A month after staying at this hotel, they charged me again for a room which I did not stay in. After multiple attempts to get my money back via email, calls and stopping by the hotel the next time I went through town, I still have had ZERO response from the hotel on this matter.

Customer service and lobby staff were absolutely great. The hotel is another story. No shampoo when we asked we were told that management didn’t buy shampoo so we got extra bar of soap and the toilet paper left in the room was almost empty so we had to ask for a toilet paper roll.
The bath tub was very dirty and plugged up when I took a shower. Breakfast was ok (continental breakfast) but no knife, we asked and were told again that management. Didn’t buy them either. We stayed in super 8 hotels before and they were very good.

We arrived to the hotel and they checked someone else in under my name. It took 45 mins to sort it out. Then gave us a dirty used room. Took awhile to find a different room. No elevator so we had to climb three flights of stairs.

Quiet. Comfortable bed.
Sparse, bed tv night stand.
No coffee or Kleenex or anything usually found traveling.
Breakfast space same minimal. No fruit very very basic no danishes. I was best so I survived.

Half a roll of toilet paper. No drinking cups or tissues. Crumbs on desk, chair, and floor. Bathroom light was extremely dim. Curtains falling off their tracks. TV wasn’t mounted to the wall and had a lame channel selection. Cigarette burns on the duvet. And the door didn’t lock from the outside, in other words could not leave anything valuable in the room while away. However, the staff were very courteous and as attentive as they could be considering how busy they were being fully booked.

The most horrible experience they didn’t change the sheets of our beds (2 queen) were dirty with hair everywhere so disguising how can you come to sleep with you children in a place like that they didn’t have any more rooms so I ask for 2 clean sets of sheets and I change them my self. Then I went to brush my teeth and the bathroom was also dirty lots of black marks on the tub even hair in the sink overall a horrible experience.

Very outdated. Bed very bouncy No toliet paper, soap, in room had to go ask for toilet paper. Looks like no one has been in that room in years thick layer of dust on dresser and by table. Tub had a old glued mat that was peeling up.

There were no cups or glasses in the room. There was about 1/8 of an inch of toilet paper. Not enough to last one woman through the night.
The young woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly

Bad vibe , dumpy and dirty. Made a big deal about smoking , room smelled like old burnt wood, window screen broken, cheap breakfast,

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room smelled disgusting and the staff were incredibly rude. There were no toiletries including no toilet paper or Kleenex available.
Clear activity of unwanted and unsafe individuals in the parking lot. Yet, it probably doesn't phase staff since they're probably related to them

It's a Super 8 - nothing special about it. There is not an elevator and there are stairs to go down to the first floor rooms or up to the second floor rooms from the lobby, so it is not ADA accessible - just something to keep in mind! The breakfast was also very lacking and the hours are limited - only 6:30-8:30 - which is tough for some travelers, but you get what you pay for!

Definitely disappointed as there were no luggage carts or elevator! I was put on 3rd floor and had to struggle with my luggage! I am 75 years old and very disappointed.
Breakfast skimpy but waffles were good-no fresh fruit though :(

This hotel is probably also rented by the hour. Whole third floor reeked of cigarette smoke. There were dry bloody boogers stuck to the walls and other unknown dried dripping marks. I arrived late to crash and discovered all of this in the morning! My towels were dirty and stained and the bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the tv was static. I would NEVER stay here again.

Needs upgrade. Old, door didn’t work properly. Key card didn’t work consistently, had to slam door shut. Big piece of upholstery missing on recliner. Lighting was poor.

We booked a one night stay to break up our trip to Oregon. The convenience of this great location just off of the highway was great. The coffee in the lobby was great too. The place was quiet and we got a good nights sleep and were on our way early. The price was great for the location as well.

The staff were really, really nice! So helpful and friendly. We were there for 3 days with autistic grandson. They were so kind to him and us.
HOWEVER, the room was sooooo dirty! There was an empty Gatorade bottle under the bed. There was what looked like dog diarrhea in the baseboard in the bathroom. Dust and dirt on the walls and floors. Room window sills were very dirty, something splashed all
over it. And lots of dust. There was only 1 very small garbage can in the entire room. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper. The cleaning staff could use a lot of training or something. But on that note, we will come back. Location was great. I will just bring my own cleaning supplies and wipe down the entire room before we come in.

Moldy and very worn, worried about sleeping in beds. Towels and washcloths every shade of Grey.

Expedia told me they took cats and the don’t and haven’t for a number of years. So I couldn’t stay there and it cost me $80.00. Not the property’s fault. Another Expedia failure.

This hotel is in need of serious upgrades. The furniture in the room was worn down, scratched, and faded; the window was old; the tub had been painted white in spots to cover up damage and it looked horrible. Also, the toilet is so small and low to the ground anyone with mobility issues or bad knees would struggle to use it. The bathroom fan, though it did come on when we turned on the bathroom lights, was useless. The room filled with steam and made the whole hotel room stuffy, warm, and humid.
"Breakfast" was hardly that; there were waffles, which was its saving grace, but otherwise there were two yogurts and cold cereal in tiny dispensers which were half gone. There were no forks, and the spoons were tiny, long-handled ice cream spoons, terrible for eating cereal.
The laundry room door was open the entire time we were there, which seemed odd to me.
On the positive side, the building was fairly clean. It didn't FEEL clean because everything was so run-down and smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but it was definitely clean.
The front desk worker (who was there for both check-in and check-out) was friendly and professional, and answered all of our questions cheerfully.

Went to this property, lobby was ok but the floor I was on the second floor was trashed. When I went into my room there were razor blades by the doors and bathroom could have cause serious damage if barefoot. Curtains were hanging on by a thread and room just felt dirty. Then the agent said oh we have breakfast from 630 to 930 the next morning, unless it’s just cereal there was no breakfast. Would not stay here ever again.

It says pet friendly but they do not allow cats. With the heat I can't leave them in the car. I didn't stay in the hotel but if you are traveling with cars super 8 is a no go
