It's a well located apartment. It is modern and clean property. They paid attention to small details such as welcoming environment with water and coffee supplies in the apartment. Even the utensils were place beautifully in the drawers. I want to buy an apartment just like that one. Everything was great.

We booked two suites, one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom. Both were modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and well furnished. The staff is very nice and eager to please. The neighborhood is also very nice, great for walking and full of cafes, restaurants and other conveniences. You can also walk to the Museum of Anthropology and other sites in Chapultepec Park. The only drawback was that the staff did not speak English, but they managed that with a Google translator (or something similar). It is possible that depending on the location of the suite it might be noisy on some nights with music from restaurants. But we did not have that problem.

The property is on a perfect location. The only issue is the bed is hard, the pillows are bad and the toilet paper is a sand. The rest all good.

Definitivamente volveré a reservar en este hotel. Muy limpio y moderno. Excelente ubicación, rodeado de buenos restaurantes y atracciones para visitar. Puedes ir caminando. Me encantó la ayuda que nos brindaron los muchachos en la recepción. Muy amables, nos dieron recomendaciones locales para visitar y donde comer :). Asi como también ayudarnos con el transporte de regreso al aeropuerto. Lo RECOMiENDO 0 👍

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was immaculately clean in all areas of the building not just the rooms. The location was so close to amazing restaurants and shopping places. Everything about this place was just amazing.

Suites Polanco is very well located just off one of the major thoroughfares of Polanco - Masaryk, and just a block from another with more affordable dining and shopping options, Horacio. It appears to be a brand new apartment complex set up specifically for short terms stays, as there is very little closet space. It was nice to have even a small washer/dryer in the unit. Their is a kitchenette, but it's not well stocked. Staff is solicitous, but none speak English at all. Their check-in process was very primitive with a slip of paper with our room number and amount owed on it passed over the security counter upon our arrival.
