Perfect in almost every way!

It was immaculate! The bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. Cinnamon rolls were hot and soft and bacon was crispy and flavorful. I was able to get an early check in as a room was available. Quiet room.

The hot tub was occupied by a large group of young adults so I couldn’t soothe my aching back.

Landed at this hotel through a reservation snafu from another hotel. Booking.com helped me out.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7. Close to ice cream parlor and other restaurants/shopping.

Price was a bit on the upper end of the spectrum for a 2 star. Not sure I'd feel real safe walking around after dark. Although that could be simply due to the fact I am not familiar with this area.

Comfortable room but wish I had gotten more sleep but it was too noisy with fan and street noise.

The room was spacious and felt roomy. The room smelled nice and clean. The free breakfast was really good and there was a lot of room in the eating area.

The towels were rough and maybe a fabric softener would have worked to soften them. The hotel itself, is located on a very busy street and you could hear the traffic noise all night. The room fan kept on restarting so every time you started to fall asleep, the noisy fan would come on and wake you up.

Don’t give room 106 to any of your guest, not a restful night.

comfortable bed and very clean

We checked in very late after a 14 hour drive and we’re given room 106. No one should ever be given this room, it’s right behind the elevator bank and all we could hear is this elevator going up and down. Also it’s close to the breakfast area and guests are extremely inconsiderate about whether other guests are still sleeping. if not for this room I would have provided a better rating but after a long day of travel one expects not to hear the mechanical noises.

very clean, modern and upbeat decor

nice room, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast should be extended to 10:00 a.m. bathroom door was so big and heavy it was annoying with a loud close. my recomendation would be to put a soft close on door. very modern and clean room.

Great place to stay, would rather a quieter room away from people.

I liked my room with the exception that I was trying to work and there is a lot of noise that traveled upstairs from the pool or recreation room.

The noise from the recreation room that was very loud in my room. I need quiet for work.

Very disappointed with the manager and how the staff wasn't held accountable that canceled my reserv

The continental breakfast was on point. The staff was nice.

That my reservations got canceled and I got charged an extra room because they wouldn't honor my reservation. I had family that couldn't make it one night and asked if I could change it they said yes and then they canceled the whole reservation which I had already paid for and then charged me again.

the regular beds and the room overall was very nice. the lady working on Saturday day shift went above and beyond by putting ice melt over the whole parking lot.
