stay was one of the best i had

The hotel could not find our reservation so it took an hour to check in

The property itself is amazing. Newly appointed and clean. We found the staff to be engaging and helpful. Breakfast was more limited but tasty — I enjoyed the street tacos. The area around the hotel is sketchy so there is a lot of security features for safety inside the hotel but we never felt unsafe.

Just a one night stop over in Albuquerque but so glad we found this Homewood Suites in downtown. The hotel is super clean and comfortable and the restaurant on the main floor saved us when a summer monsoon came in and made the streets impassable to go out and get dinner. Would definitely book again.

This property was very nice. It was decorated so nice and the common areas were phenomenal. Our suite had everything you needed and was very comfortable.

Very nice room, very nice amenities. Their parking garage was safe and protected. Staff were pleasant and the dining room served nice food.

Beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained hotel. We stayed in the largest end unit on the 3rd floor facing the street. Although the unit is undeniably spacious and well-appointed, the constant street noise from cars from the time we checked in at 5 pm to 2 am makes my staying here again very unlikely. Management must know this is an issue since other reviews have mentioned the same noise nuisance but I suppose they would rather lose out on returning customers than invest in noise reducing windows/insulation. It’s a shame because the property is gorgeous but I could not enjoy my stay due to the incessant street noise.

The Hotel itself is really nice. The staff, decor, cleanliness and amenities were great. Our room was VERY clean. There's four convenient locked garages.
Unfortunately, the after midnight car reving noise was unbearable. Cars reving their engines all night up and down this main street prevented us from sleeping. We were in one of the front suites facing the street. Around 4am is when we finally passed out from exhaustion. I know this is not the hotels fault but maybe some better windows that mutes the noice more would help. Outside of that everything went well.
Because of the car noice i dont feel i can revisit this BEAUTIFUL hotel.

The hotel was very nice. One of the cleanest weve stayed in. The people were really friendly.

I believe the breakfast should be with more variety.
Shuttle to airport very convenient

The bed I slept in was way too firm. The “included” breakfast was very limited with poor quality food.

The property was very nice. Friday night was noisy. You could here the cars racing probably from Central Ave, The next night was fine.

Great service, parking was limited and frustrating.

Excellent customer service. Clean facilities, and very modern look.
Breakfast included, but they do not serve waffles.

Room was ample and clean - newly remodeled.
Parking was $12 a day and it was HORRIBLE
Small spaces, very few open spots
Got trapped and had to wait for someone to get move before i was able to move my car. T

We stayed here for one night in route to Phoenix. It was a beautiful property for the price. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Location is excellent for convention center but not too safe to walk around at night. Rooms are spacious.
4.5
The comfort and safe environment. However, the noise from cars racing at night was annoying and it was difficult to sleep.

A nice stay. We were attending the USATF Indoir Championships and we were walking distance from the event.

The hotel was two years old and nice. The terrible part was their airport shuttle. On our arrival to Albuquerque Airport we waited close to an hour with 3 phone calls to the hotel for the shuttle to arrive... this was at 8pm on a Wednesday night. For our departure we were told to come to the lobby 15 minutes before the time we needed the shuttle to the airport. At 5:15am Monday morning we requested a shuttle, but were told the shuttle cannot be requested until 6am and would be coming from another hotel so wouldn't arrive till 6:15 or after. Our flight was at 8:00 am and we needed to be at the airport 2 hours early. The desk clerk did not offer to contact and pay for a taxi or Lyft for us, which they had done the day before for 2 guests. He did say to submit a receipt from our ride to the airport to the hotel for reimbursement. What a hassle. So my advice to anyone is don't rely on their airport shuttle.

Newer Facility in great location handy to all - Shopping, Downtown, Hwys & Arport. Excellent Bar Area and super Patio Deck!!!

The building was nice. The employees were average. They did tell us how unsafe the neighborhood around the hotel was. Breakfast was cold and the free coffee in the lobby was $3.
Downtown Albuquerque is very unsafe. I would not stay here again.

Best part of the stay was Bernadette at the front desk. All other employees couldn’t be bothered to greet you, say hi or be helpful. Vomit on the 2nd floor roof deck, never cleaned in 3 days. Trash on 5th floor by elevators wasn’t emptied either, so with the lack of circulating air the hallway stunk. Asked for an extra hour for check out and the young woman basically said they had given all the they, with empty parking lots. Owner needs to not be a cheap ass and adequately staff the hotel and provide proper training, especially customer service. Won’t be staying at any of his properties going forward.

Great hotel , in middle of all dowtown, access to mamy thing's. The hotel security is top notch, ive never felt more secure you even need a room key for the elevator to go up .

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms like new.

Felt safe there even though it’s right on central Abq. There is a parking garage that you access through the keycard. Very clean! Very safe!

Nice room and kitchen with full equipment that we can cook some food.

My son and I had a lovely stay at this downtown, pleasant hotel in Albuquerque. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This is a very nice hotel. A bit noisy if your room faces Broadway or Central Ave. Conveniently located near the convention center and some really good local restaurants. It was an easy walk to and from the convention we attended and these restaurants. So we thoroughly enjoyed that part of our trip. Unfortunately, Albuquerque has a bit of a homeless problem and seeing that around the area, put a bit of a damper on our visit. Just to be clear, we never felt unsafe. The property was very well kept and would stay there again.
