Weather impact required unplanned stop.

The room had been remodeled, very nice and roomy.
Hotel receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.
No noise, clean, lots of parking and we'll return..

Clean and very spacious room. Just one small desk chair. Needed to put a towel across the base of the door to close off the rather large gap. Great TV, also a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. King bed was very comfortable. Just staying one night

Clean and easy place to stay

The rooms were recently remodeled and very spacious. Comfortable bedding.
Lacking in amenities (no breakfast/coffee outside room, no vending machines or ice machines). But they did make ice in trays in room freezers.

Nicely updated property, check out the waffle hut next door for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. There were a few stains on the carpet but overall a good overnight stop.
3.0
The room appeared clean but the floors felt and looked like they hadn't been slept and mopped in awhile. There was no shower bench for the disability shower.

Very clean hotel.Spacious room. Qauality bed and linens. Would book again.

The room was clean and modern and had been renovated however, the window had only mini blinds with a light right above it outside. the room was so bright I had to wrap a shirt around my head to try and sleep. It felt like there was a light on in the room with no way to make it darker. I hardly slept, also comforter was very thin with no blanket and only a sheet and there was no extra blanket in the room. No one at the front desk after 11:00 so no way to even ask for an extra blanket. It also took about 5 mins to get hot water in the morning, i nearly gave up waiting for hot water. no hand soap in either the bathroom or kitchen. only shampoo and dish soap.

We were upgraded to a nicer room with kitchen. The place was recently remodeled so it was really nice. I would definitely stay again.

Very large room. Recently updated. Seemed sparse amount of furniture for the space.

Nice for the cost.

When we arrived our door was unlocked and open and I had to check the room to make sure nobody was inside and then the lock wasn’t screwed in well and there was no secondary lock like a chain. Also one of the beds didn’t have a top sheet, so we had to call for one and then remake the bed ourselves, which is fine but weird when you are paying to stay at a hotel.

Lovely comfortable room, and very close to the town centre with a selection of restaurants.
5.0
Nice hotel. I could have had a chair and a luggage stand in the room. But otherwise better than its rating.
5.0
Room has everything. Bed very soft. I think mattress could be classed as futon. It didn’t seem to have any structural support on sides or coils. Pillows were very full and large. But those things are very subjective. Pleasantly surprised with restaurant. Menu has everything and staff very friendly.

Breakfast not included. Klamath Falls is not attractive town.

Convenient area in historic downtown. Picked it because of the enclosed parking and noticeable security. Room was very clean and property was quiet.

Didn't stay long but the room was clean and the beds were.

It has been remodeled and it had a nice comfortable bed and a very large room. It was quiet. The hotel was short handed and we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in.

Nicely remodeled, clean, and very large room with kitchenette. Easy in and out. Excellent value. Only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room.

The room was huge! There was plenty of space for my family to spread out and to set up a portable crib that we brought for the baby.
Location is great for taking a walks around downtown and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go if we couldn't walk. I would stay there again in a second.

Staff at checkin was friendly and efficient. Modern and overall clean room. Only the microwave wasn’t clean. The bed was comfy, and there was a ton of space and decent TV. The only other issue was the lack of holders/rings in the bathroom (toilet paper, towel bar, etc).

Just a couple day get away to Klamath Falls for some wonderful kayaking.
The motel has been recently renovated so the rooms are clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. It was quiet and a close walk to downtown restaurants for a relaxing and enjoyable time away.

The absolute best thing about this property was the customer service. As soon as I walked in the lobby I was greated by Karen with a warm smile and was addressed me by my first name. Obvisously I was the last one to check in for the evening so her process of elimination was correct. But either way, It felt special and she was super courteous, accommodating and very sweet. She checked me in quickly and explained everything about the property in detail. Checked in and now heading to my room... I'll be honest, the exterior of this place is sort of rough. A concrete jungle! The buildings exterior has potential due to its age and style. Also, the views through the corridors to the surrounding hotels and businesses makes it feel sort of cold and dingy. I would figure out a way to clean up the hotel grounds, dress up the exterior, and play off the exteriors retro vibe. More plants!! Ok. the room itself was surprinsgly very nice and modern. Once in the room you kind of forget about the outside. My room (303) was clean and newly remodeled. However, It still smelled like paint and a little musty from either old cigarette smoke or moisture. The kitchnette was super modern and even came with a cooktop, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. There were some things that I would change/fix. The closet did not have any hangers, tape left over on fixtures from painting and the shower door opens when closed due to it not being leveled.

Reasonable, newly renovated.

Our toilet took ages to flush. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Dead bugs and dust on windowsill and dirt and a string on the floor. The counter top was cracked and the tub was worn out.
4.0
The service was okay but they gave me the wrong room to begin with, and then the room I ended up with was okay but the bed was old and sunken in, I definitely don’t feel like the pictures matched what I walked in to.

Staff were not wearing masks, following COVID-19 guidelines.

The location is great : very nice park across the street for our dog & very good Waffle Hut restaurant across the parking lot (wide menu serving all meals - dine in & take-out). Outside pool was open, spacious parking with good lighting. Felt safe & it was fairly quiet. Check-in could've been more efficient though

The property itself was fine. The issue was that they were overbooked and canceled my reservations. I wasn't informed of this until 5:48 p.m. on the night of my first stay when I was already 3 hours into the 4 1/2 hour drive to Klamath Falls. According to the hotel staff, they informed Expedia of this at noon. I am not sure why I wasn't informed until almost 6 hours later. Luckily, they had a last-minute cancellation and I was able to get a room for the two nights I had originally booked. Very disappointed by this.
2.0
the room was not cleaned, they literally just added toilet paper and towels. The bed comforters were reused due to having yellow stains that resembled vomit, since there was vomit stains in the wall behind the lamp. Over all disgusting.
