Great location, they didn’t have my booking and took ages to track it down eventually blaming Hotels.com for not sending it across.
1.5
Strange hotel if you’re not there for a business trip or to use the spa.. Access to all room is through the restaurant then via an incredibly long cold corridor. Rooms are quite cramped. Clean and basic, room service ladies were very lovely. Breakfast was below average in my opinion, no quality to the food apart from the croissants! Just an oddly layed out and run hotel lol

Not a great start, they had lost my booking so after five hours of driving I had to wait around in reception but the person on reception was wonderful, I slept very well, nice hot shower in the morning, but very persistent chamber maids, them were constantly knocking on the door

Great food, good room and good pool to swim in

Nice, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

My room was very close to the kitchen and the noise from it's extractor was quite recognized. The heating was not adequate for the room with regards the outside temperature during my stay, so I had to ask for a mobile heater.

The hotel was clearly geared up as a conference centre and is not a cosy hotel or anything like that with nothing nearby as it’s on a business park. The pool / health club is actually good and worth a try as clean and well equipped. Breakfast was pretty poor - hash browns that were soggy, machine coffee that was foul and eggs that may have been runny 30 minutes before being placed on hot plates and turning to rubber

Nice room and bed but my daughter was so upset when wasnt allowed in pool and was no description to say no kids allowed. Ruined the stay

Stay here every time I visit never had a bad stay, new restaurant layout very nice

Overall very good, rooms a little bit outdated but the venue is large, the breakfast is good, very clean. Very good value for money given the alternatives in the area

Nice hotel, free parking, plenty of food choices, free pool and spa. Room quite small but ok for one night.

A good stay for 3 nights, hotel was as expected for the price but comfy bed, working WiFi and clean facilities with plenty of tea and coffee what more can you ask for. (Paid avg £60 per night).
Moved rooms once due to the tv in the first room having a wire stuck out of it and not working but this was solved quickly and the receptionist was helpful and friendly.
2.5
Room was fine with the exception of the fact that the radiator valve was faulty.

The bed was clean and cosy. The breakfast buffet was spectacular - so much choice! And beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and polite. I used the health centre, and this was clean, calm and relaxing.
The room was a little worn at the edges -the carpet could probably do with a deep clean (I did yoga on it so got an unusually close look) and there was the faintest mould scent in the bathroom, yet you could tell housekeeping put in a lot of effort to make it look as clean as possible.
The only disappointing thing was the coffee at breakfast- it was a machine, and I think it was instant rather than beans.
However, great room for the price and convenience, and I would definitely stay again.

Clean and fresh in most areas. Disappointed two sets of towels were not in the room for two adults and didn't realize this until morning. Appreciate we could have phoned reception but its a basic thing to get right. Also wasn't too comfortable with having to remember to lock the door - prefer a self locking door. Restaurant more like a cafeteria. However, it is a training/conference hotel and we chose it due to convenience and price and it met expectations Staff appeared helpful, easy parking and close to many amenities. Overall satisfactory.

Lovely friendly staff on arrival room allocated next to pump room really noisy but great manager sorted a new room for second night which was alot quieter due to old heating system.
Food great in buffet style resturant and swimming facilities fantastic with great temperature in pool

Friendly staff but not the nicest place I’ve stayed. Good for a pit stop though. I have bites on my leg and hand today that I have no explanation for can’t prove that it is as a result of staying at this hotel, but curious as i travel a lot for work and this is the first time I’ve had bites... Food was basic. Would not go there to eat but as I’d arrived late I settled for it. Didn’t get to use the gym/ pool in the end unfortunately so can’t comment on that. They seem quite eco conscious which is good. WiFi was fast.

Pool not available again. I book specifically to have the facility and had no advanced warning that it would not be available.
Asked for a quiet location but stayed in a room on a busy corridor with people walking past talking loudly until 2 a. m
Breakfast was very good - good selection and helpful staff.

For an overseas visitor it was not the easiest to find - no nav in car or mobile phone Internet available. I could hear other people closing doors. The noise echoed down the corridor. Staff very good, co-operative and friendly. Small fridge was missed as I do not drink tea/coffee but do want cold milk and water.

Place book in was fine. Food menu rather pricey restrictive.
Accommodation was clean tidy and walls thin expect noise.
Ok stay over but no longer.
Not staying again food bar expensive over priced

Would not return, dated hotel, food was plain and cold and staff were not helpful at all
4.0
Staff were helpful when I realised I had booked a twin room rather than a double and swapped us to a double. But there was a slight lack in giving information, payed for breakfast and was only told it was a single serving buffet when I went up for seconds (I assumed being buffet you could go up multiple times) to be fair they did let me have seconds so can't complain to much. To sum up it was upto expectation and the few issues were sorted by the staff, would stay again if passing but wouldn't make a trip there specifically.

After a long trip, front desk staff could not find my booking and although it was not entirely their fault, waiting to finally find my booking was quite frustrating. Hotel is focused solely on contractors who are working on developments in the area. Poor choice of dinner: everything is precooked and kept in a heated buffet server. The same is with the breakfast meaning if you come down closer to 9am, cooked breakfast is cold. Orange juice, squash and water are not kept in the fridge overnight. Overall it was a disappointing stay after a long business trip.

We booked to stay here for an event at MK bowl so pretty much just slept here. It’s a little dated but clean and tidy.

Perfect place for our overnight stop. Convenient location and good facilities. reception and front desk were very helpful with my queries.

I had the BEST stay at Kents Hill. To start with, I arrived at the hotel a day early by accident (I didn't realise), and the staff were so kind and accommodating, helping to find me a new room and booking. They let me check in early the next day into the original room I had booked, and were so friendly, all of the staff were kind. From reception to the spa, to breakfast and the cleaners, everyone was amazing! I am gluten and dairy intolerant and they provided gluten free breakfast options as well as alternative milks and yogurts which was a brilliant surprise. You also get free use of the Nuthfield Health spa; I used the sauna and steam room and hot tub everyday and it was a real treat.
I will 1000% be back, just for the hotel itself. The rooms were not particularly anything special, but the service from the staff made it worth it. Thanks so much!
