Our room that we booked and paid in advance- was not available, the supervisor told the person checking us in, that there was a smell, and she could not check us into that room. My question, why did the hotel not know about this in advance, as we checked in at 6.30pm, so they have had all day to clean it, and it was still not ready at 6.30pm?
Secondly our stay was ruined by a burst water main, which resulted in the hotel's water being cut off for most of the evening into the following day, limiting everyone in the hotel not being able to wash, drink or flush the toilets.
Marriott usually does not have these issues in all the time I have been staying with them, but this one time all the issues seem to cascade at the same time.

Bad enough when a suburban hotel charges for parking but this one makes you go online and use a cumbersome process to register your own car for charges! If hotel wants to tax you for parking then they should do the work of collecting the unjust charge themselves. Hotel is undergoing massive renovations. Had to navigate through construction workers, filthy elevator and dusty hallways. Hard to park because of pallets and forklifts overruning the parking lot.

Nice lady working the front desk, after a long day at the parks we checked in late and she was so kind! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of all the current construction going on, we would stay here again. Fun pool area too:)

Stayed during hurricane Helene and staff were very helpful with everything we needed. Rooms were great, really loved the face we had a mini kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable. Worked perfectly for my family and I.

The hostess was professional, not so much pleasant, but professional.
As soon as we walked into the hotel it had a wet moldy smell.
The carpets near entrance 2 were wet, filthy and stained.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelled the entire way to the room.
The walls were dirty in the hallway as if something had splattered on them and was never cleaned.
The room was very spacious but you could see the room was outdated.
The popcorn ceiling was peeling in my room.
There was construction taking place at the hotel and although I didnt think they would work on a SUNDAY MORNING AT 08:00AM, THEY WERE. So yes, we were rudely awakened to the sound of drilling. Did I mention at 08:00AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING!
But to top off everything WE HAD TO PAY $26 FOR PARKING - FOR 1 (ONE) SINGLE NIGHT. Which, by the way, was not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com when I booked. I found out when I received a notice from the hotel, itself, letting me know about the ongoing construction.
**Very disappointed for being blindsided by the parking fee.

The hotel In total remodeling, they only reported that it was one area, but you could hear the noises, the dust, there was no water for a few hours, the dishwasher in the room was damaged and never worked.
I would only return for the attention of the housekeeper supervisor Francisco Rivas, he made everything bad a better experience, he solved what he could, always looking out for us and offered solutions, so that the stay was good, I admire his commitment to Marriott

Needs to be updated… stains on carpet, walls not clean and hot water wasn’t hot. Had to call downstairs and put a work order in just for a one night stay

Parking was not included for this hotel and I did not see anything in the listing about it not being included. So we had to pay 26 dollars a day for parking. Hall A/C unit was leaking into the hall carpet and apparently had been for a while as the carpet was like walking thru a water puddle and there was mold on the walls. When we called them to make them aware they brought a big blower to dry it. It just stirred up moldy wet smell in the hall so bad it made my throat burn when we would walk thru the hallway. We asked them about possibly moving rooms as my family have major allergies. They stated the blower would be gentle and quiet and we wouldn’t know it was even there and did not move us. We could hear and smell the moldy musky air so we turned it off while we were there so it wouldn’t stir it up. Rooms were not bad, decent and clean. Pool was not bad, had plenty of chlorine in it so that was nice and clean. Breakfast was provided, it was just okay. If you’re picky then I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay again.

The front desk service is friendly and nice.
She is very helpful and solve our problems.
Yet, the noise of upper floor in the early morning is too loud. It’s just 7:30.
In general, we are satisfied.

The hotel was fine. We had a suite for our family which worked out well. I was not happy that we were charged $26/day for parking. This was not clearly indicated when I booked this stay.

House keeping was inadequate my room was cleaned 2 during my stay had to go to the front desk for fresh towels everyday! The Hotel also had a foul smell throughout and I was placed all the way in the back with 2 small children and every time we went there would be smokers at that exit!

I booked the hotel as a last minute booking due to my families flight being canceled. I booked/ chose the hotel because it had two bedrooms, a restaraunt and after a day of flight issues a bar. We took an UBER to the hotel and at check in we find out the bar is only open a few nights a week and the restaraunt is only open for breakfast. If I had known this I would have stayed someplace else for two reasons. One so i did not have to take an UBER back and forth to dinner which added around $50 to the cost of dinner or would have picked a hotel which had these with in walking distance. Very disapointing. The web site should state no restaraunt and maybe a bar.

I loved the kitchen, the space of the room in general. Things were clean. Free breakfast, a pool with a bar, an arcade, laundry facilities on most floors. Our stay was wonderful.

A/C didn't work and A/C water overflowing into living room. TV's didn't work. We moved to another room where TV's didn't work. Black mold in shower and on bathroom floor. Bathroom sink and tub drain plugs didn't work. Tub was slippery and therefore hard to take a shower without falling. Bathroom faucet broke and the whole thing turns when trying to change temp. Stove top and front of microwave, including the handle, was dirty and greasy. Carpet was dirty and you had to wear shoes.

Awesome place to stay at. Close to everything, stores, restaurants, and of course, the Parks of Walt Disney. Most parks are within 10-15 min away or you can take the shuttle bus they offer.

Very nice hotel. The only bad thing was the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs through it. Needs to be replaced.

It’s in a good area. But hotel is old. They need to update pictures. It’s smells like mold.

Overall, it was good, I had a two bedroom suite I was traveling with my family of six,
When we arrive, the AC in the room wasn’t working. It was hot and it smelled bad. I immediately went downstairs and reported it to the reception. They were very polite and very helpful. I went out to dinner and came back two hours later and the AC was working and there was no smell on the room. The rooms are a little bit outdated, I also think that $26 per night for parking is a bit much after on top of what you already pay to stay in the hotel.

The room and common areas were disgusting. The jacuzi looks green and does now work. Judge yourselves. I have pictures.

the room we booked was not available despite having called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation. Another room was given to us, and the staff said it was a "free upgrade" despite it being a smaller room with less bathrooms and less sleeping space. There were no sheets for the sofa bed and only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 6. When we called the front desk to get sheets and towels, we were told that they didn't have any and there was no guarantee there would be any available as the hotel was low on supplies. We finally got sheets after midnight. We chose the specific suite so we would have 2 showers for a group of 6 and to have some privacy with the 2 bedrooms. The room we got had zero bedrooms and just 1 bathroom. We did not get what we paid for.

Not clean, musty room, terrible service

Loved the shuttle to Disney being available. The pool was really nice as well. Breakfast was okay. The facility is old and could use some repairs and better maintenance. Our bathroom has mold on the floor tiles and the ceiling over the bed had mold as well. The room had a weird smell and house keeping never seemed to take out our garbage the whole week. Beds were very clean and having the kitchenette was nice!

Check in was ok. The transition between the master room and bathroom was missing parts of carpet and had sharp things that were poking us. TV’s didn’t work in the room either. Beautiful pool that is warm and a great bartender. Breakfast sucked!

I recommended if you are planing to go to Disney parks
