Modern, good facilities on room.
Could you with a steam clean on the carpets.
4.5
Tasteful furnishings, large comfortable beds with great pillows, clean and cosy. Close to cafes and restaurants.
It was odd it didn’t have dining chairs to go around the table.

Great modern and clean property and pretty handy to the parliament area if thats what you’re after. We stayed for a night and had a very comfortable sleep. Pillows and bed was amazing for us and woke up well rested.
The location is in a complex of apartment buildings there are some food places around but not much and not a lot of other shops either.
4.5
The apartment was spacious, seems pretty new and comfortable. Highly recommend for a group of 4. The decoration was also really nice, beautiful artwork and great taste. Modern.
The lobby is tiny and the staff wasn't super friendly. It also showed on google as the hotel being permanently closed which made me panic, and I tried calling multiple times and nobody picked up which didn't help ease the worries. Fortunately it wasn't the case and it was open.

the beds were comfy, that is all the positives i can say
Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, the communication with staffing was so poor, management needs a massive revamp.
cleanliness of suite was obviously the least of there issues, the fridge was completely frosted could not even store our frozen goods.

I loved how easy it was to access and park.
The only thing, is the lobby is quite small, other than that, it was amazing!

Property was presented well and clean.
I am upset that our booking was changed. in Bookings.com we had booked a 2 bdm apartment for 2ad and 2 kids. but this was not honoured. we got 2 separate rooms and was inconvenient given that it was 1 night and 3 of us was sharing a bag. so we had to continue let go in and out to acquire things from the shared bag.

The hotel is clean and big enough for the family.
Nothing.
4.5
We did not buy breakfast at the Sebel, as it was a self-contained apartment. However, it was a very comfortable stay is quality parking and easy access to all the various facilities we wished to visit while in Canberra.
The only thing would be a powerpoint or charging station for electric vehicle adjacent to parking place
5.0
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we brought our pet with us. They helped with an upgrade to give our pet some more space.

The mobile phone signal in the building is terrible, I could not make or receive calls. The hotel wifi kept dropping out also.
