Nice and helpful host. Comfortable accommodation. Good location to explore different areas of the city .

I was staying at this place for one night, before my next flight. And it was really good, special thanks to the host Andi.
What I liked:
- the safety is good: you can lock the door to your room, and also noone from the street can enter the hotel (you need to ring the bell and the host will let you in.
- the host Andi is very welcoming and helpful! He was in touch with my taxi drivers when they got lost, he helped me exchange the money, he informed me about the local shops and places, and he helped me get a taxi to the airport. Gracias!
- the condition of everything is good. The bed was good, the closet quite big, there's a private bathroom, an air conditioner, a fridge, and a fan in the room.
- the sea is just 10-15min walk from the place! and there're shops and cafes nearby. Close to center!
- there's a cute cat living in the hotel :)
What could be improved/what you need to know about the place:
- my room had no windows outside so it was always dark, had to keep the lights on. If you want you can spend time in the lobby/dining room, it has more sunlight.
- the walls/doors are a little thin, I could hear the noise from the street
- wifi doesn't work from midnight to 8-9am (but the host informed about it, so it wasn't unexpected)
- there was no really hot water, just cool water - which is okay for such hot climate but was a little surprise
- there might be mosquitos, so take the bugspray/repellent with you
- my toilet flush wouldn't flush in the morning but I fixed it :D

Amazing! 10/10! You don’t need more this hotel in Cuba. Owner is there to help you during your stay because as a first time could be difficult to get used to Cuba :)

Great to start your journey into Havana! Super close to parque central and the main street of obispo. You will find local restaurants around the area of the hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with anything you might need.

We are happy our first nights were in Casa Indicuba. Hosts are helpful and nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awsome everyday, we will come back for sure when we visit Havana again. :)

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at Casa Indicuba Wifi.
The staff made sure that we had a smooth arrival to Cuba: helped us getting cash at a very good exchange rate and rented us SIM cards so we could be connected while traveling in the country.
The facilities are beautiful, clean and quiet. The breakfast, provided for $5, was decilious.
Thank you so much for the experience!

We stayed at the casa for our last night of the 2 week trip to Cuba. The casa was conveniently located as it was close to the center, yet also not too far from the airport. The place had good Wi-Fi, helpful host and clean environment.

Andy the owner is really friendly and attentive. I really recommend it because it is good advice during a stay that sometimes could be complicated.! A good address…

Should be booked without a doubt. Everything was perfect for me, Andreas (who speaks English and Spanish excellently) helped me with the money exchange because it can be tricky in Cuba and he also arranged me a taxi back to the airport, 5 USD less than what I paid when I first headed to Casa Indicuba from the airport (I organized the first one myself). I had an air conditioner and a fan, also a built in hairdryer. Lots of towels and hot water all the time. The neighbourhood is small and quiet and almost 15 mins walk to the center. They are a lovely small business who does their best with a smile. If I’d visit Havana again, which I most probably will, this is my to-go accomodation. Thanks a lot to Andreas, his lovely partner, and of course to the warmest people of the world, the Cubans.

Andy is a top tier host and makes your stay in Havana comfortable and easy. Will definitely return soon.

This is a great place to stay in central Havana. Its a clean, comfortable, secure and extremely well run establishment.
The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The rooms have air con, fan and fridge and the beds are comfortable.
It's well located, within walking distance of the old town, Malecon and Vedado. The Wifi works well too!
There are a couple of very good restaurants minutes away. It's not really in a tourist area so you see authentic Havana every time you step outside.
I will stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!

We stayed eight nights at this property. The location is close to Malecon(three to five minutes Walk) and the old town(less than 2km). The room is clean and bed comfortable. Andy is a super host and helped us a lot. We were provided breakfast and dinner by Andy and his wife. The meals were great! Andy also arranged transportation for us to visit some points of attraction and to airport. He even helped us shopping for some local products. Andy is bilingual with both English and Spanish, which made our life much easier. Overall a stay beyong expectation and 10 rating.

I loved everything about the place.

Clean, quiet and save place. The roms are spacious, furnished in a nice style and well equipped. The owners are very kind, helpful and supportive in any aspect, i. e. local recommendations or organizing an airport transfer. Enjoyed a great breakfast three times.

Great Hosts

Wonderful hotel offering an oasis of calm, quiet and spotless rooms in the midst of the madness of central Havana. Most impressively, the hotel had flawless wifi for the duration of my stay - a real rarity in Cuba! The Casa provides delicious breakfasts and is also surrounded by great dining options. Andi himself is a terrific host - respectful and entertaining - and was great company and tremendously helpful. I will definitely stay again! Thank you Andi for everything.

Fine place to stay in Old Havana. Not the cleanest neighborhood but close to the center of city. A huge price discount compared to 5 star hotels but comes with 5 star hospitality.

An oasis of calm in the Havana hubbub. Well kept property, comfy, had everything I needed and host was welcoming and helpful - definitely recommend.

Andi ist the most kind and helpful person in Havanna. Breakfast is awesome and great deal for 5€. He takes care perfectly. Strong recommendation!
4.8
Andy was very welcoming and the place is really nice! Also the WiFi facilities are quite convenient as you can use it in your room unlike other places where you have to use it in a certain WiFi zone.
Highly recommended!

Our stay at Andreas accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and spaceous and provide everything you need. Also, the Wifi is sufficient enough to deal with any requirements. It is available for one hour at a time because Andreas needs to buy data cards, but you just have to ask for it and he will start a new one for you.
Andreas is very helpful and responsive as well in case you need some help and information or anything else during your stay in Havanna. For us, for example, he organised bikes and taxi drives at super good rates. He even offered us to help us with the currency exchange (which is a big support within Cuba, because the real exchange rate on the streets differs from the offical one at the banks (approximately 3 to 4 times better)). In this case, Andreas offers a fair exchange rate for your money currency.
We would definitely recommend choosing the breakfast option as well because it is very tasty, balanced and huge.
All in all, incredibly good price-performance ratio and we will be back again here for sure when we are staying in Havanna for the next time.
Thank you very much for this pleasant stay!

Nice casa with value for money. We especially appreciated the Wi-Fi (1 hour/day is included), the breakfast and fine bed for a good nights sleep. The room was clean with everything needed (air condition, mini fridge, hot water in the shower with good water pressure).
The host was very welcoming and helped us with different stuff as new visitors in Havana. The host speaks very good English.
The casa is located approx. 15 minutes walk from the old city.
