Nestled in the foothills of the San Jacinto mountains, Casa Blanca is a 6 bedroom, 7,000 square foot estate in South Palm Springs. Walled and gated, it’s situated on half an acre, and offers unobstructed mountain views and total privacy. Walls of glass open to the outdoors, with pool, spa and firepit lounge. You'll hardly know you've stepped inside with the vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, and beautiful views. Gourmet kitchen, spa like bathrooms, and 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 half baths. It's the perfect place for living the swanky lifestyle Palm Springs is famous for.
Walled and gated for privacy, the spectacular yard is perfectly space planned, and has all the amenities you want on vacation. Custom saltwater pool with tanning shelf and water features, spa, BBQ, plenty of luxury lounge chairs, couches, outdoor dining for 8 and sunken firepit lounge. The tall ficus hedges, palm trees and panoramic mountain views all add to the glamour of this very special property.
The 7,179 square foot floor plan allows everyone space to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings. The indoors features a sunken formal great room with fireplace, TV, piano and spectacular views to the pool. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances, gas range, and a casual eating area with 6 seats. Media area with comfortable seating, fireplace and TV. Wet bar with sink and fridge. Formal dining room seats 8. Private office with desk and a home gym with Peloton and weights.
The Primary Suite is incredible, with King bed, living area, TV, fireplace, separate office, massive closet, and doors to the pool. The luxurious bathroom features a soaking tub with a fabulous fire feature, spacious shower, dual sinks and commode with bidet.
Suite 2, 3, 4 are in the main house and feature King beds, flatscreen TVs and en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed with Double on the bottom and Twin on top, as well as a TV and video games. Suite 6 is in the detached Casita and has a King bed, TV, en suite bath, and kitchen area. There are also 2 powder bathrooms in the main house.
