Not the first time I’ve stayed here…. Place is always clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you might need and so close to everything to do and eat!

Everything was great and service was amazing. The floor of the shower was hollow and had a crack in it. When we stepped into the shower my heel nearly went through the shower base. Notified front desk that they had a problem and they were going to have maintenance take a look.

Always like staying here. The phone wakeup did wake me up early even though I did not set it. That should be fixed.

Employees were very friendly and helpfull. Did have one minor issue that took two contacts to resolve, but got it taken care of. Overall very nice accommodations, but bed was a little too firm for our liking.

This hotel is awesome! Great location, nice decor. Staff was very friendly. We had a problem with our plans and they worked with us to get us another night in the same room. I highly recommend it!

While a quiet ck stay it was great. We checked in very late and was almost immediately greeted and checked in. He was very friendly and helpful. Usually when we are traveling, of we get there late, we typically have to wait for service. Not the case here. It's a very clean and welcoming hotel. Our room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Shower was wonderful. Excellent water pressure. Had all the necessities. Shampoo, conditioner, shower wash, even liquid hand soap and lotion. All eco friendly and cruelty free. Beds were super comfy. The only thing I was say is that 2 of the 4 pillows on both beds were good. The others were really flat. Almost like they had been around awhile. And the towels could use some fabric softener. These might seem like small things but it's the small things that keep people coming back. Oh and the breakfast had a ton of options. While I could not eat the majority of it due to a gluten allergy, I could see that there was a lot of hot choices including French toast. It looked tasty.

Check-in was quick and desk person was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean, as was the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and we loved going out and walking the trail out back the next morning before we left. The only issue was my son said the room he was in did not have hot water in the shower, otherwise everything was wonderful. I will return if back in the area.

Great hotel and room. Extremely courteous and accommodating staff!

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well enough to keep us cool on a historically hot October day. However, the breakfast area was a confusing tangle of randomness. There was not a good flow to the serving area at all, and when breakfast was busy, it was a nightmare. Biscuits and eggs to the left but you have to go around the corner to the right to find the gravy. Also, late that night someone else in the hotel was shouting and jumping hard enough to shake the floor. We reported it to the night staff, but nothing happened. The people kept shaking the walls and floor enough that we couldn’t sleep.

Our room was everything it said. Our room was clean and loved the view from the balcony. We love the jacuzzi and shower, both were nice and clean. We had a small refrigerator and microwave, and coffee maker. Our only complaint was the mattress was too firm, so we both ended up with a backache. I wished the waterfall had more water, it was just a trickle from what we could see.

When I first arrived, I thought the room was decent. Then I began to notice that cleanliness was okay but not great. When I pulled back the covers to go to bed, I discovered a bed that had obviously been slept in by a very hairy person. Obviously the housekeeper had made the bed without changing the sheets. I called the front desk and they brought me sheets and pillow cases, but I had to change it all.
I find this very disgusting and I will never stay there again when I'm I. The area.

There were ants in our room and maintenance came and sprayed but it did not help. Staff did not bring towels when asked. Had to call again.

Everything seemed fine with my stay; quiet enough, breakfast was fine, the room seemed clean, front desk staff was pleasant. On the morning of my checkout, I was gathering my belongings and saw a tiny black thing on the bed. Upon further inspection it was 100% mouse poop. I had a room with two beds, and I looked over to the second bed and there was more mouse poop. I genuinly did not have other issues with the hotel, but I will not stay here again because of the threat of mice in the room. Super bothered that the mouse poop was in the bed that I had slept in all night. I travel to KC often for work and the Stoney Creek is the closest hotel to my work, so I’ve always stayed here in the past. Kinda sad I will have to find somewhere else to stay from now on.

Great hotel’. Friendly staff member checked us in promptly and gave us a rundown of where things were on the property! Room was nice size and comfortable! Breakfast as enjoyable…not your ordinary eggs, a nice variety and croissants yo make an egg sandwich if you chose!!

I'm guessing this was a nice place when it opened, but has a very neglected appearance now. The carpets were stained and appeared to have mot been vacuumed for a while. The AC window unit in our room sounded like it was on it's last leg.

Was nice and clean! The young girl that checked us in could have been friendlier..she told my kids there was no pool..it was just under maintenance..which would have been nice to know before we booked lol. Other than that really cool place! Beautiful and AMAZING breakfast and breakfast staff! Hot and fresh sausage, bacon, pancakes, eggs, cereal, bagels, boiled eggs everything!! Rooms are big and showers are very nice!

Bartender was very friendly and busy. Bar needs better food options.

All staff were excellent. It has beautiful scenery, walking trail, a near by park & very close to lots of eating & shopping places. The hotel has full size shower/bathing products not mini bottles. The breakfast had many options to choose from that we all liked. Definitely will be a place i would stay again if im ever there overnight again.

The room was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the in room amenities were wonderful. The pool was closed for maintenance 😩, so the grand daughters were quite disappointed. The hotel did call me in advance to let me know, but didn’t offer any compensation. I still very much enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was also quite good.
