This property was a hidden gem tucked into a residential area. When I was looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Jerusalem for my family I knew it would be a little tough because I didn’t want to spend a fortune, wanted to be close to the old city, and wanted a place that had multiple beds fit for a family. I was thrilled to find the Albi Hotel and booked their family suite. The room was very well decorated, clean and well appointed. We all slept well in their large comfy beds, and dark and quiet environment. Mini split air conditioning were in each room so we were able to customize the desired temperature that each family member liked. Their staff were kind and helpful. The hot tub on the rooftop was a welcomed bonus after a long day of sightseeing. There was even a HUGE park across the street from the hotel that felt like an amusement park for my kids. The only con was that the bathroom in the family suite was pretty small, but certainly not a dealbreaker. I HIGHLY recommend Albi hotel for people traveling with a family who wants luxury but budget friendly accommodations. A

Very updated and clean room in boutique hotel with great staff . Only problem is the parking which we had to park at a private parking garage about $6 1st hour $2 per extra hour 10min walking to the hotel. :(

The location is excellent for great food options. The roof is amazing!

Well located and well equipped. Close to everything and round the corner from a very pleasant park. Problems and complaints from the property owners with Expedia's invoicing dampened our enjoyment of the property - Expedia only settled the bill on our last day, but an enjoyable stay overall.

The owner was very nice and available but and it's a big but, doesn't look at all as the pictures. There was mold on the walls, the bed was not comfortable at all... For what we pay it's a reasonable price but if I would know it doesn't look as the picture I wouldn't book it.. we traveled a lot outside so we didn't suffered that much..

We rented this so-called hotel for our two night visit in Jerusalem. Place had multiple good reviews, so we chose it over number of others. What a terrible mistake! First, there was nobody at reception when we got there around 7pm, and front door was locked. We spent some time outside before someone let us inside the building. Still there was nobody at the front desk, but we found a note that our apartment is in the basement and the key is in the door lock. We found a filthy apartment with dirty furniture, stains in the couches, dirty floor. Bathroom had broken towel racks, there was no place to hang clothes and no coat hangers. Nobody cleaned our rooms or changed towels. The second night there was a Shabbat party in the building next to ours that went all night till 6am. There was loud music and loud noise all night, which left us pretty much sleepless in Jerusalem! And there were two perfectly good Ibis hotels at the same rate within walking distance. I would avoid this place at all costs!

We had the most incredible stay at the Jl apartments! The host at the front desk was amazing and accommodating to all our requests! I would definitely recommend this for families wanting to stay in Jerusalem! I am already planning my next trip! 5 stars all the way!

The kindness and professionalism of the duty manager (Szafir) was good. Room was clean. Location great. We like it.

It has two bed rooms and a living room combined with the kitchen. There is a separate and nice air conditioning in each room. It was Clean and comfortable. It was Somewhat difficult to find due to it being on a one-way road. It is a Small apartment. We used Waze, but eventually figured out how to navigate ourselves there. Overall it was a good stay if you do not mind being in a small space. I think that is probably common in Jerusalem. The manager was easy to work with on the day of arrival, but I never got responses to my emails. He sent me a whatsapp message the day before I arrived, which was good.

Nice comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Jerusalem. Was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and right next to Sacher park which connects to the Israeli National Museum.

We (family of 3 with one child) stayed at the JI apartment hotel in Oct 2019. First for the good: the hotel is centrally located in Jerusalem, close to the old city and also close to the Mahane Yehuda shops. It is also relatively clean. And the hotel manager is a very nice man that tries his best to see that our needs are met. That's the good. The bad is that the condition of the hotel is not very nice. The pictures are EXTREMELY misleading (very photoshopped). When we got to the place, we honestly thought it was the wrong hotel because none of the pictures match the way the hotel really looks. We paid around $200/night for a two-room apartment, which ended up being, to our dismay, in the basement. The windows look out into a service shaft. The ceilings are low, and the rooms are not very nice. The electrical fuse panel was exposed, with no cover. The front door to the basement opens the wrong way, so you have to squeeze yourself around it to open or close it. The worst thing about the room/apartment was the shower. It was clearly an afterthought, as there is no shower floor pan - there is just a floor drain right in the middle of the bathroom. The shower curtain serves to sort-of limit the outflow of water, but not well enough. The result is that when you take a shower, the whole bathroom is flooded. They know of the problem, and their solution is to put a squeegee on a broom handle in the room so you can clean up the mess. Great location and manager, not a very nice hotel.
