Our room was in terrible shape. The bathroom door was broken and you had to lift up on it to close it. There were hairs and spiders in the shower. There were only towels for 2 people despite being in a 2 bedroom suite with a pull out bed. Every couch cushion had broken zippers with the stuffing falling out. Tried to use plates in the cupboards but they had dried food on them. Paper towels were soggy and wet for the bottom inch of them. The dishwasher had leaves in it. Service was friendly and they did what they could.

I've been having bad experiences with Hotels the past year, but this one was nice. I was satisfied with my stay and i would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location. Clean rooms.
Friendly staff. No overhead canopy so unloading in rainy weather is a bit of a challenge.

This is always our spot to stay when we visit family. In fact, we encouraged other family members to join us here. We had two separate reservations because my husband added a day. Visit was great until the AC unit went out in the room above us Christmas night and the loud work begin from about 9PM, until I called the front desk at 11:30PM. We thought that was the end but they woke us up at 7AM with the same foolishness until we checked out. I should also add the toilet seat needs to be changed. It was clean but unsteady.

Would never come back. lady behind front desk for check in . Charged my card for 160$ incidental fees and didn’t tell me the price at all. And also she was Pick in choosing who she was gone chargefor incidental fees.

The initial manager, a young black man, I can't remember his name, was great. Other than that, the stay wasn't. As soon as we reached the room, my children and I's allergies immediately started. I wasn't going to complain about it, as we had already had our luggage lost at the airport. It wasn't until we discovered that our firestick was stolen that I decided to make a complaint. It was recovered in the maintenance office and is currently being shipped to me, but why was it removed from the room? I have questions. Take your personal items with you and bring your allergy medicine if you stay here.

I used the hotels. Com app to book the room. The process was smooth and the staff was very informative and friendly. The hotel was clean and the facilities were clean. The property was small but very accessible to all people including people with disabilities. It was a good value for the cost.

Overall property was in good shape. Enjoyed having kitchenette as I was staying for five nights.
The loveseat in the living room area was super uncomfortable to even sit on.

Several lights were burnt out and I had to fix the tv just so I could use it. Otherwise the room was ok. Staff was nice and professional. Not a great neighborhood. If you’re not from the hood you’d definitely get rolled. Luckily I stay strapped. 😉

The only real problem we had was that the parking space we parked in turned into a big puddle when it started to rain. The breakfast was good but a bit limited. They were doing some construction to improve the appearance of the front of the hotel. It didn't really cause any serious problems. The hotel was pretty easy to find and get to, but still out of the way in Harvey.

Very convenient and comfy for lengthy holiday stay. Suite had all the necessary amenities and was thoroughly cleaned. Lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Only downsides were loud construction going on outside of window and sofa bed was uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

I've stayed here a few times over the past few years and it seems like it gets more and more neglected over the years. Maintenance isnt being done on very obvious things. Will probably look elsewhere in the future.

There was a huge roach crawling up the wall which I killed and showed the front desk clerk. The night clerk told me that I’d have to talk to the day manager. When I did all she offered were some points on my Bonvoy account. Then she said “You don’t live around here do you” like that’s supposed to make me used to bugs in my room. Not acceptable! This is a Marriott, I expect better. Especially when I got suckered into paying $270 for a disheveled room. The garbage disposal didn’t work and was full of other peoples food waste. The light fixtures were pulled out of the ceiling, had exposed bare wiring, and were inoperable. The back entrance was inaccessible due to construction thus making the back parking lot a waste of space. If you park there you have to trek all the way around the building. The ceramic stovetop had baked on food reminants.
I should have packed up & slept in my car. It would have been a better experience. All in all I was very disappointed with the whole experience. For being a Marriott branded establishment it was a big disappointment. I was told that people that were displaced by the hurricane were living in the hotel. That’s no excuse for renting rooms that are in such disrepair for excessive prices.

Location was quiet but it was under construction and it was noisy all day due to the work being done right outside my window by the contractor. Kept me from being able to sleep during the day.

My boyfriend and I checked in in the late afternoon of a Friday. The type of room that I booked (studio with 1 king bed and full kitchenette) is absolutely not worth the $150/night that I paid. The woman I assumed was the manager gave us a not very friendly look when we checked in with the front desk person (they were standing next to each other). I asked if there was a hot breakfast, because the description on Hotels.com says "a breakfast buffet is included in your stay" and for the money that I was paying, I was expecting a full breakfast, including hot food. The manager was very quick to say, in a very unfriendly manner "we do not have hot breakfast on weekends". When we entered the room, there was plaster dust everywhere, all over the carpet, and on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain had a big splotch of solid plaster on it, it's like they did some wall repairs and didn't care to clean the room after. The bathroom door had a huge half-inch gap between the door and the door frame that let you see from the room what is going on inside the bathroom, offering absolutely no privacy when each of us had to use it. Also, the bathroom did not have a vent, so the room gets all muggy when someone is taking a shower, and whomever is in the room can hear absolutely everything that is going on inside the bathroom (again, zero privacy). The kitchenette was clean, but there was no dish soap or sponge to wash the dishes. Overall, a big disappointment not worth your hard-earned money
