very serene property good for those who wanted a quiet place. beach is very nice nothing much to do here just.chill and relax. if ur going for first time to phuket to see attractions then stay at patong or karon area. this place is for someone who come to enjoy beaches, landscapes, less crowded and serene atmosphere with lot of green.

The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there. There’s a very small mini mart 2 mins up the road but otherwise not a lot within walking distance. The staff keep the beach in front of the resort clean, but if you walk further up the beach in each direction there is lots of trash which is such a shame and does ruin the tranquil vibe. The food was all pretty awful. The worst pasta dishes I have ever had, and the massaman curry was stupidly spicy. Breakfast was alright, but my poached eggs were so undercooked. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was quite good and we enjoyed the private pool. The shower drain did not work so started to pool in the bottom so can’t have a long shower, or a daily shower as it doesn’t drain in time. The water was also cold.

Aleenta was exceptional. The attention to detail incredible: beautiful bags already packed with towels waiting in the rooms for guests to take to the beach and pajamas for guests waiting in their wardrobes are some of the lovely touches you will see here. The staff were so thoughtful and accommodating too. It was a truly restful and relaxing experience here

I am gold member of hotels.com and I have been to many hotel, this is my first comment o. Hotels.com since this hotel is way too disappointing. We book this hotel for our family holiday, since there is one day our room type is not available so we will have to switch room in the middle of our stay. 1. Both of our stay meet the late check in issue. The room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check in time, this is not acceptable since it’s a beach resort only place we can stay is hotel instead of go out to shopping, and one night is over 24000 bhat. So while we waiting for the room we already wasted over 3000bhat . After the first check in delay, the receptionist promised us to have the check in on time the next day, but again the check in time is over an hour late. 2. Even late check in the room is not quite ready. did not replace toilet paper in one of the toilet , missing items in the mini bar and dint refill ( if we didn’t report that it might be charged) , there are many dead bug on the floor and did not clear up. There is opened drinks in fridge the previous customer left over 3. Our swimming pool is dead water and the pool pump is broken 4.there is a step level different on the property floor but same color and texture, without signs even day time we hardly see the step, my mother fallen few times. 5. The water bath water in the room is very salty almost like sea water, we need to use drinkable water to brush

Last but not least, make sure you take the spa package. They’re amazing. This resort is pure luxury and we’ll definitely return.

The hotel has seen better days, though the service from the staff is great and very attentive. Plugs in some of the rooms are in odd places, the wifi works but not too well. And the TVs in most rooms are very very small.

The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.

Everything is excellent in this middle sized resort especially their staff always showing customer-centred. I’d like to thanks James taking care my health and Rouf looking after our meals during the stay. Besides, I appreciate the great help from resort’s manager Johan to deploy his team when we’re in need.

The hotel location is far from town, but it is suitable for people who looks for a quiet place for vacation. Beautiful sea view and spacious room. Spa service is very relaxing. I'll be back again!

its quite remote, 1 hr 15 mins drive from Patong beach, a half hour from the airport, the beach is nice, privacy is good in own villa, but if you want more activities in Phuket town or Patong beach, there are other choices within 1-hour drive

However, we noticed that the hotel only clean up the beach in front, but when you walk a bit further away there is a lot of trash, plastics, etc. We understand the hotel is not responsible for the whole beach, but why not cleaning up together with other nearby hotels. One more minus point is the water in the room that has a salty taste. We believe the pipes are old and needs to be re-newed or better purified. Overall it is a beautiful hotel and we wanted to stay longer. Definitely recommended. Thank you Aleenta Team.

This place head like a hidden gem, north of the craziness of Phuket. The beach literally stretched for miles with no end in site and very few people on the beach. The rooms were out of this world. We had a 2 bedroom residence that was very modern with floor to ceiling, wall to walll windows. Spectacular in every way. Food and beverages were great. Do not consider buying the all inclusive food, You would have to eat a ton to get your money’s worth! Hated to leave. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed

Beautiful place. Stunning. We had a pool villa. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - super quiet for a good night's sleep. Mostly the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet not bad - big choice but disappointingly quite a few dishes and buffet items were a bit tasteless. The main issue is the prices - food and drink is really expensive here. If you don't have your own transport you will pretty much be trapped here - the nearest local restaurant is quite a decent way away. You'll get better food far cheaper in local restaurants. There are also lots of good things to visit around such as a local night market where we were the only tourists. Strongly recommend you rent a car or bike if you are staying here so you can explore and aren't tied to using the resort's services.

The AC from the room was super noisy and too powerful and was blowing right on the bed and sofa. We had either always switch off the AC from the area that we were in.
