Staff. They made an error on my checkout date, then lied to cover up what they did.
Oh, and they charged me for an extra 4 days stay after I left.

handy location. I’ve stayed here many times over the years.
I first stayed in this hotel 13 years ago, when I think it was relatively new. It was pristine and clean and everything worked wonderfully.
now… Not so much. I hate to say it, but it seems like whenever Wyndham takes over a hotel chain, it goes to hell. Same thing happened with La Quinta. I guess they’re in Business to make money, not invest money back into a place to keep it up-to-date. in short, here are the issues…
noisy people, barking dogs, elevator doesn’t go to the third floor, vending machine out of water, can’t print the receipt, somebody covered the smoke detector with a shower cap which I luckily noticed. Key card works about every third time to open the door. And, they need an extra blanket for the bed, or at least available in the room for anyone who wants one.

Id like to share how I was treated at tjis Wyndham fascility. I did ask forba queèn, jot a ada room. I was given the disabled assessible room, however I am not. It adjoins walls with the main checking area AND is 3' from the breakfast area. Talk about noise oh I was upset as it seemed they were trying to give me the lower cost rooms , the key card got stuck so I had to be assigned a dif room , she informing me its all i have its on 3rd floor now and you only have to walk up the last flight because the elevator goes only to second floor. This was ridiculous now. It is VERY clear that the clerk was making every effort to give me the cheapest room available, obvious now. I didn't appreciate that i was offered choices on the booking.com app only to have the staff who were trained or ordered to make adjustments to my confirmation without my permission. She said that all she had available was the 3rd floor room, she did NOT ASK if I would prefer another nor if I prefer to be refunded she TOLD ME THIS is WHAT I HAVE FOR YOU... poor treatment at best.
I didn't like that there were no USB ports
The tub area either needed to be regrouted on the floor base at the corner or the dirt had become compacted and looked like cement when remainder of tub was caulked. Disturbingly I found the phone cradle had insect casings in it when I grabbed it to call front desk for a wakeup call I did a double take ànd grabbed a hand towel to hold the receiver. Chair needed to be refinished as all edges had stain missing.
The carpets were not vacuumed as the filth stuck to my feet after walking from bed to bathroom and back, put my shoes on for remainder of stay.

The price at the end of a long driving day home
Either it was the weather or? there was no tv, no internet plus a group of working guys came in after the middle of the night and had heavy equipment, you could hear the talking, moving around of furniture it sounded like, not a fun night.

I like the cleanliness and the very comfortable bed. The hot water and water pressure were really good too.
That the elevator was out for upgrading. Had to walk up the stairs to our second story room.

the rooms are clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful
the bed was super hard and the walls are paper thin. it’s the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in.

Bed was comfy and the I was surprised that I liked the three small pillow set-up. Breakfast was fine. Nice touch with the pumpkin spice waffle batter.
I do get the pool being closed for the season but why was the indoor hot tub down? This was one of the primary reason I chose this hotel. We had a room with disability access that could use some tips. Move the adjustable shower head lower for ease of access and folks that do not need it can easily raise to the desired height. All the soaps, shampoo, lotions, etc were placed on the shower chair but no where to place these items when actually sitting in the chair. Placing soap, shampoo, etc. on the floor does not work for someone with limited movement.

The rooms are nice, my daughter loved the pool and being able to walk to the bowling alley. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. We will stay here again. Thank you
I can’t complain about anything.

Located well out of town but close to highway access, this is a good overnight stop on the way to somewhere else. The room was clean, quiet and a generous size.
The room lighting is atrocious; a choice of oddly located ceiling pot lights or strip wall lighting (on both long walls) bright enough to film a movie. No nighttime reading here; bring your tablet. The only nearby restaurant is at a bowling alley, or be brave and venture into the rather odd town (how many Main Streets can one town have?). Probably stick with the bowling alley. Breakfast is included but was pretty pathetic (cold rubber eggs, warm yogurt, weak coffee).

Awesome hot breakfast.
Breakfast was not Covid safe.
