Check in process was smooth, staff were friendly. However the room itself is out of dated. Once you're inside the rooms, la quinta rooms looks cleaner. Stains and furniture looks nasty. I literally sprayed lysol and wiped everything down as much as I can. And used me own blanket. For the price of close to 200 I was expecting a much cleaner comfortable room. Ibwont be returning due to quality of the rooms.

I had an amazing stay with wonderful amenities I will come again!

Stay was amazing. Great customer service, rooms were clean, location was perfect (everything was close by) seemed like a great neighborhood. If we could change one thing about our stay it would be the swimming pool, it only goes to 3 1/2 feet. Our kids are older so they couldn’t really enjoy it as much. Other than that everything was great. Free breakfast was a plus!

Toilets not working properly. Had to contact maintenance 3 different times with toilet issues. Air conditioner in room extremely noisy
4.6
Nice place to stay little busy around shopping outlet and lots of traffic on highway main part that was unpleased with had to pay for parking $10 a night not Kool told only when checked in
4.6
Not everyone eat pork sausage though

This was a clean hotel. Very friendly staff and easy access to any stores and Fiesta Texas. Great location if you’re there for theme parks.

Nice and close to everything

Everything was excellent!!!!!

Spacious, comfortable room, with kitchenette and seating area. Very clean room. Well maintained facility.
My only complaint is the $10 per night parking fee in a suburban area with plenty of parking. The parking fee is simply a covert means to raise the price. It was not disclosed when booking.

Great outdoor space. The back yard area where the pool is had such a nice space. Yes, it is slightly older but well taken care of. Was glad for the laundry capabilities. Some reviews had mentioned car break in's. However, they can not help what criminals do. This property are going OUT OF THEIR way to keep your vehicles secure. Multiple sensors and a security service monitoring. I was so thankful for that. Will stay here again for sure. Close to anything you'd need.

A perfect place for a family to stay. Rooms were large and livable for even a famjly of four. The staff at this property was literally amazing. They answered every call with a sense of urgency and met all of our needs right away. VERY friendly and helpful. They offered plenty of linens without question and we actually needed more they probably expected for us. We were dislocated from the storm so they gave us a later check out to make sure we had power before returning to Houston. The only thing I had to voice concerns about was that our room was a full kitchen but lacked a microwave, which turned out to be the only thing we needed besides the fridge. The front desk clerk took notes down to address it asap. However, I was so pleased with everything else that it didn't even bother me. We had access to one at the front so it was really not a problem. 10/10 recommend. Will def book here again!

pullout bed extremely uncomfortable

Nicola and David Jeff very expensive

Will definitely stay here again.

Really fast checkin and clean property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with many options. They even had gluten free bagels in sealed packages if that's something you need. The daily cleaning crew was amazing. They even would line up my daughter's stuffies on the bed each day, which she was thrilled about. My only caveat is their rooms do not sleep 4. The couch is a small loveseat and the pullout is only a single. We thankfully brought an air mattress just in case my 2 kids didn't want to share, but it still was a bit of headache. The description on hotels.com is a bit misleading and the room photos are old (they have different couches now), so just beware if you're traveling with 4.

I want to send a big shout out to your cleaning crew and front desk they all were Amazing! Very polite and very helpful!

The hotel itself as a whole was great and the staff were fantastic

I would recommend this hotel, great check-in service. Employees were friendly and courteous to our stay. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean and friendly place to stay. Be mindful of the 10$ a day parking fees when staying though.

All great, super convenient location to six flags

The room was clean and spacious.

Although the hotel was a little dated,it was well mantained and clean. Breakfast could be a little better, but it was edible.

I have previously stayed at this property when visiting San Antonio before. I loved it so much I came back a second time, it has definitely become my go to hotel when visiting the beautiful city of San Antonio.
4.6
Mediocre property, at best. The staff was generally friendly. The rooms and halls look worn. The main area is bright and clean.

Good

The pool was closed all weekend, which was a terrible waste of resources.

Great location

I like because is so confortable

You have to pay $10 for parking per day and its not gated parking. Just a parking lot for anyone to drive on. I could have justified it if there was a gate but there is not one. Also, we used the pull out sofa bed. 1 adult, 2 kids so we used it and we had to pick up the extra lien ourselves from the front desk. Other hotels ha e it already in the room or they will bring it to you. Otherwise its okay.
4.6
Enjoyed everything about our stay
4.6
The parking charge that is not noted before the bathroom has water damage on the walls the water pressure in the shower head is low
4.6
The service is exceptional. The room was clean & very comfortable.
4.6
This place was okay. Our hotel room couch was broken. Comical but not, it was sunken in like it had been broken in the middle and bowed liked a v. Luckily, we didn’t really use the couch and were mostly in the room just to sleep at night. The hotel was fine. Breakfast was nice. Parking is now $10/night and there was security there when we stayed which is nice.
4.6
Was locked out of room and staff couldn’t open door until the next morning, slept in different room without any of my belonging including medication. Hotel should have staff with knowledge of door bypass procedure 24/7

Great staff!
4.6
Located in a nice area and close to a variety of places to eat.
Was not aware of additional fee for parking. Maybe it was in description of hotel amenities etc, when researching a hotel, but was a little surprised by parking fee.
When already paying hotel expense, not sure that we should pay extra for parking.

Hotel was great and the staff was really nice! The only negative was that someone tried to break into our vehicle. Our passenger window was cracked where they tried popping the lock. We reported it to staff and requested video surveillance for police report. They said it happens all the time there and they have had a lot of vehicles stolen. We asked multiple times about surveillance and they kept saying the manager would get it to us. We never received it though.
