This home is beautiful, with all of the amenities. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and SO close to the beach!!! Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again!

8 of us had a wonderful 5 day stay at Palm Tree Getaway...there was so much room for everyone and we enjoyed our walks to the beach and sitting outdoors in the evening...we recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean home to share with family and friends!

Overall very nice but property owner needs to be very clear on how many can sleep. It's 10 not 12. Great kitchen amenities. Awesome for relaxing and entertaining. Patio and BBQ very inviting. Beach is just a few steps away.
Some furniture, like upstairs sofa needs to be replaced as does beach chairs and boogie boards. Beds are comfortable but not the pillows. Beware closets are locked! Some bedrooms have hanging racks and some have dressers. Should have hanging racks in all the bedrooms. For the price paid, believe there needs to be more attention to the little details in the home.

Only a short block walk to the beach. House was well stocked with lots of amenities and items to use for the beach. All five bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Great to have both an upstairs and a downstairs living room for entertainment. Not sure the downstairs television was working properly since we could not get it working properly. Not the same problem in the upstairs living room, however. Kitchen was well equipped, but some items in it could be updated or replaced.

Great location - only a block from the beach and you can see the beach and watch the sunset from the balcony. Only a short Uber ride to various locations including Newport, Balboa Island, Huntington Beach, Laguna, etc. There is also parking on the street or in the garage if you have a car.
We loved the layout of the house and had ample space with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The king beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen also had plenty of items to use and various items in the pantry for use like spices, oil, etc. The only negative was that all of the closets were locked which made it difficult during our stay. That is the first time we have encountered that in a house and we normally hang our clothes while on vacation.

Fantastic location, literally one minute walk to beach. The home is perfect. The entire home is in perfect condition. Well maintained and very very clean. All kitchen and laundry equipment is first class. We will definitely rent again. It was great launching point to beach and convenient to Disneyland. It made for a great family vacation. We loved it.

What a house!!
This place is in a location 100 steps to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in California. You will be so impressed as we were with the fabulous architecture and decor. Spotless, huge and top of the line linens make this place a real gem. Newport Beach is wonderful.

Ok to Good, Not Great.
It is obvious that the owners have invested a lot of money in the construction. It is built well. And the proximity to the beach is a great bonus. Additionally, the home is very clean. And the bedding is great. (Although, we suggest to add some thin pillows as an option in each bedroom). The home does need some improvements: a Set of Small, Medium, and Large Glasses. A couple new sets of flatware — that match. A couple sets of Coffee Mugs that match.. A much better Coffee Maker & either a Nespresso or Keurig. A much better toaster. Pots and Pans - out with the old and buy Almost ALL new. Note: many of the non-stick pans have the coating flaking off and are therefore non-usable as those coatings once flaking are toxic to humans. Also, They do not match - at all. Generally, the equipment and tools in the Kitchen are screaming “Old, Worn-out, and Tired, and Ugly”. Our suggestion is that a Professional Home Organizer be Hired to: Clear out almost EVERYTHING in the Kitchen Cabinets and Drawers and Pantry and donate it to Goodwill. And then give them a budget and instruct them to re-equip the Kitchen and re-stock it professionally —- oh, and disinfect ALL the drawers and cabinets. A Hairdryer that works - in “every” bathroom. A few more bath-towels. Some beach towels that guests are given permission to use at the beach. Clear instructions provided on whether guests are allowed to use the wet suits and body boards to play with in the ocean. The outside table and chairs on the front porch at the street level need to be scrubbed. And it would add some much needed coziness if that same porch had some plants added with greenery and / or flowers. In conclusion, the Place as a ton of promise, but it is not a Home Run Bases loaded by any stretch of the imagination. Vacasa’s pictures make this home look way better than it is. It’s not bad. It just not living up to Vacasa’s pictures OR its potential!!!
