The staff, food, room, and location is awesome
Shuttle services are needed at the higgins. This is my second visit without accommodations. Late check out and early check-in for hilton honors should be available.

Sehr gediegenes Ambiente, schöne Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf das WWII Museum
Fällt mir nichts ein

Location was good. Rooftop restaurant and bar was great.
Handicap accessible room was small and hard to maneuver in a wheelchair. The in room dining staff was rude. They sent an incorrect food order to our room so I called to let them know. The woman taking the food orders was very rude and I was told our breakfast order would be comped and it was not also parking is very expensive.

Property was beautiful, clean and new feeling. I loved the hotel bathroom, it was spacious, clean, and modern, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, that was of a good quality. The room had nice views of the city. The interior design was of the WWII era and very well done, it seemed to have a purfume smell in the common areas/lobby which was a pleasant touch. You’re also right on the property of the museum so the area is really nice to walk around.
The only thing that bothered me was the service at the restaurants and bar wasn’t good, it was lacking quality service, being a former service industry employee and manager I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe if was an off day but it seemed to be consistent throughout the facility) so I was a little disappointed in that but there are plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars within in walking distance so I recommend just eating outside of the hotel.

It was very clean and perfectly located. The front desk staff was also nice.
There was no microwave in the room

The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and the rooftop bar was decent. We had 3 rooms for our family so they accommodated us very close to each other in the same hall. a night we felt very safe too!
I didn't like there was any free breakfast or free amenities offered. One day me and my son ate in the restaurant for breakfast and it was over $60. Needless to say we had to find breakfast offsite every day. We paid over $1000 for each room for 4 nights which is expensive but they were only hotel available when we booked 2 months ahead of our trip. There aren't many restaurants or bars within walking distance so we spent a lot on Ubers since it rained during our trip. The rooftop bar is nice but no happy hours.

I went to see the WW II Museum. There could not be a better way to stay for a visit.

The location was away from the French Quarter but close enough by Uber. The property was very quiet and beautifully decorated.
Nothing.

I loved mostly everything about the hotel, it was beautiful and the location was perfect. The staff was top of the line, anything we needed they made sure we were good. They have a nice bar and dining area as well as a roof top bar.
The room was small, I didn’t expect that. Some of the plug ins were loose so my charger kept falling out of the wall. The room also didn’t have much lighting.

Very spacious and clean, very nice staff. Excellent location. Easy parking in garage next door. Comfortable beds and good blackout curtains.
Only complaints were a flickering hall light (in our room) and a slow draining bathroom sink.

Great location. Walking distance to the WWII Museum.
It’s time to deep clean the rooms.

It’s conveniently located to a great mile marker, WW 2 museum; also it wasn’t far from the convention center.

The hotel lobby was pretty. It appeared very clean.
Hilton's system was supposedly down so they couldn't book us a room when we arrived (however one of the front desk clerks had no problem checking in two other parties while we stood there). They told us to get on our phone and book with a third party vendor and that they would then be able to get us into a room. We did as directed, and showed them the email confirmation, and they said their system was still down so they couldn't give us a room yet. They said wait 30 min. We sat in our car for 30 min, and then went back in to the front desk where we saw that a shift change had occurred while we were in our car waiting. We had to explain everything to the new guy at the counter only to be told in a very rude manner that there is nothing they can do for us. They couldn't find our reservation and therefore wouldn't be able to give us a room even with the confirmation number. Zero compassion or sympathy. After over an hour, we never did get a room and ended up at the Virgin Hotel. Horrible customer service at the Higgins!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the location of the hotel and the parking was very convenient.
The situation with the shower was very disappointing. The shower pan was clogged due to a buildup of hair that accumulated over the drain and flooded the shower pan and the floor of the bathroom. This made me question the cleaning methods of the rooms.

Location, cleanliness and design of hotel.
What I did not like were the $200 worth of added fee’s and taxes once I checked-in on-site. My original payment expectation was around $840 but once I checked-in to pay, my total came to be $1,000+. I think hidden fees like that are deceiving.
