this hotel! The newly remodeled room was comfortable four our family of four (they brought in an extra bed) and the service during the entire stay was top notch. The pool was so fun for our kids too! The amenities and food at Club Intercontinental were amazing and we will miss the beautiful breakfast spread. Thank you for the warmest welcome to Japan!

ANA hotel chain is known to be very highly rated. The best part about it was the delicious, well-serviced buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly and very quick to accommodate all my requests (ice buckets, extra towels, etc). That’s the positive. The room was standard, like typical Hilton type. I did like the extra amenities, like thick bath robes. Wish the toilet area was separated from the shower/bath area. Also, the hotel may be centrally located in the city, but it was not walkable to any convenient train stations. We had to take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go.

Awesome Hotel would stay there again and again. Rooms are recently renovated, and staff are amazing. Breakfast was extensive and pool was beautiful. Most Staff spoke English well and very accommodating. Train station just a few minutes away by walking.

Japanese breakfast at the club lounge was impressive… dinner however needs alot of work not enough variety and hot dishes were so-so.
Service cleanness and location are great.

Pictures that were shown on the booking are of the renovated part of the hotel. at arrival we were given the old rooms which were completely different. I found an injection cap (orange) between the bed side table and the bed. I complained to the reception, and they told me that they overbooked and the rooms shown in the pictures were not available anymore. They gave us the old rooms and even revoked the club lounge access and we had to explain that it was part of the booking and shown clearly. They eventually checked the system and sorted it out.
The restaurants are amazing. The laundry service and dry cleaning is exceptional. The coffee shop was great. Use the concierge for private tours as they have excellent facilities and all options for all budget types. We booked the private mount fuji tour with a private bus, great experience.

Amazing stay to attend a Fulbright reception at the US ambassador’s residence literally around the corner. Stayed in one of the renovated king suites which will be my ‘new home’ whenever I am in Tokyo. Direct limousine bus access from Narita. Must have access to the club which is beautiful and serene. Fantastic cocktails. Also, has the BEST French bakery. Subway station very close and convenient.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location and thoroughly recommend the club rooms and club lounge. Fantastic service.
Thank you.

My husband and I would come back here again! We highly recommend upgrading to the business lounge because it is seperate from everyone, on the 35th floor. you have la carte buffet for breakfast and you can also choose a traditional set, American or French set. It was a lot of food. They also have happy hour in the evening, view of tokyo. Sorta walkable to Roppongi probably a 20 min walk and little but of up hill. it is Kinda far from Ginza Line, we had to walk 500 meters each day the subway line, in order to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku ect. But I would stay here again because it is far away from the crowds in Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It s peaceful and quiet. Staff is so nice too. We also sent our luggage to Kyoto.

Very centrally located. Crazy convenient for shopping, people watching, local food eating. VERY professional staff that represent the best of the Marriott/ Bonvoy brand. Great English skills to assist non Chinese speaking foreigners like myself.
Well done.
