Decent hotel, done what it said on the tin

Location was great

Staff were ok, as we had issues over the payment process at the front desk, staff were not clear as to what we had to do. This was confusing especially when young and new to travelling.

The location was perfect, especially the valet services. It was more of the construction & cleaning.

We did not eat breakfast; however the location was great

We came in from St. Louis and did not the hotel lobby was under construction. The bedrooms could’ve been a little more cleaner, & also carpet had odor. Curtains were very dusty & white stains on wall & sofa, Dirt spots on closet doors.

This would have been a great stay if it was not for the facilities issues.

Lobby clean and smelled great, room was clean, the decor in the lobby, dining area, and room was nice, the sofa bed was nice, and so were the bath tiles.

The pool was a bit dirty, and we took a significant amount of time to skim it, and clean it out one night. The courtyard was in major disrepair, with garbage bags lying about, and not at all as pictured on the booking page. The parking situation was pricey and unacceptable; guests should not have to pay additional for parking, which was nearly a third of the cost of the room per night, not counting gratuity for the valet each time we needed to leave, and every time we returned, and it also was frustrating since we chose this location over the canal street location due to the pool and courtyard, and had we known parking was going to cost us, we might have chosen the canal street location for its proximity to the places we planned to visit. There was also construction being done in the early morning on the courtyard repair, or remodel, about which we were not informed, or made aware of in advance; this was extremely disruptive to our sleep, and our children’s sleep, and disappointing because sleeping in was made difficult. The idea of strolling or hanging out in the courtyard was appealing when we booked the room, so it was a let down that there was no real opportunity to enjoy that. The mini fridge in the room is not adequate for storing any food, and it renders the microwave useless, since it can’t safely store food at an appropriate temp, and does not have room for food either since it is a true beverage refrigerator. The online manual even states that food should not be stored in it. Additionally, it was difficult to adjust the temp on the fridge to keep beverages cold. The living room TV was also set to be too dim, and adjusting the brightness seemed to be a mystery, and the lack of channels, along with the slow internet speed in the hotel didn’t allow for us, or our children, to enjoy the entertainment in the room as we should likely have been able to do without having to enter our own personal Netflix or Amazon account on the televisions.

Great stay

From the beginning to the end every thing was wonderful. The staff was so nice and friendly, the facility was very clean and smelled good also. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to choose from. The rooms were very spacious. I will definitely be returning

Confortável e seguro.

Ótima localização, a 2 quadras do Ernst Morial Center e do Riverwalk Outlet. Região segura e com muitos restaurantes próximos. O quarto é excelente: grande, novo, silenciosos, confortável. O café da manhã tem: café, chá, chocolate, iogurte, mingau de aveia com frutas secas, pães doces, hambúrguer, ovo mexido, molho de tomate, suco industrializado, cenoura ralada, laranja e maçã.

Sugestões para melhorar o café da manhã: inserir opções de queijos, presunto, peito de peru, mais pães salgados e aumentar a variedade de frutas… Geralmente tinha só maçã ou maçã e laranja. Um único dia tinha banana….

Great stay near the Port for a Disney Cruise!

Lot's of room and they were able to get all 4 rooms by each other for the whole family.

Great location

Breakfast was great. Would have been nice for the band to gather else where to prepare to leave instead of taking up all the space. The outdoor area on 2nd floor- or pool area- the weather was great for them

Front desk staff not very friendly. For a place that bemefits from tourism- guests to the city should feel welcomed🤗

Would stay here again!

The bed was firm and comfortable, the staff was exceptional and the location was good. It was comforting to know that a security person was on the premises overnight.

The layout of the rooms was odd. Very small space in the bedroom area and too much space in the kitchen area. It would have been nice to have some hooks to hang towels or clothes on. Breakfast was ok but ran out of items and staff was slow to replenish.

Personal de la manana de front desk son maquinas de impedir ayuda todo lo hacen dificil , le pido que si me puede tener la valija , que si me puede ayudar con reserva si me.puede cambiar , si me puede ayudar con faltante de jabon, todo es no en senorita de la mañana de apariencia Hindu pésima actitud contrapuesta con el resto. Staff friendly & great location

Breakfast was decent. Love the location; in walking distance of where I/we needed to be.

Expected full payment for stay to be deducted from account upon check in & not 4 days after check out. Stayed at this same location (2023) for Mardi Gras; reasonably priced. This time significantly more ($500 increase) & hotel attempted to assess deposit/charge 3 days stay prior to checking in (this wasn’t stated in the contract that Hotel has with Booking.com.

Overall I enjoyed my stay just wish it was equipped with better parking

It wasn’t too far of a walk to go to parades or bourbon street

It wasn’t equipped with enough parking for all its guest knowing that this was a eventful week and didn’t even bother to let that be known before hand though they did give a list to try some of the parking were not even available so it’s safe to say they were not up to date with their information they were giving. The lighting in the hotel room is very little and dim

Great place to stay!!

Staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean. This area is close enough to the fun attractions without being so close that you can't get some sleep still.

The parking garage spaces are narrow, so bring a smaller car, no large trucks.

Perfect

The front desk staff and breakfast staff was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, kind, and personal. The breakfast location was immaculate and good too. Customer service is rated at a 10+ for this property. A great model for all hotel properties. The room was also immaculate and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff

Super close to the convention center as well as the riverside mall. Small 24/7 market is very convenient, and the space is clean and tidy. Breakfast was fairly standard.

This is not a ‘full service’ hotel, which means cleaning is every other day and no room dining service. Not a huge negative but was not aware of this before booking.

Excellent location and spacious room

Excellent location which was near the convention center and found restaurants nearby that we went to multiple times (Cochon Butcher and Gus's). The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating (allowing packages to be received and luggage stored while we picked up our rental car). Room was spacious: it was great to have a work desk away from the bed and sofa to lounge in.

Breakfast was the same everyday (sausage and eggs, breads, oats/cereal, 2-3 fruits, coffee/tea, milk/yogurt) and sometimes no longer available 30min before it was supposed to end. It would have been great if we were told upon check-in what days our room was scheduled to be cleaned (it's not daily). Housekeeping didn't follow what their sign said, replacing our towels even if we left them hanging (instead of only replacing those on the floor). And there was a handprint and marks above our headboard.

Very Convenient to convention centre , staff great - Breakfast was good but some variety in the hot foods would have been nice.

Lighting in the room left a little to be desired - also had expected full tea and coffee facilities in the room -there was no jug just small coffee machine - no tea/ coffee/ sugar etc - no actual cups only 2 paper ones - also there is fridge and micowave which is great but no cutlery or plates

Très bon séjour au calme près du centre

L'hôtel est moderne et très agréable, bien situé , au calme mais suffisament près du quartier français pour y accéder à pied. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres, même si le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. Nous avons adoré les lits, trop confortables.

Les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas, ce qui interdit toute aération. L'espace nuit est sombre car peu d'éclairage. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant , à part les oeufs brouillés. L'hôtel est peu soucieux de l'environnement, y compris pour un établissement américain (vaisselle jetable , clim à fond, lumière partout de jour comme de nuit...) Le parking est un plus, mais il est hélas assez cher et vite complet.

The location and friendly staff from MGMT to Associates. Breakfast was fresh and tasty

Housekeeping supervisor on day of departure wasn't polite when knocked on door and stated I had late check out.

Will never stay at this hotel again due to staff and not getting correct prices.

I liked the location to the port

Staff member literally insulted my intelligence, power went on and off several times, soda bed was not even put together nor were there any extra bedding for that bed, and kids ran up and down the hallway. Also prices on the reciept and what I was charged was two different prices.

I’m in property management and definitely would not place him in that position

Housekeepers were loud and noisy, before 8A, I had to address them, when I tried to speak with management basically he was rude, I had to return my rudeness back which I don’t usually do.

Will stay there next time!

Fantastic location. Safe parking. Yummy food at the free breakfast buffet. Great pool. Reasonably priced. What more could you ask for??!!

Not being told there would be a $25 per night parking fee. Although, I am sure it is in the "fine print".
