Breakfast included, 2 happy hour drink tickets, quiet area, beautiful view and balcony. Pool was nice to layout by. Bed was so comfortable, and the room was nice and cool.

Perfect location, happy hour complimentary drinks and buffet style breakfast every morning. Parking! I didn’t have to pay 48$ I just parked on the street
It was 90 degrees in NOLA in October! The a/c was not blowing snowballs, so the comfort of my room could have been better
10.0
My stay was absolutely exceptional! I visited NOLA for the Eras Tour, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was themed around the tour, adding an extra touch of excitement to my trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s location was perfect—everything I needed was within walking distance, so I never had to use a cab. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient and enjoyable stay!

Good breakfast and like the concierge in the lobby.
Took forever for the water to warm up for a shower!

The breakfast was fair
The way they handle our rooms. We received a cancellation and we arrived earlier to check in but we couldn't chek in until 4 then we didn't get a room until 2-3 hrs later.

Breakfast was good no problems.
The hotel room was very hot from check in to check out time. The temperature was above 78 degrees each day and they said they are working on it but never fixed the problem.
5.0
The room was spacious, extremely quiet and the view from the balcony. Breakfast was good and the evening drinks were a plus.
Valet (Evolution) very unorganized and unprofessional. I waited over an hour for my vehicle. No one was present when I arrived downstairs. Customer service at the Embassy couldn't provide any information. After waiting over an hour walked outside and found my vehicle RUNNING and UNLOCKED. I then had to wait again on someone to return with my key. No apologies were given or reason as to why it took so long and why vehicle was parked and left running unattended.

The spacious rooms!! The building is very pleasing to the eye when walking in.
The frustration some of the staff showed during happy hour. Granted this weekend was super busy but there is still a way to be professional and not rude when in service.

Breakfast was wonderful and location was good
Room didn’t give Embassy Suite vibe and the plumbing was horrendous with the bathtub drainage being so slow.

It was in a convient location, it was clean and the staff was friendly.
The traffic, construction and parking was horrible!

BEWARE!!!! Rm# 1007 BROKEN Balcony Door
**Warning: Room 1007 - Unpleasant Experience**
I recently stayed at the hotel on Julia Street in New Orleans and it was extremely unpleasant. Here are the issues I encountered:
1. **Terrible Customer Service**: The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. Requests for fresh towels and room cleaning were ignored.
2. **Unclean Room**: The room was filthy, far below acceptable living standards. The carpets appeared as if they had never been vacuumed. The tubs, toilets, and sinks were dirty, and the bed sheets were not changed.
3. **Maintenance Issues**: I was put in a room with a broken balcony door. The staff tried to convince me that the door wasn’t broken and that there was a trick to locking it. However, after 11 hours without a fix, I had to track down an engineer myself. Despite his assurances that the door was fixed, I demonstrated multiple times that it could still be opened from the outside, compromising my safety. The engineer then admitted that the hotel is old.
I've been a loyal patron of the Hilton brand for almost 30 years, but this experience was disgusting. I do not plan on ever patronizing this establishment again. Safety and cleanliness were severely BAD for the Hilton brand.

The young lady that checked us in was great. Very nice and we also called to let them know that we might have a late arrival and she assured us that she would be there and we will be ok.
No iron in my room and I never got one. The sheets had a red like juice stain on them. The bed closes to the door.

The view of the hotel from every angle is beautiful very romantic. I stay there several times some of the bathrooms need upgrading but overall it is a beautiful hotel.

I was surprised with the breakfast. Few options, but everything was good. They prepare fresh omelets and they offer fruits. The location is nice also. It is about 20 min from the French Quarter (by walking) and 5min from the WW Museum.
The room is definetely not comfortable. We stayed in a king room, with 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed. The bed was not smelling good. The bathroom is extremelly small. But the worst part is that the room is super noisy and after a long day walking, we could not sleep so good. The air conditioning is noisy and we could hear everything what other people talked in the rooms close to us. It was very disppointing. Also, the cost of the vallet is super high ~50USD/night.

The breakfast was great.
We waited in the lobby 2 hours past check in time for our room.
Safe did not work. Had multiple visits to open it.
No AC the last day of my stay. When I returned to the room it was 80 degrees.
I was over charged for Valet. I parked 2 cars on the first day and 1 car on the remaining 2 days. I was charged for 3 days each for both cars. Tried to resolve with the manager Tiffany and one month later she has not returned my calls.

Dirty, old, musty smell.
They ran out of towels…the toilet looked like bowel movement.
6.0
Location and breakfast were the plus points od my stay.
The hotel does not clean until and unless you make request at the front desk. This is a first for me. As a result more than 50% of the time, my room was not unclean.

The location and breakfast options were great.
The customer service was terrible. Front desk is not friendly at all. We ran out of shampoo and shower gel on day one and we’re told there is no more. No offer for the next day. We had to keep asking. It finally got replaced on our last day. We asked for more pillows twice and if you don’t ask before 5 o’clock, there is no one there to get them for you until the next morning. I even offered to come down and get them. They said their team is gone.

Proximity to the convention center. The space could have been really good and comfortable.
The floor was so dirty it made my feet black - and my child. The hot water barely came out as a trickle. Taking a shower was unpleasant. By the time I filled the bathtub up to bathe my son the water was cold. The staff did not respond well and were poor communicators. They tried to fix the water one day and made it worse. The next day they never came - to find out that the rain had caused flooding. They could have let us know. Breakfast was poor with runny eggs.

Staff were friendly and helpful, great location, omelets cooked to order were tasty.
Lots of small problems: no remote for tv, loud air conditioner, Luke warm shifting to cold water in shower, light not working, room not clean.

Booked this due to its close proximity to the convention centre for going to a conference. Room was comfortable and clean. Really nice that there is included breakfast and they also give you free drink coupons. There are also some great restaurants and bars nearby in the Warehouse District and it’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the French Quarter.
Stayed on the Julia St side and it was noisy very early in the morning with construction on the street.
