Lovely clean room. En suite a little small but we managed . Kettle and tea/coffee/milk supplied and replenished next day. So close to everything. Would definitely recommend x

The bed eas cimfy and clean ..the shower room smelt like s9meone had rotted aeay in there the smell was fri thr shower tray drain it was awful to the point i was almost sick ..i get it was cheap but no meed for that smell it was disgustong wont book here ever again

The accommodation was average. I didnt see one member of staff whilst i stayed. There i Was no free parking apart from a few spaces at the front of the property. Room was ok.

The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was spot on. When I first entered the room my first impression was it was small but as l unpacked there was plenty of room as the layout was very well thought out and cleverly designed. In all I had a brilliant stay and will definitely returning.

Ok, but at £78 for night, in a small old double bed room, in unattended old boarding house ( not hotel)made into 10 small apartments, over priced. Access to keys with texted pass code (outside key security box) proved difficult to open . The corridor and stairs smelt fusty, old structure, not of good appearance, but clean . The room including toilet and shower although well dated, were very clean, bed and bed linen and pillows, towels excellent. Bed very comfortable. Very small television but we could not use due to no remote control.. Our last minute booking of room served its purpose of a bed for the night. The 9.2 reviews are well overstated on our experence and glad it was only a one night stay.

Honestly very good value for money. Very clean and in a perfect location. I will be returning. Spacious rooms (bonus). Can not recommend this hotel enough!

I think this experience was underated....description said kettle..so we took all of our own beverages...we neednt have..there was plenty and revived every morning...also a mini fridge..plenty of items downstairs to borrow for your stay...drinks fridge toys hairdryers etc...met the host and she was lovely...enjoyed our stay

Lovely clean room with en suite situated close to the seafront. Plenty of tea coffee milk left for the kettle in the room.Free WiFi made it much easier aswell.Lovely helpful lady and a very good price. Thankyou so much.

Dated property. No contact with anyone as a lock box used. Room dated and shower needs upgrade. Great location and property is a fair price. Would stay elsewhere as I prefer more comfort and breakfast

Very basic but great for an overnight stay. Shower was not great but may have something to do with being on the top floor A few cobwebs in the room high up, but overall good.

We received a text message telling us how to retrieve our door and room key which was really easy to follow. Room was clean and bed really comfortable. Only had one problem on one of the morning the shower would not get hot but was ok in the evening. Location is fantastic as arcades, pubs, shops and funfair are literally yards away. My partner and I are already planning to return.

Hardly any water pressure in the shower in our top floor room. Very close to the beach and other activities though. Overall a pleasant stay.
