You get what you for. The smell of the room was interesting to say the least. Hot water took forever to reach the shower. The king bed was hard as a rock. The front door appeared to have been broken into a few times over the years.

Nice hotel, very clean, and the hotel was very accessible. They didn’t offer any shampoo, conditioner, or lotion like other hotels. First hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have that as part of the room. No breakfast either. Just coffee in the front lobby. Other than that, it was Nice and I will probably visit them again.

It was very clean. However, the flooring was coming up, the ice machine did not work, the bed was not comfortable, it was a king size and there were only 3 pillows, and the comforter had holes and stains, and when we tried to watch TV there was a message that said "service contact expired with Direct TV."

Needs updating with new materials. Looks like they “updated” by painting over damaged cabinets in bathroom. Flooring was needing replaced. Did not feel really clean. Almost walked out but due to circumstances we could not.

The room didn't feel or look very clean, and it had a pretty bad smell to it. The bedspreads were stained and had burn holes in them. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool area had so many ants that were biting me, I couldn't even enjoy the pool. I would not stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times. However this time we rented the king suite with the jacuzzi tub for two nights. We started to fill the tub and noticed a lot of gunk coming out of the jets. So we never got in. The shower water kept changing temps from scalding hot to freezing.

it’s ok for the price but it needs to be updated and painted. Needs to be sprayed for spiders. Pool needed to be strained, too many bugs. AC worked wonderful (froze us out, which i love!) Hot water in the shower was super hot!! Loved. Other than that it’s ok for the price

Located near Lake Hamilton shopping, dining and recreation areas. Enjoyed the refrigerator in the room. Air conditioner was in excellent operating condition. BUT, couldn't close the bathroom door. Appeared to be stuck in place.

The light outside the room did not work. Made it difficult to see door to get in. Bedspread was stained with something red. No amenities. TV control was missing. Had to wait 15 minutes for desk clerk to show up. Patio door was was very difficult to open ,and frame was coming loose from wall. The best thing about the room was the A/C worked great. We had reserved three days lvacation we left after two.

The room wasn’t disgusting but, it wasn’t the cleanest. The sink was messed up, the room had a funky smell, and cigarette burns in the blankets. We checked for bugs of any sort and found none. The area was very nice to stay in and the room had a cute balcony. The workers were very kind and it was a fast easy check in. The AC worked. For a cheap stay I would definitely recommend. It isn’t a 5 star motel but, we enjoyed it being as we weren’t in the room often and were enjoying the town.

Last minute booking. Sadly I got what I paid for. We were inside out of the elements at least. The room was so musky, the AC worked great but extremely loud. The springs in the mattress were sticking me all night. I think the sheets were clean but the bathroom towels weren't. My husband compared it to a deployment overseas. The AC sounded like a diesel generator and the storms sounded like mortar attacks. The bed felt like a cot.

On the road making reservation after 6pm it turns that arriving and hotel not knowing when rhey woukd have hot water i need to call hotel.com to get a refund the hotel coukd not do it. So I'm paying for a room I could not check in for.

the view to a certain extent was good the walk area behind it was wonderful would have loved being on the front but just what we could see was breathtaking. overall the stay was enjoyable the service at the front desk both evening was remarkable the rep on duty each night was highly professional and friendly and courteous. location was convenient for our excursions easily accessible thanks for leaving the lights on(lol)
