it's a terrible experience. They didn't check us in at 3:00 pm as expected, but made us wait hungry and without a shower until 7 pm. instead of 3 beds in the room there is only one bed! There is nowhere for three adults to sleep. Dean the man was sleeping on the floor. For these inconveniences, the owner promised a discount in the amount of one night's stay, but he deceived him and stopped communicating. Even booking couldn't contact them. on the second day there was no water. There are very few dishes. The room is dirty: we walked barefoot immediately after checking in and all our feet were dirty

Not quite as expected

Nice new apartments.

Description does not say sofa bed, says 1 double bed and 1 single bed in lounge. 1st apartment did not have any bed, sofa or otherwise in lounge. We were moved to another apartment with a sofa bed but had no bedding for it. We had to go back to first apartment and strip bedding off the bed and take it to second apartment. Not ideal but at least correspondence was good.

Comfortable, well maintained, and close to the nightlife without all the noise.

The amenities are very nice. The guests were very quiet. The pools are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The location is within walking distance of the beach and town centers. There are many stores, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area.

Comfortable, new apartment with quite a few issues

Location is good - it's only a short walk to 5th avenue and in a quieter part of town. The two pools were a nice touch, especially the one on the rooftop. Parking is included if you have a vehicle like we did. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. All rooms have A/C and a smart TV.

I have edited this review and updated from a 6 to a 2 because the property managers denied to give us our invoice, saying they do not offer them (illegal in Mexico) and then cut off communication when we inquired further. The unit has a few things that need to be fixed. The locks on the doors to the patio, which is shared with other units, are broken, so anyone could come into your room if they wanted to. We shared this with management and they said they would come by, but never did. The shower design is open, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. The space was not equipped with enough toilet paper or towels for the amount of guests we had and days we booked, and we had to request more. The space is NOT equipped with any toiletries as it states in the listing. We had to buy shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap. Also, the building staff don't manage the unit, so if you need something, you have to send a message through Booking and wait until they have time to stop by.

Very disappointing! What kind of luxury is this?

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lot of potential. Free underground parking. Pools on ground floor and rooftop. The location is ok, 15 min walking distance from Quinta Avenida.

The apartment was dirty, the sofa was full of hair and the floor also needed to be swept better. The air conditioner in one of the rooms started leaking shortly after it was turned on. There was no hot water and the shower heads were already messed up, with the water spraying everywhere. Basic elements for the stay were missing (garbage bags, napkins, kitchen roll, sponge and washing up liquid...), something that this type of offer should not be missing. Internet with weak and irregular signal, tv stopped working after a few hours. Children were not allowed on the rooftop pool and the one on the ground floor had very cold water, so perfect for children. Soundproofing in the rooms was not good/sufficient. The space manager was very helpful and the next day most of the problems were solved, but we've lost a lot of time between communicating the problems and having them fixed. Other attention and treatment were required, that had very little to do with luxury. It's was a real pity, since the apartment looked very good and we were very much looking forward for this stay.

Superb

The accommodation is nearly perfect with 2 swimming pools, especially the one on the roof is excellent. Walking distance to the tourist area and the beach (over 2 kilometers one way) as we don’t mind walking. There is a fairly big grocery store just around the corner.

There was just a small pot for cooking so a bigger one would be handy. No drying rack to dry our swimsuit and towels on. No English spoken at the reception desk but they came quickly when we were trying to hang our clothes on a clothesline. That is not allowed.

It was out of main city center where is a lot of noise and crowded with people, so the location was perfect for us! Easy check in , spotless rooms, everything was very good for us!

Perfect apartment!

Everything was perfect! It’s very nice flat, clean, new, the building is stunning, has two pools, one is adult only (on the roof). We enjoyed our stay there!

Just one thing-windows…. the sound sealing from the outside is literally zero. We heard the very laud street during the night too. And it would be nice to get few extra rubbish bags, we didn’t find any in the property.

Overall great place.

Pool was great. Staff at front desk as well. The place is brand new with comfortable beds.

The only thing that was missing was place to hang your wet clothes/towels since you cannot hang them on the balcony.

My recommendation: check alternatives

- Rooftop pool - Free garage parking - New building, kitchen works well and basic tools you need are there. - Location is ok, you have to know that you walk at least 15 min to the beach though. - Air conditioning works well

If you book you just do not have to have any hassles or issues and enjoy your time. Well... - No cleaning during your stay and also no cleaning utilities (so you accumulate the sand because you are there and go to the beach) - No change of towels. And only one large towel per person (and a beach towel) but not a smaller one. - Although a new building several things are not working well. For example the shower heads are already leaking on the side so that most of the water doesn't go were it should be. - The warm water fuse falls constantly, however, you can at least switch it on by yourself again. - Had issues over several days with water - meaning also no water at all for some hours and after that we had to go down so that we could have water again. - Isolation from the street is suboptimal. We used ear plugs to sleep. - The two blinds in the window have a correspondingly large gap between them, so that complete darkening does not work and it becomes light. So it's difficult to sleep in...

very clean, roof top pool was great. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a faulty hot water heater that the building staff could not fix. You would have to keep resetting the circuit breaker to keep the flow of hot water going. It was a brand new apartment, the oven installation was not finished, it almost fell out on to the floor. The protective wrapping on metal surfaces had not been removed. The shower heads in both bathrooms and on the pool deck leaked. I will say the building staff was very nice and listened to my issues and did try to address them. The location is not by the beach, about six blocks away, not a problem for us, our room did face a old construction site, I did like the chickens that were living there lol. the Italian restaurant downstairs was great, and the toco stand across the street was awesome. The location was in a residential section of town, you could walk to two super markets, money exchange and convenance store. You could see the owners rushed to get the building open and rented, and it showed. A little more attention to detail and this building would be ready for prime time. I am not bashing the building but letting other renters know what to expect, because the pictures don’t provide a full account of the property and it’s surrounding area. I also wrote this review for the owners, so they can have a chance to correct some of the issues that I encountered while staying there. All in all I would give the place another shot and stay there in the future.

Ultra clean, high standard place.

Ultra clean apartment. Comfy bed. Good air conditioning. Cool rooftop pool. Whole building is very safe (security at the entrance). Free underground parking. Near grocery shops.
