We really loved our stay in Casa Miriam. Dani and her brother wanted to help us with everything we needed (excursions, taxis, dinner places). They really made our stay in Cuba perfect. The rooms were big and the airconditioning was amazing. The house is beautiful and the breakfast was great.
Thank you so much for our stay!!!

My family and I, are very grateful to the wonderful host, Dany. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She had great advice on how to manage our way through the city. I love the old charm of the house. The beds were comfortable. The house has been well maintained and kept clean. For the price I recommend this place.

I stayed 2 nights here with my friend. During the stay, a young lady, Dani (Miriam's granddaughter and Yali's daughter) took care of all travelers and she was awesome. She cooked us breakfast and dinner at flexible times, and always friendly and nice! The place seems run short of some stuffs (such as shampoo and toilet paper) but probably it's a common problem in Central Havana.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is about 15 minute walk from the centre of the old town but there was a nice restaurant very near to the casa.

The building is a beautiful old building with colonial architecture features. Very well preserved inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Miriam. This was our base as we travelled to different regions in Cuba, and every time we returned, it was like coming home. Very clean rooms and stunning architecture with high ceilings filled with furniture from a bygone era. The balcony that overlooks the street invites you unwittingly into the homes and lives of the locals- from there, you can observe Havana life as lived by Cubans. The tourists are several blocks away, but not as interesting ;) Yali, Miriam’s daughter, is very helpful and friendly.

A wonderful stay at Casa Miriam- our base during our trip to Cuba. Each time we returned, it felt like we were coming home. We would have loved to engage more with our hosts but our Spanish was not up to it- despite that, we

The hosts were fantastic. They offer breakfast and dinner cooked by Miriam in addition if you want. There is no wifi (there or anywhere in Havana) but they were happy to share stories and give advice. The area had a couple of very close dining options and was walking distance to san rafael and Old Havana (15-20 min walk)

Four narrow, steep staircases. Each having 14 steps. Somewhat difficult carrying two suitcases. Air conditioner had a high pitch squeal. Bed was terrible. Both of us woke up with back aches. Good coffee.

Run by super-friendly family, boutique-hotel feeling and decor, location great despite not being in Old Havana -- closer to main attractions that many Old Havana places and near the waterfront. Best restaurant we experienced in Cuba just two half blocks away. Try to avoid the uppermost room which is tedious with suitcases and small.

Nice place at an affordable price. Very friendly host, Julio César was helpful and we felt safe in his place. He also offered extra night at a big discount.

Beautiful Casa, with private rooms.More like a hotel/hostel than other Casas in Cuba, on the second floor in a pretty central and easy to find location. The room was nice, had a safe, it’s own (clean) bathroom and the hosts were so nice. During my stay I had an incident in Havana where my purse got stolen and they were so lovely and helped me get all that I needed. Not only that but organised my transport from airport and to my next location at a very good price. Breakfast is not included as I believe advertised but is great and reasonably priced.Would definitely recommend for simple travel.

Great colonial house with a private room and bathroom. I just wanted to try a night before I moved on. Personally I felt it had a lot of character.
