Proximated Oklahoma State activities is wonderful. We stay here often, always clean and comfortable. The toilet in our room was broken, as well as a Fossett handle, but otherwise condition was good.

The hotel was located close to everything we needed & centrally licated. I was actually quite surprised to find out that we had to pay a dailey parking fee. The front desk service was excellent, Chalaska checked us in. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. She had a very sweet personality and we enjoyed talking to her. She greeted us each night as we returned to the hotel and was always asking if there was anything she could do for us, or if there was anything we needed. Our room was spacious, and our beds were very comfortable. There were not very many electric outlets in our room, and certainly not on the nightstand where most people would plug in their cell phones. The closest one was across the room on the desk. The bathroom and dressing area seem to be oddly inconvenient. The vanity counter seemed more suited to be a mini kitchen - with the microwave & little coffee maker - again with only one electric outlet. The light in that area was very dim. It would be impossible for anyone to try using that for a makeup mirror. The breakfast needs improvement. The bacon was great, but the pancakes were cold. We tried the mini waffle maker, but the waffle was not cooked all the way through. There were no sugar free options for the coffee creamer, and no little cartons omilk for drinking or pouring on cereal.

Pool was perfect for kids! It was warm and only 3-4ft deep. I do have to give a shout out to the man tending to the breakfast! Almost after every trip a group took to the breakfast bar, he was going back by to replenish or clean up! It was immaculate and everything was fresh. Room was clean and comfy. All members of staff were friendly.

The hotel is very convenient to the OSU campus, my only disappointment with a trip this time is that we had put the privacy sign on our door when we left for a couple of hours, we came back and it had been removed and housekeeping had come in the room. Otherwise, staff very friendly and a decent place to stay in

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast bar was good. Room was poorly maintained. The window blind was broken. In the bathroom the tub; water knob was broken (only got cold water), the faucet was coming out of the wall and the drain wouldn’t stay open. And this was our second room. They moved us from our original room because the tv wouldn’t work. Not sure I would stay there again

Everything was great except the lady running the breakfast area. She was rude to my husband and children. She’s the only reason we wouldn’t return. No one was bothered by my kids except her. She made it her personal mission to make us feel unwelcome. Sorry but if she’s still there - we won’t return.

The check in process was very good and the lady behind the counter at check in was very nice. Great location. The night that we checked in, we noticed several issues before bedtime. 1. The shower was not working well. 2. One tv's volume could not be controlled. 3. There were a couple lights not working. 4. The rooms and hallway smelled musty. None of that was that big of a deal. The next morning the shower would not work at all. No water. That is a rough way to start the morning. As we were checking out, I told the nice man behind the counter our issues and after being on the road for almost 2 weeks traveling that this was probable the worse experience we had. He said that he was sorry and said that if we had hotels.com call that they would refund half the night's stay. I never asked for a refund. Hotels.com responded to me that they were unable to obtain an approval of a refund for our visit. So, what I thought would have been an honest hotel obviously is not and not willing to stand behind they promises. I would not recommend staying here. The people that we encountered working while we were there were nice overall. But stay somewhere else.

This place is not worth the money. The pool and hot tub were green. I question its cleanliness. Housekeeping is visibly lazy. I could hear the tv from the neighboring room throughout the night. I will not stay here again. The front desk staff was really nice so I hated to complain. But the hotel is, at most, a 5 out of 10

Not good, didn’t get the suite I booked and looked absolutely nothing like the photos, false advertising. A/C was awful, kept it on 60 the entire time and it felt like 80. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on. Pool was nasty. Advertises a loft bar in the top floor, it was closed down. Called front desk immediately upon checking in to say our room doesn’t look at all like the website and he said oh I’m sorry those pictures are very outdated and need to be updated. No offer of a partial refund or anything. Will never stay there again.

The staff couldn’t be nicer. Unfortunately my ground floor room flooded badly - got out of bed into water! My TV didn’t work & for a couple of morning showers I had cold water. On the plus I received a refund. Every hotel was booked in Stillwater due to events so I couldn’t move rooms. Breakfast was good and right next to Panera. Good location for OSU.

I enjoyed a little getaway by myself. I was in Stillwater for my son, who was competing in Special Olympics. The location was quiet and I had a great nights sleep, much needed for me. Thank you to everyone that works there, I appreciated all your welcoming hospitality and the kindness shown during my visit.

I love the huge suite. Beds are hard to our liking. Breakfast was fair. Desk staff were very friendly especially African American lady was the greatest. Pool and hot tub was not good. Showers were great.

Really not worth the asking price at all. Be prepared to pay for parking. Oh and it is all cashless, . I tryed to just get quarters for laundry and was told they dont have "money". Besides the dryer was broke anyway.

Overall hotel is good. It’s basic but convenient to OSU campus. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Room is good size. However several minor problems resulted in just an ok experience. Volume on tv didn’t work and no one would look at until next day. Door did not close properly so several times when I returned the door just pushed open. Almost every time my key wouldn’t work so had to go back down to desk to get a new key. Breakfast was supposed to be out until 10 but everything g was picked up before 10. It seems like they are trying to clean the hotel up and make it nicer but need to resolve all of these smaller issues that leave guests frustrated.

It's a Best Western in a college town so my expectations were pretty low. Must say I found it very clean, safe, and comfortable. There's a mirror in the lobby that's so high up that no one could possibly use it... been wondering about that more than I've thought about the actual property.

This was an average hotel stay, nothing spectacular. The Pool was closed the whole time we were there and obviously needed cleaned due to the green color of it. The bar on the rooftop was closed as well, making this Hotel useless to enjoy and just a place to sleep. The air conditioning units did not work properly and were a pain. They did keep the place cool, but it was constant shutting on & off since the temperature never regulates. It's obvious the hotel is getting rundown, the floors and carpets are gross. The stairs look like they have never been vaccumed ever.
