Knowing we would be spending lots of time at the beach, we specifically looked for a property with a washer and dryer. This place fit the bill (so we thought). A few days before our arrival (at my wife's request), I reached out to the property manager, Mark, and asked specifically if the washer and dryer were working. He responded yes, but when we got there we realized the washer did not work. I reached out to Mark again on day 1 but he never responded (we were there for a week). I got completely ghosted by this guy. Thumbs down, brother. The views from the condo were great, but the false advertising and lack of communication were disappointing. Lest you are wondering if I don't know how to operate a washing machine, I've rebuilt a Jeep using nothing but YouTube videos, I have a storybook marriage after years of counseling, and one of my adult children still likes me. I think I know how to run a washing machine. I'm telling you, this thing did not work. Also, beware if you are a happily married couple and bringing children. There are no locks on any of the interior doors. We left some extra toilet paper and bottled water for you (you can thank Jesus, he's helping me to be a better person)! Hawaii was great, except for the homelessness problem and the naked guy wandering around a few blocks from Costco. I'm sure we will go back to swim with the turtles again and to eat at Seven Brothers, but I don't think I'll be staying at this property.

This condo is perfect for a vacation getaway. It is located in an amazing part of Waikiki with views of the mountains and the beach and within walking distance of all amenities. Mark was very responsive to any issues we encountered and took immediate steps to help. Would highly recommend staying at Mark’s condo. You won’t be disappointed!

The condominium was just as described. Clean and had all the necessary items. We were able to eat at local food trucks selling diverse food choices, relax at a nearby brewery, walk Waikiki Beach and shop in the best shops - all within walking distance. And when touring the island smart car rentals for under $40/day were also available within walking distance with affordable parking also available. We cooked in a lot given the expense of the island itself, and took in the Saturday AM farmers market as well as amenities from the ABC stores. Although a private rental in a hotel, the hotel staff was more than accommodating. We would definitely book again.

Great location with great westerly view to ocean across vast parks. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, all walkable. Nice staff, responsive owners.

Property was very clean. Great view. We got a room with washer / dryer in the unit so it was quite convenient. Good location. Walkable to the beach. Also close to public transportation. We took bus to Pear Harbor and Diamond Head.
Great communication. Clear check-in instruction. We were able to get the key a little earlier before 3 pm. Asked for a blanket and Mark (asked the cleaner) dropped one immediately. Thank you! Will definitely consider next time!

Easy walk to all of Waikiki and view was spectacular!

The condo was everything that we expected, it was clean and well appointed. The views were spectacular, one lanai overlooked the park and on to the ocean, the other overlooked the city and on to the mountains. It was the perfect base of operations for our mostly on foot explorations. We were within a few blocks of all the shopping and fine dining that we could handle. When we wanted to go on a road trip, we used the Hui car rental right next door. The convenience of this location could not have been better suited to our style of vacation.

Great condo located with easy walking distance to EVERYTHING. Condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities plus some.
Only complaint was parking. A little squirrelly.

We stayed here for 7 days and were impressed with the cleanliness and QUIET of this 15th floor apartment. I almost felt like I was "at home". Excellent views of Honolulu and the Waikiki beach! Look forward to coming back to this apartment again!

Upon entering the room...WOW! Clean, spacious, quiet, and two fantastic views of Waikiki! Room attributes were updated, nothing tired nor worn out. AC worked like a charm, comfortable bed, large bath vanity, and in-room laundry were appreciated! Located less than two blocks from the food truck court (yes!) and a short walk away from the beach.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt very welcoming. The views from the 2 lanais and from the huge window were amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal, and it was really handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The bathroom had plenty of space, the water was always hot, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was really comfortable. Its location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach, to the shops, close to bus stops, and it was so nice and peaceful to have the park behind the hotel. It was also great to be able to use the hotel pool and barbeques. We would thoroughly recommend this place.

I stayed at this location to be within walking distance of the convention center. It was an enjoyable stay. The unit is spacious with one balcony facing the ocean and one balcony facing a park. The ocean view is unimpeded because there is another greenspace in that direction. You can see most of the weekly Honolulu Friday fireworks from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. All of the appliances are new and worked well and having a washer/dryer in the unit means you can take fewer clothes, but I didn't find any instructions on using the washer. Google to the rescue. Wireless internet was fast. The building is a mixture of hotel and condo units. It is unfortunate that the hotel operators won't hold bags at checkout because some of the mainland flights are late afternoon and you miss the opportunity to spend most of the last day in Honolulu. Other than that, I would happily stay again should travels take me back to Hawaii.

We absolutely loved this condo and this hotel. The condo was way beyond our expectations - beautiful, clean, comfortable, and with two lanais with stunning views! Within walking distance to everything. Would absolutely book again if we returned to Hawaii. Highly recommend it.

This is a great one bedroom condo for a stay in Waikiki.
Check-in was super easy. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, bus line and Hui car share. Parking is $40 per night, so if you're going to stay here I'd recommend not renting a car. Use Uber, TheBus (local public transportation - select the bus icon in Google Maps) or Hui (drivehuidotcom).
The kitchen has everything we needed to have breakfast and reheating leftovers. We didn't actually cook a meal, but there is a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave/convection oven. Coffee maker works great.
The bathroom has a lot of counter space, the shower pressure is good. The bedroom has a large closet, with storage under the bed (king size). Good size TV's in both the living room and bedroom with cable. Air conditioning in both rooms with separate controls.
There are two balconies. The one in the living room overlooks the ocean. The one off the bedroom overlooks the city. Both are good sized enough for two.
The best feature is the location. It is close to many things in Waikiki. Shopping, the beach, restaurants, transportation. Every day we were more impressed by how convenient everything was.

Overall 4.5 star, convenient location with basic amenities. Quiet ocean view with bonus fireworks view from the balcony!! Deducted 0.5 star on cleanliness and dated amenities, which need upgrading such as bathroom sink stains, toileteries & mattresses too soft (both king bed + sofa bed) which caused us mild to moderate back pain from the 2nd day onwards.

The room and view were beautiful, and valet staff were very helpful. Check in was confusing as the front desk doesn’t help with any private ownerships/rentals so if you lost your key, etc. You had to wait. They didn’t know how to get us into room till we were told key was taped to door. They were surprised as us, as that’s not very safe. The front desk needs to work much more closely with renters for security and room entry/parking.

Beautiful hotel with great view and nice big master bedroom. Close to Ft. Derussey park and beach. Valets we're great and the grill in the hotel had the best food we tried during our stay. Only negatives were a very uncomfortable pull out sofa and parking was outrageous, $40 per night. Had to pay it because there was really nowhere else to park. Other than those two things, everything else was great!

This was an amazing stay. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your spot. This location was very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with all your essentials plus added extras that you didn't know you needed. The bed is also very comfy.
The only thing to be aware of is the parking fee each night. Just go ahead and pay it up front and get a receipt. I was told it could be paid at the end of the stay, but then my keys were held until I paid after day 3. Not a big deal but after day 3 they couldn't "find my keys" and I sat while they searched for them. Come to find out they were at the front desk because I had not "paid" for parking, when I was told it could be paid at the end of my week. Just go ahead and take care of it up front.

This property is beautiful. Very clean, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. You are close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The views are beautiful. If we get the opportunity to come back, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for perfect 45th anniversary.

Once we got the lay of the land, we discovered this was a perfect location for us. It's an easy walk to Waikiki beach, and we walked/swam along the whole beach during our stay. It's also very close to the Hilton Village with stores, restaurants, etc... all within easy walking distance.
The unit is clean and well-appointed. It's a corner unit with no common walls with any neighbors. So it's private. There are two lanais on the two exterior sides of the room, and it's not along a row of lanais. As it's a corner unit, both lanais are private.
The kitchen is functional with everything we needed and there's a washer and drying in the unit.
Tip: We discovered Hui, which is an hourly car rental operation. We saved a bundle by not renting a car from an agency and instead renting it from the Hui app as we needed it. There are seven pick-up locations, all walkable, near this unit.
