The Rooms and fresh, updated and very clean. The location was perfect for my business situation. A great restaurant nearby
4.5
We were nicely welcomed, the accommodations are nice, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast lacks options but does the job.
The location offers good parking options in a rather quiet industrial part of town.
Limited options around, you need to travel by bus or car to get to the main "attractions".

If you travel with car it's perfect. The hotel was clean and there is space in front of the hotel to park your car. (It's impossible to park a car in downtown Spezia during the summer)

Everything is good. The host woman seems not happy all day. I think if you are not happy, clients can feel it. If you are providing services to clients, you guess clients like to see a happy face or an angry face?

Great location for the shipyards located close by, not somewhere I would stay for a holiday but very convenient for work based on the close proximity to the waterfront.

Host was very friendly, secure parking for motorcycle at the property, good option to stay overnight, owner suggested good restaurant nearby.

The B & B was very pretty, decorated in white. There were great windows to let in light but also shutters if you wanted it dark. There was lots of room in the bedroom and bathroom. Their outside patio area could provide room for everyone and their garden was lovely.
Breakfast was delicious, with the croissants, meat and cheese, fruit and breads that we are enjoying on our trip. During breakfast they played a video of the local tourist site. They even drove us to the boat so we could enjoy the beautiful sites from the water.. They gave us ideas for places to eat dinner since we didn't have a car, We feel they went out of their way to make our stay a good one.
If you don't have a car, you will need to get a taxi

Breakfast

the owners were very nice and polite people. The room wass big and clean. The breakfast was good- and there was no self service which felt very safe. There was a good parking provided as well. The location is not very central but was ok for us -as we had the car with us. very quiet area. The hosts recommended the local restaurant and helped us with the reservations as well- the restaurant was very nice with good Italian food. Will recommend tis place for sure.
4.5
At first I was a bit taken back at the location but the local restaurant was fantastic and it would act as a good quiet base to explore the locality. Staff were really nice. Parking was easy outside the property.
Probably worth noting a call is needed to enter property as being met with a locked gate was a little disconcerting.
3.5
Clean and large room.
Far from city center and breakfast could be much better.
4.5
Owners were very understanding (arrived after closing time). Very polite people, room was good.
No much to complain about considering the price.

Internet was OK.
Two grossants and small coffetablet (Lavazza). 2 packs of biscuits. I expected some better breakfast. TV was smaller than my notebook screen.
