We enjoyed the family apartment. It was nice to have so much space for our large family. Walking distro town was definitely a plus!

Excellent stay.

Check in was great, short and sweet. Chad was very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and nice, but not very updated. We loved it, but the bathroom was a bit small. Beds were comfortable, enough blankets and sheets were very soft. They had firepits outside and smores during the evening. I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, we picked the location because of the price and proximity to the wedding. Would definitely stay there again.

Super clean room. Friendly staff. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants.

We loved this hotel! The location was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and they had the fire pits going out front making smores.
It was quiet and restful.
Isaac was so warm and welcoming.
However, we were checked in by someone who obviously didnt want to be there. He was gruff ⁰

The hotel is a convenient location for Rocky Mountain National Park and local businesses.

Cute hotel with awesome spots to chill along the river. The fire pits with the s’mores in the evening just makes it that much more special. My only complaint is the mattress. They are definitely due for an upgrade there. Everything else was really nice.

Great stay overall. Easy access to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only negative is the lack of an elevator to assist with getting our luggage to the third floor. My wife and I are 76 and 77 years old and no longer “spring chickens.” Given that we came from Atlanta, GA (1050 ft), our age, the Estes Park elevation (7523 ft), the lack of an elevator made getting to our room a challenge.

Loved the amenities in front of the hotel: river, Adirondack chairs, & fire pits. Room was great although pillows were too stiff.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Silver Moon was a perfect "home base" - it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the afternoon popcorn, and the beautiful seating areas outside by the creek. Importantly for our trip, it was less than 15 minutes to the Beaver Meadow entrance station!

Nice location that uses the Fall River location very well. Room had a coffee maker that was inoperable. Included breakfast was marginal. Parking a bit crowded, had to park across the street one night. Nice place, nice staff, but a bit overpriced for the overall experience

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room and atmosphere were just delightful. The proximity to downtown was fantastic.

Wonderful place to stay and incredibly convenient to downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere easily. The staff was awesome, especially Chad the morning guy, I can't say enough good things about him. The ground and amenities were outstanding, they even provided you with everything needed to make smores every night buy the many open fires by the beautiful river. We will definitely come back.

Great Location. Close enough to downtown to walk, but not nestled in the middle of everything. Highly recommend

We booked a room that wasn’t marked as ‘not on the river’ or ‘partial river view’. I assumed this would mean we had a river view. Nope - we got a view of the back side of a staircase that was being painted the two nights we stayed. Beyond the staircase we had a fantastic view of the parking lot. Not what we reserved and not what we paid for. Pretty much made it clear Hotel.com customers get tossed to the unwanted rooms regardless.

Only there one night. Check in was nice. Beautiful scenery. Our only issue was there was no elevator! We were on the 3rd floor. Will stay there again.

Enjoyed the sitting areas by the river and the smores! Also liked being close to the shopping area! The rooms are kind of small!

I booked a larger room through Expedia and paid extra. Showed up at the hotel and the room was the only room tucked away on the back end of the property on the floor. Did not have any air conditioning either. Was forced to pay the hotel $88 for a room upgrade to my dismay. Forewarning for anyone looking to book a larger room.
