This hotel is very classy. It blends modernity and luxury. 15th floor is the one you want to be on if you want peace and quiet. Views from the 15th floor are ok, but Ginza is where to be. The staff know English very well and are very helpful. They accept and do luggage forwarding too.

Everything was great

The hotel staffs were very friendly and professional. I had left my bag in the taxi coming from the airport. One of the staffs called the taxi company and had it delivered to the hotel. I was very grateful.
The location of the hotel is great. It is only a few min walk from Ginza Six.
The hotel is also clean and the rooms are spacious for a hotel in Tokyo.
The only downside is that the hotel interior does not seem very modern.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 to be very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks as well as a small sink in the separated toilet area. Every night there was an evening snack of a self serve soup in the lobby that we enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect in that we could walk to the main shopping areas of Ginza and the Tsukiji fish market within 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had great stay at Grand Bach hotel in Ginza. My first time to stay in Ginza. I normally stay at Shibuya area, but loved Ginza area for shopping and restaurants. Staff at hotel were great and I would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located in Ginza, blocks from the main shopping areas and the Ginza/Hibiya/Marunochi.
Hotel was easy to find, functional lobby, can get crowded and busy at peak hours.
Separate lifts to guest rooms.
Decent sized rooms for Tokyo, comfortable. Can recommend and will stay again.
4.7
Amazing hotel in Ginza. This has been our favorite hotel of our trip to Japan so far. The room is huge and comfortable for our family of four and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge was able to book us a sushi dinner at a nearby restaurant and it was an amazing experience and exactly what we were looking for. Just a few blocks from the outer fish market, close to Ginza six shopping district and very close to metro stations. We were really happy with our choice to stay at this hotel during our time in Tokyo.
4.7
Nice central hotel, stylish and comfortable. Executive floor rooms are very nice, but the benefits are meager and not really worth it. Wi-fi was not at all good.
4.7
short stay for 3-day meeting. Room extremely quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. Concierge's recommendations for nearby dining were great. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in the Ginza area.
4.7
The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in Ginza. Very close to all the shopping area and also close to the fish market
Very friendly staff and a great concierge service.
The hotel is comfortable and very clean.
We loved staying there.

Our room was very clean, the bedding was so comfortable, we love it! staffs really helpful.
4.7
No closet but hanging bar and not enough drawers
4.7
Comfortable stay, the room is on the smaller size relative to international hotels, but still comfy.
The hotel is conveniently located next to several subway lines and also Tsukiji market.
4.7
Superb service by all the various staff whom we had come into contact with, especially the lady staff at the Conceirge who assisted with our restaurants booking/ confirmation of reservations!
4.7
Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location. The room is a comfortable size and the service is very good. Complimentary evening snack. We didn't like the breakfast though.
4.7
I was very happy with the high level of customer service at this hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
4.7
Very cozy hotel with walking distance to all the shopping places in Ginza
4.7
The hotel was very good and staff very helpful.
The only thing is that when I made the reservation it was with breakfast included. At the property they told me that it was included only for the adults and not for the kids. After explaining the situation they understood and agreed to also include it for the kids.
4.7
The hotel was very good. The staff were also excellent. Downsides were cleaning (only beds made during the stay, no dusting). Everything else was extra and the extras were very expensive. There is also a tax for Tokyo hotels (which I wasn't aware of before and came as a shock).
4.7
The hotel room condition is good, and the location is excellent. It is convenient to shop or eat and travel to other area.

Location is excellent being close to Ginza, Ginza line. Surrounded by food and coffee offerings.
The hotel is comfortable, beds and room layouts although a tad conservative inline with that Bach overtone ( excuse the pun).
No laundry facilities
Staff very helpful.
4.7
Very good service and good bed size
4.7
Great location to get around. Hotel is in fantastic condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Whilst breakfast filling, it was a set menu. I wish there was simple toast and fried egg or 2.
4.7
Very clean and good size room. Close to metros

We loved staying at the Grand Bach Ginza. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. The rooms were superb and we had floor to ceiling glass windows showing us the cityscape of Tokyo. Being so close to Ginza Six means that you can pop into the main shopping areas of Ginza and come right back to the hotel for some needed rest. All in all one of our best experiences in Tokyo. I definitely will stay there next time I'm in Tokyo.

All goos

Love the hotel here; the staff and accommodations are excellent. The area is nice and quiet; and it seems like the business area of Ginza and folks for business travel.
4.7
The hotel is wonderful. Great location in the Ginza area, which is the higher end and business area of Tokyo. The hotel shows this. Great finishes, clean, spacious, wonderful bathroom, etc. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room. My husband, myself, and our 2 teenage boys were were extremely comfortable!
4.7
Everything was fantastic, except the check-in. We arrived 1 hour before check in and they told me our room wasn't ready. 2 minutes later, came to me and said they could make it ready for a fee. Terrible customer service.
4.7
Grand Bach Ginza is a charming hotel in the heart of Tokyo's upscale Ginza district. Guests love its elegant design, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The hotel's unique musical theme, inspired by Johann Sebastian Bach, adds a special touch to the ambiance. With attentive staff and a central location close to shopping and dining hotspots, Grand Bach Ginza offers a memorable stay for both business and leisure travelers.
4.7
Average facilities. Great staff. Very clean. Needs refresh.
4.7
Excellent location, hotel is clean!
4.7
Room was nice, spacious, clean. Hotel was so so. No good places to chill and unwind. Restaurant was not good. But there are alternatives nearby.
4.7
Great location in the Ginza shopping district. We stayed in a family room with 4 beds and it was spacious. I would definitely return here if I am ever in Tokyo again.
4.7
We had a lovely stay. Rooms were a good size and were well set out and had everything you could think of.
Staff were excellent, so friendly and spoke English well. Held our bags on arrival and they were in our room ready when we came back for check in.
4.7
Excellent service. In the middle of lively shopping district. While busy location is pleasant and convenient. Hotel has contracted a gym nearby which is for additional small fee, but it is excellent. The have self-playing piano in the lobby.
4.7
Everything was great and I would have given 5 stars across the board if not for air conditioning issues. Had 2 rooms for us and the kids and had to call every night due to heat. The AC was on some type of setback and the room would get really warm every night.
