Nothing, this was the worst stay ever.
There was mold on the ceiling, and the sheets we slept on were stained. I would not recommend, also caught covid while here.

Great location and value. Thanks to Laura and Stacy and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The AC was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Apparently it used to be a brothel and it’s haunted!!
It’s a bit outdated and needs a touch up. The TV remote didn’t work and it took a while to fix that problem, but it all ended working out. Parking is not free as we assumed. You should call ahead of time to get a $20 pass if you want one.

Very nice place and the front lady was very nice and friendly. Old fashion style hotel and super close to river walk. Really liked and enjoyed my visit to San Antonio Downtown.

Three things that I liked…location, location, and location. Just steps from the main loop of the river walk!
All was good.

Great location very close to riverwalk and Alamo.
Nice and charming old hotel, friendly service. Own little parking. Try to get a room with balcony, great to have a last glass in warm nights.
Unfortunately no breakfast is served but Shilo’s cafe is near .

The website did not represent the hotel honestly. If we are substituting the word disgusting and unkept with historical then you found your hotel .
There was a roach inside refrigerator. The restroom was bad

Very quaint with modern amenities. Felt homey and comfortable… relaxed. Soft warm welcoming decor. Great location. Within walking distance of the River walk. Night porter was so receptive and helpful. Friendly and professional. Morning -check out was just as accommodating. Just a super great place.
Parking. But it was manageable

Right in downtown close to everything and price was reasonable as well
Understanding that check in is at 3, we arrived 2:45 and asked if we could check in, told pretty rudely no answer that we have to check in exactly 3, pretty pathetic really

It is very close to the riverwalk. Very calm. I liked the decoration. Parking available just next door or a public parking in front of it They still have tourist maps. 👍

Great hotel! Just few steps for river walk

I liked the quiet level of being a few blocks from the riverwalk. There were no drunk people, and I felt safe.
The beds were uncomfortable; old basic mattresses and blankets were really used as there were gaps in the stuffing.
There was no washer and dryer for guests to use.
They have TVs in the rooms, but no local stations. Only have Roku available, so I was unable to watch the local news.
Both mornings, I had to go buy coffee from outside restaurants as each time I went downstairs to get some, the canister was empty.
