Very helpful staff

It was very quiet. We had little interaction with the staff. What we did was good. And breakfast was good, what we expected.

Disappointed. Loud air conditioner woke us up all night. Hotel under construction and had plastic covering the hallways. We were not informed of the construction prior to our stay. Several had to get different rooms as suites weren’t available upon arrival. Injury happened to a family member because of a metal bolt sticking out of the bed. Bathroom had dirt/mold and walls missing hooks. Obvious water damage on the ceiling. One room had water leaking from the ceiling. The pool had to be closed due to a maintenance issue. We were here for a mimi family reunion and won’t stay here again. I expected more from a Marriot property.

Though this property is undergoing massive renovation, our room was perfectly fine, comfortable and had the fastest internet of any hotel I have stayed in. The indoor public areas were nice, the breakfast hot and well prepared. I assume the outdoor parking and walks will be repaired and resurfaced when the indoor work is completed. The staff seemed meticulous in wanting things to be right. And best of all, there is a terrific new sports bar right next door.

Nice quiet location. Close to shops

Just a little far out for entertainment, nightlife and downtown.

We are a hockey family and our son had an early morning game. We checked in and the room was spacious and quiet, clean really all we needed was beds for the night got drove to the rink which was less than 10 minutes away we won our game.

Was not notified of units being remodeled, my unit shower curtain rod broke. No doors closets closed handles hanging on doors, sofa ripped, was not a unit worth full price. Hall had construction dust barriers laying in hall a trip hazard, A discount should have been offered at checkout

We had a double room and the deadbolt would not allow the door to close behind you. You have to do a lot of tricks to get the door closed. Didn’t feel safe. When explained this to management, he said there was nothing he could do because no one was there and maintenance was gone for the day. He had no other rooms he could switch us with. I was not satisfied with that answer. When you are a paying customer the company needs to make right for fault on there end.

The staff was nice but the breakfast was horrible. The worker was very nice and apologized a million times but said they were out of everything all three days i was there. Oatmeal (very runny), oranges, eggs, bread and cereal. No meat, waffles, yogurt, other friut, pastries. Typically even a Super 8 would have most of that stuff. I understood the first morning things happen. But all three mornings?? Very friendly staff and clean rooms but i would probably stay someplace else next time because i love a good breakfast in the mornings.

Reserved the room through Hotel.com. Paid for a king-size bed as my hubby is 6’3. Got put in a queen room. Not to my Marriott’s standard by any means. Corporate should visit hotels they are associated with Every now and then. Rust in the tub, and paint peeled off the tub with cracks and chips. Afraid I was going to get lead poisoning! Paint-covered black mold or water damage. Not worth the star rating nor the $140.00 we paid. Don't stay here.

Our stay was generally pretty good. The desk associates were really kind and helpful. I lost my key coming home in the middle of the night and Kim gave me no issues about getting me another one.
I came from Michigan to see my best friend. We sat out on the patio 2 times and chatted and laughed and no one gave us a hard time. I only wish we could have had the heaters or the firepit turned on. It was so cold!
The shower drain in one of the rooms drained very slowly and someone came and fixed it right away.

Front desk was friendly and kind when we arrived. We had a late check in due to my son’s hockey game. The breakfast wasn’t too bad.

The property was under construction due to a water main break. Wish we would’ve known that before we arrived and should’ve been a discounted rate because of that.

It was great! Very nice suite with a full kitchen that we didn’t use because it was a quick trip.

Staff v friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed but some wall and ceiling cracks diminished the appeal a bit (the hotel does appear to be undergoing rennovation so perhaps my room is on the list). Sink didn't drain well and A/C was very loud (i turned it up to relatively high to stop it coming on too much). Otherwise, actually very comfortable.

The restroom door wasn’t closing and the soap dispensers didn’t have soap liquids ..if this is the case we would have stayed in super 8 or days inn ,instead of spending $150 for this stay ..despite complaining. No action was taken ..they promised a refund which we didn’t get any acknowledgment

Like the friendly staff. Great breakfast. Decently clean (under renovation). In a good part of town.

The staff was wonderful and pleasant. They left me alone and yet made me feel that they were there for me. I will be back.

This hotel does not match the Marriott name. It was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The mattress was past it’s prime and did not have a real frame underneath, handles were sticky or falling off. Overall lacking quality workmanship.

Very nice and clean room. Enjoyed the pool, patio and basketball area. Front desk guy wasn't very informative and a bit slow at getting to the desk in a timely manner. I waited 10 mins to return the basketball before i just ended up leaving it on the desk. I heard him in the back.

The bed frame must have been broken; literal seesaw when sitting/laying on bed. Not a good night of rest. Room was clean. Telephone had no cable connecting to phone jack- just for looks I suppose. Master bedroom television had no sound originally. We had to adjust settings to get sound. Kitchen was furnished with items you may need to prepare or eat food. Plenty of lighting. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken.

The employees were all very personable and made us feel at home. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately during the stay, KC received extreme cold weather and pipes burst inside the hotel (although not in our suite). The laundry facility is adequate and is coin operated. We would stay here again.

Wonderfully quiet room. Beds very comfy.
This suite could use some tlc. Bathroom door handle is in jeopardy of falling off. There is a red warning light on microwave that doesn't turn off. No light working for stove surface. Carpet is stained.
Breakfast and coffee were terrific!

Great stay! Clean, awesome customer service, great room. We can't wait to stay again.

I felt it was pretty run down. You could see the wear and tear. Floors uneven. Bed was good though. Needs some renovation and updates. Craftsmanship could of been better.

Everything was great.

I provided management two lists comprised of 8 issues with my room. From a leaking kitchen faucet to a bathroom door that didn’t close all the way because it rubbed on the floor. Three items were addressed. All others were ignored.
When I filed an online complaint with Marriott, the general manager claimed the other issues were not addressed because her and her staff feared “another incident”. The first “incident” she claimed was that I stormed off shouting and slamming doors. This was a false statement and a dishonest approach for the GM. I would like someone to explain to me how you can slam an automatic door on a damper hinge. You can’t. It was a lie by the GM to cover herself for not addressing all the issues reported.
Overall, the hotel is in need of refurbish along with all the other Residence Inns. Marriott needs to invest money if they wish to keep clientele.

The suite was lovely. I honestly wish my trip was a bit longer so that I could have enjoyed it more.

Stay was last minute but pleasantly surprised by the room set up and staff was EXTREMELY friendly!

I stayed in room 303 in the suite. The door that separated the room from the tv and kitchenette area was extremely hard to close! I had to force it close and it slammed really hard and loud! Now inside the bedroom area the vent on the wall next to the TV WAS NASTY! It looked like a dark liquid was spilled on it some time ago and it was just left there. The carpet had debris on it; rubber bands and food, and lastly the tub and around the back of the toilet was not clean. I always carry Lysol with me so I cleaned it myself! This was the first time I had an experience with the MARRIOTT that was sub par and I will not be returning to that location again!!! 3 out of 10 but, I will say my check in experience was great.

I loved that there was a full kitchen in our room. It makes it so much easier when traveling with little ones. The sofa bed wasn’t that great for my daughter unfortunately, she is extremely tall and had to lay at an angle and the mattress was super thin and uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

Decent breakfast. They even had oat milk available by request.
