Amazing stay 5*
4.1
Great place to stay for Shabbat in Old City!! Near all sites!
4.1
Staff at breakfast is kind of rude, they just get the food out of the kitchen and that’s it, nothing warm, nothing prepare for guests, and you can see them eating while guests are still having breakfast the breakfast hotel hours.
Property is ok but not for the price of a 4star hotel.the entry door is even broken you have to push it really hard to getting bc the security guard that’s sitting there i guess is for decoration, bc he doesnt even ask if you are a hotel guest so i guess anybody can get in.
Reception staff is ok, but they are not kind ehen we check in they didn’t even bother to explain the location of the hotel in the area, neither any eating or attractions suggestions.
The bed is comfortable. Elevator was always an issue we were in the 5th floor and elevator often only made it to 4. Definitely not a 4star.
4.1
It wasn't a good experience. The hotel is too noisy, people talking too loud in the corridors late at night. The people at the front desk do not have good customer service.
4.1
Local to Jewish quarter, easy walk to Jaffa gate. Quite. Good breakfast.
4.1
I love it stay there very good location!!!!
4.1
The hotel is in the Jewish Quarter - close to the Western Wall.
There is no parking at the hotel. Overall good accommodation. Small rooms and also the beds. The breakfast is good
4.1
Lovely place, modest breakfast and the location is definitely one of the best especially for people that observe Shabbat. It’s 7 min walk from kotel which was a dream come true.
4.1
Location is great! Parking is an issue since you have to park in parking lot about 10 min away but since it's in the middle of the main attraction sites we parked our car for 2 days and walked everywhere.
Hotel staff is great in helping with our needs!

We wanted to stay inside the walls of the old city of Jerusalem. There are of course much larger newer hotels outside the walls, but there's nothing like staying inside the old town. The property was in the Jewish Quarter. It was clean and not too noisy at night. Breakfast was included and was a full buffet. It is basic, so not a lot of amenities. No pool, etc. But the AC worked well; and the hot water. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. It is about a 3 minute walk from the Western Wall.
4.1
Beautiful surroundings. Not gracious enough. No warmth or feeling that they want to welcome you.
4.1
It was a clean and nice property. Love the location
4.1
Great location for seeing old jerusalem. Hotel has 2 sections, we had family in both. And huge difference in quality of room. Dissappointed i paid same as my inlaws room but our room was definitely not as nice and kinda dingy
4.1
Pros: location, location, location. Rooms and property are clean. Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful.
Cons: poor air conditioning in one of our rooms. Even thought we brought it to the front desk attention twice upon check in nothing was done and when we came back at 11pm we were offered to move, we were too tired to move so fan was given. Thru our 4 night stay the AC in our room worked well only for 1 day. We were told that it’s the case in every room which isn’t true as our friends stayed in the room next to us and their AC worked well.
Electricity in the entire property went out daily from an hour to up to 3 hours. Nothing was ever announced or told to the guests about it. Assistance from the front desk was very average, we weren’t really listened too before the answers were provide (obviously incorrectly)

within the Jewish Quarter

When I just made a reservation, I called the hotel and ask about accessibility for elderly people, because my parents are 80 and 85 years old. And the staff member who answered the phone, didn’t tell me anything about 15 stairs before entering the lobby. We had so much luggage, and it was really difficult to climb all the stairs for my parents. We supposed to have one bottle of wine in each room, but they didn’t give it to us. The mirror in the bathroom was broken in, and the room was full of dust.
But the location was amazing and really close to the Western Wall. And the breakfast was really good.

Wonderful to be situated in Old City!
4.1
Very close to the kotel but hard to find unless you know where you are going. The complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a very nice touch. The only downside was that the room was too warm and the a/c could not be lowered.
4.1
Unique location near the Western Wall.
4.1
Windows in room were crooked and had to stay open a bit. Other things in disrepair.
When leaving they offered to call a taxi for us only to find out that he got money from the taxi driver and we paid more than if we had gotten a taxi in the street. Leaves a bad taste when you get a strong sense that they only want to help themselves
4.1
This property was in walking distance to many sites in old city! Staff were extremely helpful. We hired a driver for 3 days of our stay through the hotel. Driver was Issam and he was fantastic! Amazing time in an amazing place!

Will stay again!
4.1
Great location for everything. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the hotel itself is quiet
4.1
Very nice hotel conveniently located in the old city. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would go for the deluxe rooms on the first floor as the lesser rooms were below and was very basic. The deluxe rooms were amazing tho and I love the inner courtyard.
4.1
Good hotel in good area.

It was a great location for the old city

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in the Old City of Jerusalem. Unfortunately the room temperature cannot be controlled by the guest as it is a central AC/Heat system and we were uncomfortably warm for the majority of our stay. The hotel provided a fan and we left the window open during the day but had to close it at night due to street noise. Despite the many wonderful attributes of the hotel I cannot recommend it to others nor will I stay here again as this is a significant issue. Previous reviews also indicated that the air conditioning did not work but did not describe the guest's inability to control the temperature at all.

The location of the property

It was nice. Very large hotel inside old city. Good breakfast. Bed was a bit broken down on right side, needs a new mattress. Nice bathroom, good amenities, good shower.

Great stay

The service was excellent. The reception and house staff were very responsive to our needs. The food was delicious and plentiful. Being in the Jewish Quarter and so close to the Western wall was a very special experience and a big plus.
4.1
Great location, breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Buses right outside hotel. 5min walk to western wall. Beds comfortable. Would stay there again. Best to stay in old city.
4.1
The hotel is at a great location. I stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Bonus point: amazing views in front of the hotel.
4.1
The rooms facing the parking lot are too noisy but we were accommodated with a room switch. No WiFi to speak of but given the location and the other amenities I enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to friends.
4.1
This is a very well maintained place, quiet, wonderful service, very pleasant staff, Breakfast was super generous with a very friendly staff eager to serve you. It was a beautiful experience, I would stay at this place at another visit, and highly recommend this place, if you visit the old city.
4.1
The mattresses are very soft and you sink in otherwise it is a good place to stay if you want to be in old city
4.1
The location was great and close to key sights. The bed was comfortable and the room and hotel are generally clean. Some of the staff were friendly.
The room we had was meant to be a quiet one but it faced into a basketball court where the noise from the kids was constant til late into the night. The window blocked out most of the sound. The bathroom needs an upgrade asap as the sink was cracked so the floor got wet often and the toilet seat was uncomfortable as it was badly installed and in an awkward position. The breakfast was good but most things were the same everyday.
4.1
Excellente service, very professional and helpful staff. The food was homemade and so delicious. The location is the best 👍
4.1
The staff was very friendly
4.1
Location great for old town. Service is passable but no one seems happy to see you.
