Overall i would definitely recommend staying here we had a good time and safe space

The girls working at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and helped me out a bunch! I really appreciated staying there and with them working with me and making sure we had everything we need! I would definitely stay there again we have stayed several.

The one African American lady i believe was anew start but she charged me pet fee after we left and had put us on the 5th floor when we had stayed recently for over a week and i thought it was weird but i had made it clear and they knew we had pets that we paid for prior and so not sure how we got charged without signing anything.

Locations to the soccer fields.

Everything is very nice. Only complain is the pillows. They are as hard as rock.

We enjoyed!

Overall we liked this hotel, family friendly and breakfast was good for those that enjoy the early hours of waking.

My daughter bed had sheets with old blood. Ewwww

Great customer experience .

Bad experience with booking. com Lat minute call from Staybridge that they didn’t have the room that we booked available. Management was able to help us out and accommodate us in 2 different rooms . First time staying in this location . Definitely will stayed there again . Spacious, clean well maintained rooms. Manager in charge at that time was very helpful . Even waived the pet charge for the inconvenience.

Stay was nice and location was good and easy to get to.

Breakfast options are poor, however breakfast tasted good. Would like to see fresh fruit cut up such as melons, and would like options such as muffins, fresh waffle iron etc, more choice of preserves for toast/bagels, more fresh bread choices for toast. Beds were not firm, you sank into the mattress.

Overall good location for venue event attending. Parking garage ery good during the torrential rain

There was little to nothing left of hot foods at 945am at breakfast. The fridge in room had previous occupant food in fridge.

Breakfast could have been better. More options and better service keeping up with quantity

The staff gave someone access to our room without us knowing and my wife was not dressed

Unexpected intrusion by

The quality of the hotel is high and very clean. The sqft price is very low. It's nice to have the extra couch and room to stretch out.

The staff gave a key to a stranger and they accesed our room while my wife was getting dressed

Excellent, but not if you need to use the sofa bed

Costumer service was very good. They did all they could to meet my needs

The sofa bed was not just uncomfortable, but almost a torture device. All I could feel was the sprints and the metal bars under the “mattress”.
