The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains.
The apartment was very clean and neat.
We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people.
The necessities were also very handy.
Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night.
The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment.
Checkin was very smooth too.
It definitely lived up to our expectations.

We had an issue with our check in. Nobody was at the front desk but we got our check in instruction by an email when we left the property. We tried to call the number but they told us that we didn’t have any reservation and we should call expedia to cancel this reservation. Our cellular service didn’t work in that country so we had very hard time to contact Expedia and cancel our reservation. We have to work on this now

The property was basic but clean.
Location is not ideal if you do not have your own transportation.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings

The property was very clean and well maintained. Very limited amenities and a long walk down/up steep hills, not advisable in ski gear or with bags.

The apartment was cozy, the bed was ok. Excellent value.

ski-in ski-out was superb. since we arrived by bus it was quite a long walk carrying skis and luggage, but the closeness to the slope was more important to us. The appartment was nice and clean.

Great place if you are skiing. 1 bedroom flat, with fully working kitchen and sofa bed in living area.
We were a couple with 1 teenager. Perfect size. Would be good for 2 couples also.
Ski in and out

Staff were amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. Small units but staff were great and changed us to one with nice mountain views. Limited wifi.

I booked 5 rooms for 5 nights in February. Each room was occupied on twin basis. The hotel states twin room but this is actually under the configuration of a double bed and sofa bed. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only issue during our stay was a leaking shower tray which was reported but still not fixed by the time we checked out. The hotel is located at the top of the resort and beware it is a fairly difficult 15 minute walk back to the hotel, especially with the icy pavements. Overall it represented good value for money and provided excellent access to the ski slopes.

Stay was great.. although management took it upon themselves to change my booking. I had booked and paid for 3x5 people rooms, I got 2x5 and a 4 person room. No explanation or refund. They did give free parking but I thought it was a cheek to expect that we would except this.

The property was clean and well appointed, however the apartment booking was for two separate single sofa beds and the room allocated had one double sofa bed. The reception team acknowledged the error but were unable to offer the correct accommodation and to supply an additional duvet and pillows. They showed no interest in resolving the issue and their attitude was" Make do with what you’ve got"
The Wi-Fi was good and ok for streaming Netflix etc. The property is a 10min walk uphill from the town centre which can be a long hike in high altitude with three shopping bags! Please note there is no taxi service available in Pas de la Casa!

The Pierre De Vacances apartments in Andorra Pas De La Casa are a "good" place to stay overall.
Photos on hotels.com are a fair representation Apartments are in 4 modern blocks ABC & D with parking available in a basement carpark, alongside a ski store. They are Ski in / ski out from the ski store (which could do with a little tlc to be fair). 2 lifts from ski store make getting to rooms VERY easy. Apts were very clean, modern and warm, although FAR from spacious! Plenty of hot water in a nice strong shower. Wifi connection was absolutely HOPELESS. I'd have preferred a door on the bedroom area but its open plan so lacks privacy. Reception is not 24hr so Id call ahead if your'e arriving late after a flight etc. Also only some staff are English speaking. Getting to and from the town / bars restaurants is a bit of a hike up the hill, even if you use shortcuts! Overall a Good stay providing you don't need to be central to the town. Otherwise about a 10 min uphill walk. Ski ing access is brill.
Apt had cooker / hob / toaster / kettle / dishwasher/ fridge all new. Good quality.

Nice appartment with all the basics. Fold out bed was massively uncomfortable and main bed felt like it was made of cardboard. Hot water also ran out really quickly if you didn't watch what was happening.
Useful to ski in and out of the locker room to the slopes but a bit of a walk back from town.

The hotel was very close to the slops the garage is very narrow it’s going to be a pain to park a big car in there and Avery time I wanted to go out I had to use the car.
