It was just what I needed for a one-night stopover - friendly staff, quiet, comfortable room, convenient location.

I was quite surprised at the size of the room. If you are morbidly obese or have any mobility problems you may struggle to get into the standard room. Or similarly if two people are staying, it would be a struggle as well.
However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had impressive water pressure the staff were very kind and helpful. The toiletries smell delightful.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are small but quaint and cosy. Beds are comfy, lovely large TV and clean as a whistle. Staff are uber friendly. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend.

Modern, clean hotel with an excellent location. Nice lobby and seating area. The room was extremely small, too small for a couple.

A small but well appointed room suitable for a short city break. The staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately i cant reccomend this hotel, despite its good location and good cleanliness. It started badly with reception saying that there is no left luggage facility and saying that we could wait until 3pm until our room was ready, which is not exactly practical. This meant leaving luggage at a facility in a shop nearby adding £40 to the weekend cost. The rooms are are interesting design experiment in making them as compact as possible. May be ok for a one noght business trip, but not for a long weekend for a couple. Nowhere to comfortably turn around, get dressed or store anything. Not even drinks making facilities in the room. Not sure how it gets 3* rating, expensive for what it is and not a good advert for the Marriot brand, which is normally excellent.

Wonderful staff, extremely clean, small but cosy rooms

It was a great hotel and great location but the room was super tiny. Good if you’re just using it to sleep. They don’t hold luggage for you before check in or after check out but there is a luggage storage place behind the building

Excellent hotel, but the compact rooms are really too small to be practical. There isn't any storage or space to get dressed easily.

As a solo traveller, I have booked the single room and they have put me in the basement. The first night I was woken up by loud (and strange sounding) toilet noises from the rooms beside and above. I woke up super groggy and that affected my working day. The second night the fire alarm went off at 4am for 5 minutes then turned itself off. I couldnt fall back asleep. Again I was in a zombie state for the rest of my work trip. Was not happy at all. Plus, Both check in staff and check out staff never had a smile on their faces, and looked absolutely miserable to greet a guest. Is it a London thing? To top it off, for the first time in a Marriott hotel, I asked for somewhere to put my luggage for 2 hours so I can nip into town for a coffee before my train and they said they do not have leave luggage facility.

We started here the night before an early euro star trip. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and was pleasantly surprised. The room is very small, but as long as you’re aware that this is going to be the case, the room is well thought out with space under the bed for luggage, a lap table and fold away stool. The TV can connect to your device so you can watch your own content and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we didn’t hear or neighbors. Don’t expect space (at all) in this room, but convenience and a base for either a stay in London or, like us, and early train to Paris!

The smallest room
I’ve ever been in, but really nice features, sink, toilet seat, lights mattress, etc.
very well done, super comfy. Great tile work.
2 people would have trouble passing n the “hall”

Great location and a very stylish hotel. The room was cleverly designed to make the most of it's very small size.

Nice hotel. Room a bit tight for space but manageable.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our first trip to London. We found it to be a great space. It is a smaller room but you've got to remember you're in a huge city. No smaller than any other room we've stayed in in major cities. Everything was very updated and clean! Amazing location close to trains and the tube and very safe area as well. We would stay here again!!

Extremely small rooms (like pod hotel or citizenM) in a clean, newly refurbished hotel.
Good customer service and easy check-in and out.
Excellent location especially for price.
They do not support luggage storage at all, and you can only do early check in if a Marriott bonvoy member which is annoying albeit free.

I stayed in room 001 on the lower ground level. I would not recommend this room for the price being paid. It was incredibly noisy from a combination of road noise, plumbing sounds and most annoyingly, the emergency exit door being slammed constantly from the early hours of the morning. Add to this the room being tiny and it was a very disappointing stay. I did notify the staff of the door issue and received a drink voucher but the problem persisted.
On a positive note, the staff were lovely, especially the food and beverage staff.

Stayed for two night at Four Points Express by Sheraton London Euston for a conference.
The staff at the reception was incredibly courteous and helpful. Check in was smooth and I was handed my room key within a couple of minutes.
The hotel was opened in Aug-24 and is extremely clean. The reception area, lobby, lift and the room had a really nice smell. There are two lifts but they are incredibly slow. One of the lifts stopped working and was stuck on one of the floors so most of the time ended up taking the stairs to go down.
I had a double bed room booked which was front facing on fourth floor. The room was very small. There was no space to put a medium sized suitcase anywhere. These rooms are made for people travelling with a backpack I guess.
When I checked in, there were two other guests who were complaining about the size of the room and they were being taken to show the bigger room. I went to check out the bigger double bed room also and it was just marginally bigger. The hotel is not ideal if travelling with kids and there is literally no room in the bedrooms. Bathroom was very small also.
However, the location is fantastic! Only 4 minutes walk from Euston station. There is cafe Nero inside the hotel. I never had the breakfast so cannot comment.
I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are on a work trip and just going to be spending the night there to sleep.

Shower was broken so bathroom flooded and was very small

Pretty miserable stay. Microscopic room. Located on busy A road, and the windows are old and mediocre, so the rooms are very noisy. My room had a malfunctioning sensor light under the bed that went off throughout the night. The solution from the front desk was to stick a Post-It note on the sensor. It didn't work. They then, finally, switched rooms for me (by this point it was past midnight). No bag storgae during day. They suggested I use a private service around the corner. Just sorta incompetent and unpleasant all around.

Had a small double room. The emphasis is definitely on the word 'small'. There is really no room for 2 people in here. Im not sure where one would stand while the other one got into bed and went into the bathroom. Probably the smallest room I have stayed in outside of Japan. The bed however wad comfy and it was quiet and everything was clean. Shower had a good pressure to it. So if you just need a bed with a roof over it for the night you could so a lot worse. The bar is also welcoming downstairs and the staff were nice. If you have an early train from Euston or St Pancras (like I did) then its probably fine.
The price however, was very steep for what it was and more than other budget hotel chains with the 'hub' concept, shall we say.

Short business stay. Really friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice little restaurant to have a drink in the evening.
Room is really small but this is London, so expected.

New hotel! Small rooms but efficient and clean. Got a free drink and breakfast included! Russell Square tube a few minutes away easy for Piccadilly line to Heathrow .
Would recommend this hotel!

The rooms are far too small! And there should be a warning before booking. Two people is too many for the room, more space in a campavan! Rooms are claustrophobic and should not allow two people to vacate. No space for clothes and if you have two suitcases forget it they will not fit!

Convenient for Euston. Bedrooms are miniature and the traffic outside is incredibly noisy. We were charged to leave a bag for a few hours.

Lovely new hotel, ideal for those travelling from Euston - stayed for Taylor Swift and so easy to get to and from Wembley. Got upgraded and the rooms were lovely and comfortable, would recommend!

Old building with so many shortcomings, complete lack of modernization... it's like it hasn't been renovated in 30-40 years. More than cold room, no window insulation, torn curtains, used bed mattress, old carpet that is no longer suitable for cleaning, TV from the 80s, the entire condition of the hotel is about the 80s, but a dilapidated version of it. The only thing was good, that it was near to several underground and was easy to reach many places in London.

If your looking for a clean bed where you can lay your head down 10/10. If your looking for luxury this is not it. But if your just visiting London on vacation your not really there for the hotel anyways a clean bed is all you really need

Dirty room, toilets and bathrooms. Poor breakfast. But nice and friendly staff.

Nice Hotel near to Euston Bus Station where you easy can travel to several parts of London by buses and undergrounds.
The "Continental breakfast" was very poor: dry bread, no "topping" like cheese or ham. The only intressted thing in the breakfast room was the "English breakfast" (eggs, sausage and bacon) but it was not included in the "continental breakfast". Usually these are included in "Continental breakfast" but not here.

No toilets or showers in the rooms. Overall the building is in a poor condition. Staff was excellent even though the lost my key after I had given it to the porter. Location is good

You should not be selling this hotel!!! I had to move to another hotel and lost my money that i had paid!! I will not be using your services again!!!

The room was adequate but tatty. The bathrooms handy but hardly luxurious! However our main issue was the breakfast-served in the dismal basement by staff whose face would have cracked if they allowed even the ghost of a smile to appear-maybe they were auditioning for 'The Addams Family'? The food was ghastly too-rubber toast, bacon that must have been cooked a year ago, freezing fried eggs and it must have taken years of practice to make coffee that awful!
