An amazing location, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, really enjoyed this stay. Only change I’d make is coffee cups in the room, tea cups are too small for a morning coffee. I will be back, probably many times…..

What a remarkable discovery Wildes Hotel was. Recently refurbished, everything about our stay was perfect. From the friendly check-in, beautifully spacious and modern rooms, bikes to ride, stunning pool area, delicious restaurant and on-site parking with elevator access. Most importantly, we could bring our furry friend along, with a dog bed provided. It is well positioned on the main street of KV, amongst cute little boutiques and cafes and opposite the Friendly Inn which has a great outdoor area that is dog friendly, a great restaurant and Sunday Farmers Markets. We will 100% be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute place, very spacious clean room. Pool dirty and filled with leaves and bush and many insects, not clean enough to swim in sadly and cushions were laid out one day and the next they weren’t. Pool not maintained well. Courtyard lights unfortunately never went on for evenings.. would have been really cosy. Lacked vibe. Overpriced but loved hot shower and soft bed. No dinner available at restaurant in hotel on Sundays.

The one bedroom is really spacious and very comfortable. There’s everything you need when travelling with a child!
The hotel staff is amazing, great recommendations for what to do in the area, where to see wildlife etc…
The breakfast was underwhelming, eggs not so great and waffles didn’t taste homemade but the surroundings make up for it! You have everything in the room to make your own too!

We stayed in the hampton suite. Such a lovely layout. The small kitchenette had all essentials with a cute eating area that has a door which you can open and let some fresh air in while having your meals or coffee. So relaxing. Netflix syncs in with the tv another good point. There is such a nice courtyard in the centre of the property where you can hangout and have takeout meals or just a glass of wine and chill. A point to note is their restaurant is open for dinner only 3 nights Thursday to Saturday but is open for coffee and breakfast every morning. We can’t wait to go back again and have a chilled time, will try to book during Thursday to weekend so can try out their food as well. The restaurant looks lovely as well.

Stayed as part of a family trip (2 rooms) over the new year. Easy check in and out, and nice spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, lovely courtyard area outside, and a great base to relax or explore the region.

Beautiful location, courtyard and room. Gets busy so not as peaceful as I prefer, but guess that's to be expected in such a popular place.

Clean, modern well appointed room great hotel facilities and beautiful courtyard area. Breakfast was very good (don't prepay order on the day) just wished we had booked for longer.

Overall a wonderful and lovely place to stay.
Unfortunately, one evening we came back late after attending a wedding and it was really ubsafe to get back to our room, as tge lights in the courtyard were turned off.
No safe in the rooms as well, which was disappointing.
A couple of things to tweak, overall lovely.

Had a fantastic couple of nights. Spacious and modern, clean and comfy with a balcony, kitchenette and fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and water pressure in the shower good, had a choice of the hand held one or rainshower. Toiletries very nice. Underground parking great and you could ride a free bike if you wanted. Unfortunately a bit cold to enjoy the pool. There's a beautiful courtyard to enjoy in the centre of the rooms, ou room was cosy when we arrived which was appreciated as the nights were cold. We made do with crunchy bread bought from the local shop along with butter and oj, for brekkie, very pricey so perhaps get a few essentials at the aldi shop. Can't remember where we saw it but not far. The hotel is literally in the main street centre to the town. Great location with beautiful shops and architecture with a pub across the street. Saturday we had dinner at the hotels dining room and Sunday at the pub. There's a pizza shop and a thai restaurant with a new restaurant opening very soon. Also, there's a microwave in the room and a couple of the cafes that sell home made microwave meals. Be ware though that there are days where some establishments aren't open, close early or on certain days or nights. This town has so much to offer, loved shopping and very easily walkable.

Wildes is the jewel in the crown of Kangaroo Valley. What an incredibly beautiful property! The rooms are very tastefully decorated and large. Bathrooms are fantastic with rainfall shower heads! The beds are super comfy. The exterior terrace and pool area reminiscent of The Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica, California. So pretty with all the hanging lights at night. The breakfast menu is excellent with a good variety of choices. Coffees are perfect! Staff are extremely friendly. The underground parking was a lovely surprise. I’ve recommended Wildes to friends and family and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely accommodation. It was clean, modern and a large space. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The fairy lights and communal outside area made me feel like we were in Europe!

This hotel was clean and nice and had reasonable price which both are very important but the elevator was not working which is terrible and very negative point for a hotel. one of the most important reason for me to book in this hotel was the elevator availability, since i had bad experience with another hotel, and when i checked in i asked the receptionist is there elevator available here? and he said yes but when i wanted to use it i saw"out of order" sign on it and it was really disappointing. people who stay in hotel have suitcases and not all of them are young and strong to carry their suitcases up and down stairs so elevator is very important for a hotel. Also staff member should know about their hotel conditions and avoid providing wrong information to the guests.
i was able to book another hotel with much cheaper price than this one but because they did not have elevator I avoided them and paid much more for this hotel only i found out that elevator does not work i am very dis appointed.
Thanks

The room was spacious and clean (although I did find a hair on the face towel). At night, there was a lot of noise from outside, but given that it was Saturday maybe it was expected.

Great hotel rooms, need and cleaned, liked to stay there.
All other shop around that area easy to walk around that little on road shop market.

It is located right in the middle of the town, next to the famous pie store. Only downside is the pillow is high and firm, make my neck hurt.

Lovely weekend at Wildes Kangaroo Valley. We loved our spacious room. Everything was perfect from the bed, bathroom and inclusions. Staff were lovely. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent! Location right in the middle of this lovely town. The courtyard was great for an afternoon bottle of wine!

Loved Wildes. The service, rooms and facilities were fantastic. Loved the food too! Especially the breakfast!

Nice and spacious room with stylish and modern interior. Several dining options and cute stores nearby. (Would recommend the BBQ ribs at the The Friendly Inn across the street). Lovely breakfast options included. Our only complaint is the orange juice served for breakfast, which seemed like a cheap option. Other than that, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Would easily come back on another occasion!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wilde. The rooms are very modern and chic with a cozy feel. The courtyard is a great place to drink a glass of wine and socialize with your friends. The dining at Wilde was outstanding with Chef Vito creating a unique and utterly delicious menu that everyone will love. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The town of Kangaroo Valley had some fun shops and cafes to visit with surrounding mountainous views. We would give our stay an 11/10!
