Very bad service and very bad condition, no ac at all and when we complained about that they gave us fans like we live in the 40s still The manager tylor is super cool guy and tried to help a lot but his hand was tied. We had 5 different rooms 3 of them was by mennanda management, and all of them was horrible. We were dealing with the rooms more than the trip we've planned. No recommended especially if you are Israeli Unfortunately.

Excellent value but needs some TLC

Hotel itself is in a fabulous location, with comfy sunbeds and great swimming pools. Fantastic value for money.

Tired needs TLC, shower leaked, no handles on drawers or wardrobes, no microwave no kettle. Basic things in an apartment in a five star property. North facing so no sun at all and balcony overlooks a large roof and a sports court. Keys are miles away from apartment, 30 mins walk with luggage not ideal.

Very good

Location is very good, close to the beach and the center. The apartment was comfortable and very clean.

Keys pickup is relatively far away (10 min by car in high traffic). There is a 10 EUR tax if you want to have the keys delivered at the reception of the hotel. The keycards we received were not working, and we had some hassle to get into the appartment upon arrival, which was finally solved by the hotel reception after approx. 90mins. On the Bulgarian phone contact number provided by Menada at keys pick-up there was no answer. At the end of our stay, somebody was supposed to come pick up the keys from us, we waited, we called again the number provided, and again there was no answer. But in the end, we left the keys at the reception of the hotel and we didn't have any problems.

I do not recommend this hotel anything is working in the room bed was broking oven is not working sofa was broking I stay 5 days in this apartment no one come to clean the room or change the bin bags even some lamps is not working in the room guys don't go there

I didn't like to wait at the beginning 30 minutes for the guy to bring me the key to the apartment because when I checked in, the lady forgot to give it to me.. but overall everything else was excellent and would visit again.

Facility is not worth the money !

The property is in a good location, facilities are nice outside of the room.

The property is not worth the money at all .. everything is outdated, doesn’t seem like it was very well cleaned - the floor was dirty, carpet had stains & hairs, the chairs also had bad stains & the shower was clogged so when you used it the water accumulated & caused flooding. The sheets & towels were worn out. Besides having issues with the room, the staff is rude and unprofessional, mainly the ones from Menada. I complained to them and they didn’t seem to very much care, their only response was why didn’t you tell us earlier- no compensation was offered even though I didn’t ask. I don’t recommend staying here. If you do book mainly through the hotel .. don’t book through Menada Apartments.

The terrace and the view.

The coach, blankets and towels were not clean. The TV in the livingroom was broken and was not repaired nor replaced till end of our stay. This makes the stay unconfortable. The location and staff were OK. It would be best the apartment to have washing machine.

I have stayed at the hotel before and knew the barcelo royal beach was a great location, central, nice pool etc. However the menada apartments were not to the same standard as other apartments or the hotel room. Menada had a nice kitchenette and flat screen TV, a pool view, the storage is good, large wardrobes with hanging space and drawers. This was the only positive things about the apartment.

The apartment smelt of damp, there was a leaking pipe within the bathroom which constantly dripped (I reported this on arrival was told someone would fix but they never came) the bathroom floor was always wet. the shower was very basic and tired looking, really needs updating. The room generally needed a good clean. The bed was awful, made up of two single beds placed together to look like a king size, the mattress was all Stained with blood and urine looking stains, reallu discusting. the bed frame had plastic and nails sticking out from it, the bedded was practically non existent, we had 3 dirty looking sheets and the pillows were also stained and dirty. We had no adequate bedding so it made bedtime really uncomfortable, I think prison cells have more comfort than this. There was an iron in the room with was broken and faulty cable so could not be used. many of the light bulbs had blown so lighting was dim. We were there for 12 nights were told we would have apartment cleaned after 5 days, this was NOT done either, all they did was left 2 small towels on the bed and left, we were not supplied with even the basics such as toilet roll or kitchen towel to clean up, so had to buy that at the supermarket. The overall stay was disappointing the lack of towels, bedding and having a no maid service really didn't seem worth the small saving as we had to spend money on cleaning products etc ourselves so in future I would book to stay in the hotel room or sand apart apartments not menada.
