Really clean and comfortable. Great location near park and many sights of Dublin

Being on the first floor directly above the bus stop outside where people congregate waiting, it was as if the windows were wide open and I was trying to sleep at the bus stop. Every conversation and noise outside (including every car rolling over the grate) went right through and made it very difficult to sleep, even though the windows were fully closed and I was trying to use a white noise machine to drown it all out. The parking, luggage check, property and everything else was nice, but if you can't sleep, it's a big detriment to the booking and experience.

Lovely stay with my friend for one night here, the apartment was lovely, we got an upgrade to the townhouse apartment which was a lovely touch, great stay: clean tidy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Plenty of facilities in the property and very modern and clean. Great stay. Will definitely come back soon!

Great location but our room had no water for bath or shower on our first night. They moved us to a new room on our second night but I think moved other people into our room

This place was wonderful! Amazing location!

Great location, clean spacious and furnished.kitchen has everything you need including built in washer dryer. Front office staff ( particularly Claire) was exceedingly helpful.
Will definitely stay again.
The only negative was Irish locals tend to get a little loud in the streets outside on the weekends after midnight.

Premier Suites Dublin Leeson Street provided convenient and comfortable accommodations for our stay in Dublin. They are walking distance to many of the great things to do and see around the city. The suites are well appointed and maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice property close to St-Stephen’s park. Welcoming staff! It was quiet for most of my stay. Last day or two wasn’t as quiet as some other people were very noisy at night and closing door heavily at 2-3am. Only problem I had at first didn’t have hot water in my unit to take a shower it was fixed afterwards

This was an amazing stay and would come back. Spacious. Clean. Little awkward bathroom layout. Comfy bed.

Excellent value for money. Hidden Gem. Will definitely re-book here.

The apartment is fine with a decent kitchen and a good sized bathroom with bathtub. It was the cleanliness that let it down for me. There were hairs in the bed and in the shower, both long and very short. The throw over the bed left a lot of dirt in the bed sheets when removed, as if it had just been on the floor. In the bathroom, the once white grout was, in places, almost black, screaming out for a deep clean. The staff was friendly.

Great location, near shops and bus stop.
Lovely big apartment with all mod cons.

Roomy in a great location

Enjoyed my time here (13 nights). All the staff, Monica, Claire, Eliza, Rebecca, Bartosz (hope he got that bag!) and Erik, were most congenial. St. Stephen's Green (a beautiful park) is just down the street. A walk through it brings you to Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping promenade. Lots of things to do see in Dublin. I'll be back. Will go for the penthouse suite next time.

Not enough help from Reception, which was mostly unmanned during my stay. I lost a dinner order from Deliveroo because there was no one to alert me to this delivery. And taxis on Leeson St on Christmas Day were difficult to flag down (I have no Uber account)--could have used help which just wasn't there. Next trip, I will stay at a hotel.

Great place to stay. Apartment much better than a hotel. We like to fix our own breakfast and the kitchen has a good set of kitchenware. Comfortable bed. Location was good. We walked through the nearby Green to most of the best sites. A bus stop is right in front of the building, but we never heard bus sounds. Our suite was on the -1 floor which had a street view. Not the best view. Would ask for a higher floor next time.

Perfect space for a family of four (two teenagers). About a ten minute walk from Trinity College and shopping. Great value, for less than the cost of hotels in the area, we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms (clean and updated), full den and kitchen- great experience! Highly recommended!

The negative was " No parking in front of the hotel "

Nice place and great location. Reception really helpful and the place was well equipped, tidy and very clean.

Good location close to Grafton street/Temple Bar and all the hit spots, also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious, not super clean and can see some wall/floor/bathroom is outdated. After hours can be a bit noisy if you have younger guests intoxicated running down the hallway. All the rooms are suites with a small kitchen, my floor had a guy cooks curry every night, so the entire floor smelled the house of India.

Would recommend - parking on site was handy. Great location

very clean, well looked after. Staff were good and attentive, and a worthwhile location for us to use regularly. No complaints.

We found these apartments very good location is about 5-10mins walk to top of Grafton street . The apartment was spacious clean with nice comfy beds . We had a one bedroom and it was on lower a little noisy from street noise but nothing too disturbing . We also found staff excellent from the lady at check in and the extremely courteous and kind gentleman when we checked out. Overall these are extremely good apartments spacious and well located with excellent staff.

Anyone that had a problem with this hotel is out of their mind.
The room was spotless and a perfect size, having a kitchen is key when traveling. The bed was super comfortable, the staff was amazing, and the towel heater in the the bathroom was a major plus.
For the price of this room it far exceeded our expectations. It's a little far (but walk-able) from the Temple Bar area of Dublin but right in the middle of so much more.
